As every armchair legal scholar following the saga of the indictment of former President Donald Trump has come to understand, the charge of falsifying business records in New York state is a misdemeanor that rises to the level of a felony when done to conceal a crime.
That led many observers who saw to a 34-count indictment against Trump that never hinted at that other crime to respond along the lines of the famous 1984 Wendy’s commercial used to help sink Democrat Gary Hart’s presidential chances: “Where’s the beef?”
Commentator Dan Bongino went on Fox News to ponder the question, “What kind of a clown joker wrote this thing?”

Many on Twitter also noted as a “curious omission” the lack of any particular law that was violated.

What exactly could be the second crime they tried to conceal by Cohen paying hush money with his own funds to a porn star who now owes Trump thousands of dollars bc of losing lawsuits against him? If it's campaign finance, remember that the FEC refused to go after Trump for it.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg did not explain the indictment.
“I’m not going to go into our deliberative process on what was brought. The charges that were brought were the ones that were brought. The evidence and the law is the basis for those decisions,” Bragg told reporters Tuesday.
“The indictment doesn’t specify because the law does not so require,” he said.
In castigating Bragg in an opinion piece for Fox News, legal scholar Jonathan Turley noted that the New York prosecutor “insisted that he will convict Trump of the ‘crime to promote a [political] candidacy through unlawful means.’ He insists that he will prove ‘attempts to violate state and federal election laws.’”
“The indictment seems to address the lack of legal precedent with a lack of specificity on the underlying ‘secondary’ felony,” Turley wrote.
“Bragg has done nothing more than replicated the same flawed theory dozens of times,” he said. “This is where math and legal meet. If you multiply any number by zero, it is still zero.” Source

The Biden administration stands for a woke, globalist ideology that has as little to do with original American values as the left-green ideology in Germany.
The United States of the Clintons and Epsteins, of Soros, Biden and Zuckerberg, is not our friend.
People who dictate their woke ideology to us and censor our opinions do not believe in democracy.
People who blow up our strategic infrastructure are not our friends.
And people who are fighting a proxy war at our expense, on our continent, are not our allies.
Unfortunately, you completely ignore this fact. Instead, you adopt the Biden administration’s fake narrative that Russia is our number one enemy and that we are in a systemic conflict with Russia. What a bunch of bull!

I am convinced that the Left’s hatred of Trump is a supernatural and Satanic phenomenon. Don’t get me wrong – there are many things I do not like about the former president. But there are more things which I think are admirable about him. His love of America and his steadfast patriotism are among them.
But it seems that the Left are programmed to have a meltdown at the mention of his name. And I do mean programmed. It is like a switch has been flipped in their brains. This is not normal. We are watching something that this country has never seen before.
‘Trump Derangement Syndrome‘ is definitely an accurate description of what is happening to Leftists in the U.S. and all around the world.
