GEORGE SOROS: “We Must Stand with Ukraine, as They Stand For Us”

I have written numerous articles about geopolitical sociopath, George Soros. When I read this short post on his own website regarding the Russian invasion of Ukraine, I could sense Satan working through him (as usual) to deceive the readers. Deception and confusion are the devil’s specialty.

About a week ago, I found a brilliant article explaining the globalist’s minds and how they operate. I would urge the reader to read this article once more before you read Soros’s post:

I have witnessed Ukraine transform from a collapsing part of the Soviet Union to a liberal democracy and an open society. It has faced countless acts of Russian aggression, but has persisted. Brave Ukrainians are now on the frontline and risking their lives in an onslaught that reminds me of the siege of Budapest in 1944 and the siege of Sarajevo in 1993. It is important that both the transatlantic alliance (the United States, Canada, the European Union, and the United Kingdom) but also other nations do whatever is in their power to support Ukraine in its time of existential threat. Putin’s actions are a direct attack on the sovereignty of all States that were once in the Soviet Union, and beyond. Russia is in clear violation of the United Nations charter and should be held accountable. Allowing Putin to succeed on his quest will send a message across the world that nations can simply be created or dissolved by brute force. We must stand with Ukraine, as they stand for us.  Source

When I read the Soros piece, I realized how important it is for Christians to stay in God’s Word daily. The battle with Satan takes place in our minds – that is his playground. Jesus warned us of the deception that was coming.

Brethren, I pray that I am in some way helping my brothers and sisters with this WordPress. It sickens me to think that I would be adding to the confusion. I do pray to the Lord always that He would show me what is important for us to know.

BIDEN: “Imagine What Could Happen to Ukraine if Trump Wins Re-election”

While he has received much criticism around the world for the United States’ lukewarm response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, it turns out that the one who warned of a weak US response to such a war was actually US President Joe Biden himself.

A video that has recently gone viral shows Biden speaking at the Democratic National Committee’s Women’s Leadership Forum conference, just months before the presidential election, and warns of grim scenarios that could happen if former US President Donald Trump were re-elected.

One of the scenarios he mentions concerns “what could happen in Ukraine” if Trump is elected to another term. “It will take a lot of work to make up for all the damage he has done at the international and national level. His network of thugs and conspirators will meanwhile continue to try to undermine our democracy. Imagine what he can do in a year of tenure. Imagine what could happen in Ukraine,” Biden said in his speech.

The clip soon garnered hundreds of thousands of views and comments of ridicule from many users, who argued that Trump’s response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine certainly could not have been weaker than Biden’s own response.

Some also wrote that in light of the US response to events in Ukraine, they “miss Trump, even though they did not agree with his way.” Source

No matter how you feel about Donald Trump, there is one thing I do know: Vlad Putin would NOT have attacked Ukraine if Trump was in the White House.

Video: Trucker Convoy Swells in Size as It Rolls East Toward Washington, DC

A truckers’ convoy, inspired by Canada’s Freedom Convoy, began making its way across the U.S. starting in California on Wednesday.

The group is calling for an end to the COVID-19 mandates and the state of national emergency prompted by the pandemic, which was first declared by then-President Donald Trump in March 2020 and just renewed by President Joe Biden last week.

By Friday afternoon, “The People’s Convoy,” as it has been dubbed, had crossed Arizona on Interstate 40, which parallels much of the old U.S. Route 66, and reached Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The group is posting its progress on Facebook.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported that the convoy consisted of dozens of trucks by the time it reached Kingman, Arizona, Wednesday, where the truckers spent their first night.

In video posted Friday that appeared to be on I-40, perhaps outside of Flagstaff — based on the mountains, snow, and evergreens in the shot — the convoy extended as far as the eye could see.

The Peoples Convoy has posted the route they will take on its website. They planned to overnight near the New Mexico/Texas border Friday night and then head on to Oklahoma, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania and finally arrive outside Washington, D.C., by Saturday, March 5.
Organizer Mike Landis said in a video posted on the group’s website that the convoy is “about our freedoms as Americans.”
“I have two young sons,” Landis added. “It’s about what their future is going to look like and hopefully my grandchildren’s.”

Landis said that “COVID was an issue in the beginning. Nobody knew what it was.”

However, the time for pandemic restrictions has long since passed, he argued, based on the knowledge available how to effectively treat the sickness.

“We have had the emergency powers enacted, which is in the Constitution,” Landis said. “[W]hen it is enacted, it cancels the Constitution for the duration that it is enacted.”

The National Emergencies Act grants the president, as the nation’s chief executive under the Constitution, the power to declare a state of national emergency.

Landis argued the impact of it is to curtail the freedoms Americans have under the Constitution, like the freedom of speech.

Canadian Prime Minister Justice Trudeau invoked his nation’s Emergencies Act to clear Freedom Convoy truckers who were protesting COVID mandates from Ottawa last week.

He ended the emergency declaration on Wednesday, saying “existing laws and bylaws are now sufficient to keep people safe.”

“What we aim to do at The People’s Convoy is get this emergency powers act revoked,” Landis said, meaning the current use of it in relation to COVID-19.

“There’s no need for it. We can prove it with science through the doctors,” Landis added.

The group seeks to end COVID vaccine mandates.

“You want a vaccine, take it. That’s the whole point of this. It’s about freedom: Your freedom to choose what you feel is best for your life, within the morals and guidelines of our Constitution,” Landis said.

Ron Coleman, 61, a trucker from Reno, Nevada, told Reuters, “This is for our freedoms, our human rights. Enough is enough.”

Biden reportedly will announce in his State of the Union address Tuesday a change in COVID policies, saying the virus is less of a threat now, but the country should not completely return to pre-pandemic norms.

When it arrives in Washington on March 5, The People’s Convoy does not plan to go into the district, but to stay on the Beltway that surrounds the capital city.

Landis encouraged people to continue to join the convoy, regardless of the type of vehicle, or come out and support it as the truckers roll across the country. Source

Russian Forces Slowed by STRONG UKRAINIAN Resistance, Officials Say

Russian military forces advancing on Kyiv and other major cities have been slowed by Ukrainian fighters, defense officials in the United States and the United Kingdom said on Feb. 26.

“Their momentum continues to be slowed predominately from a stiff Ukrainian resistance,” a senior U.S. defense official told reporters on a call.

“What they have seen is a very determined resistance, and it has slowed them down,” the official said.

According to the UK’s Ministry of Defense, the speed of the advance has been slowed, “likely as a result of acute logistical difficulties and strong Ukrainian resistance.”

The Russian forces are bypassing major Ukrainian population centers while leaving soldiers to encircle and isolate them, according to British officials, who added that the capture of Kyiv is still the primary goal of the Russian invasion.

Fighting broke out in Ukraine’s capital overnight but Ukraine still held the city on Saturday. Kyiv is about 240 miles from the Ukraine–Russia border; the Russian forces were about 18 miles, or 30 kilometers, from the city center, the UK Ministry of Defense said.

The situation is prone to rapid change, according to the U.S. official. “It’s a battlefield and events on the battlefield are dynamic and they can change very, very quickly,” the official added.

More than 100,000 Russian troops have entered Ukraine, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a Twitter post.

Zelensky has refused to leave Kyiv, rebuffing a U.S. offer of evacuation and urging Ukrainians to fight.

“We will not lay down our weapons. We will defend our country. Our weapons are our strength. This is our land. Our country. Our children. We will protect all of them,” Zelensky said in a video posted to social media.

Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense urged the citizens to do whatever they can to slow down the Russians, including removing signs with numbers and names of the streets, cities, and villages in their regions.

“Let’s do everything possible to get rid of Russian occupiers from Ukraine as soon as possible,” the ministry wrote in a Twitter post.

Citizens were also encouraged to erase any marks the Russian military left on the road as they moved through the country.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian allies are offering more assistance to Ukraine.

President Joe Biden authorized an additional $350 million in military assistance from Pentagon inventories, including anti-armor, small arms, various munitions, body armor, and related equipment.

The White House also reportedly asked Congress to provide $6.4 billion in extra funds to assist Ukraine.

The UK is sending defensive military aid to Ukraine and said it trained 22,000 Ukrainian troops. Source
