These are trying times for all of us. But now I am going through physical problems, and I feel that the Lord wants me to ask for prayer.

First I have a condition called Hyperparathyroidism. I may have to have surgery for this. This has caused severe osteoporosis and bone pain.

Secondly I have hives and angioedema. The hives are just irritating, but the angioedema is life threatening. It causes deep tissue swelling in my face. I am supposed to go to the ER when this happens but I hate hospitals so I have been riding it out at home.

Lastly, I had right arm rotator cuff surgery 10 years ago. That arm is still fine. But now I have the same pain in my left shoulder. I see my orthopedic doc on the 20th. I doubt that he will suggest another rotator cuff surgery because of my osteoporosis, but I hope that he can do something – the pain is wicked and I’m not getting enough sleep.
