Tim and I seldom watch TV, but when we do, it is usually a British series which takes our minds off of the woes of this world – at least for a little while. Something prompted us to turn on America’s Got Talent one evening in 2021.
When we first saw Jane ‘Nightbirde’- we were struck by the joy which simply emitted from her beautiful face. As the judges asked questions of Jane, before her performance, she did tell them that she has been battling cancer.
The mood seemed to change with that C word which no one ever wants to hear. The excitement in the audience and even the faces of the judges changed as well. Sensing the change, Jane comforted everyone; caring more for the feelings of others than the fact that she was truly very sick.
Jane wrote a song which she performed that night called “It’s ok.”
In the song she spoke of us all being “A little lost, but it’s Ok.” She was actually speaking of our lives in this flesh and how at times we are all so lost but it really is “Ok.”
Former "America's Got Talent" contestant Jane "Nightbirde" Marczewski has died while battling cancer, her family confirmed to Fox News Digital. (Trae Patton/NBC/NBCU Photo Bank via Getty Images) Tim and I rejoiced today when we found out that Jane was truly a sister in Christ and is now in His presence: Quote from Jane's parents: "Those who knew her, enjoyed her larger-than-life personality and sense of humor. She had a witty joke for every occasion—even if the joke was on her. "Her lasting legacy will be the gift of hope she gave to so many through her music and the strength she found in Jesus." One day We will see Jane in heaven with our Lord. Thank You Jesus for welcoming her into Your heaven. MARANATHA!
