Legal Team Demands Details About California’s Infanticide Law

Have you ever thought that CA might be hit by a HUGE Tsunami as part of God’s judgment against that State?

A legal team from the American Center for Law and Justice is demanding California release details about its decision to target infants with infanticide.

The organization confirmed it has filed four records requests with the California Senate and Assembly under the state’s Legislative Open Records Act – with questions about AB 2223.

“On September 27, 2022, Gov. Newsom signed what amounts to a perinatal infanticide bill, AB 2223 (along with 12 other pro-abortion bills). As we’ve informed you, AB 2223 is especially egregious because it prevents coroners from investigating the deaths ‘related to or following known or suspected self-induced or criminal abortion,’ including deaths of babies during the ‘perinatal’ period – which is up to 28 days after birth. The bill also protects individuals from criminal or civil liability for the death of an infant during the perinatal period, if the death is ‘due to causes that occurred in utero.’ As we have explained extensively, this new law may very well have the effect of decriminalizing infanticide,” the report explained.

The organization now is insisting state officials provide all “records” regarding anyone who advocated for the law, and all “records prepared or generated, by you or your staff regarding the statute.”

The ACLJ pointed out that previously it had warned Newsom that the law “changes California law in a way that radically undermines protections for newborns.”

The warning was ignored, however.

“While the law looks like it prevents criminal or civil charges from being brought only in limited circumstances, by restricting coroners from conducting investigations, and by including a provision that imposes hefty penalties for a violation of the law, California has effectively removed protections for newborns during at least the first 28 days of their lives,” the ACLJ warned.

“This is infanticide. Just like abortion, it is the murder of an innocent human being. But in this case, there’s no opportunity for the Left to say ‘it’s just a blob of cells.’ This law is not only allowing but requiring that the death of babies—who are born alive, citizens of the United States, and should be afforded all the rights that our Constitution is designed to protect, including the most basic of all, the right to life—go uninvestigated and unpunished,” the group said.

The California law is part of a wave of pro-abortion mandates that have been created by leftists and progressives, including virtually all members of the Democrat Party, in the wake of the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision, which struck down the seriously flawed Roe v. Wade decision from 1973 that created a federal “right” to abortion.

For example, leftists in the Colorado legislature – and governor’s office – adopted a law that declares specifically that the unborn do not have “any” rights in the state, allowing, again, abortion during that “perinatal” period.

“The passage of this bill into law is a perfect example of the fact that radical abortionists will never stop pushing to expand the killing of babies,” the ACLJ said. “While moments where evil seems to win – as with the passage of AB 2223 – are difficult and discouraging, Scripture calls us to ‘Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves; ensure justice for those being crushed. Yes, speak up for the poor and helpless, and see that they get justice.’ Proverbs 31:8-9.'” Source

The following article states that most AKI (Acute Kidney Injury) after Covid Vaccine happen in the elderly, but they are not certain that this doesn’t happen in younger people.

Our granddaughter lives in California where Newsom mandated the vaccine for 5-11 year old children. She will be 8 in November. She developed an AKI following her vaccine. She urinated pure blood, had a fever of over 104, and hallucinated from the high fever.

After being on a course of antibiotics, she finally got better. I recommended to my son that she be seen by a pediatric Nephrologist to make sure that the injury did not do permanent damage to her kidneys.

I think that people in CA are very hesitant about going to a doctor about something that happened after the vaccine. It is seen as not trusting the “System.”

Here is the article from

We would like to share ideas on “Acute kidney injury (AKI) after COVID-19 vaccines: a real-world study.”

Luo et al. discovered that AKI could arise following the COVID-19 vaccinations, most notably in older people. However, the causality must be determined further. While the COVID-19 immunization is useful, we are all afraid that it may possibly be dangerous.

In the current study, AKI, immunization participants may have side effects. However, no conclusions can be reached because there is no pre-vaccination information on the health and immunological status of vaccine recipients.

A comorbidity in the patient could be the source of the problem . Vaccination recipients may develop co-infections after immunization, which are misconstrued as a bad consequence. Dengue fever, for example, can occur concurrently and cause AKI .

Furthermore, Luo et al. did not exclude patients with active COVID-19 infection or those who had recently been infected with COVID-19, and there is still the possibility of asymptomatic COVID-19, a common clinical problem , which could be another confounding factor in the observed post vaccination adverse event. Prayers for our granddaughter are much appreciated.

NIH states they new NOTHING about this virus which was created in a Boston University lab.

So, do you know what that means? It means that when this plague is put into the atmosphere, NIH/ Fauci can say their hands are clean.

66 Year Old Retired NYPD Officer Speaks out after Sucker Punch Attack

Wait till you see these PUNKS run for their lives!!

The retired NYPD cop who was punched in the head in an apparent “knockout game” attack in Brooklyn blasted state bail “disreform” Wednesday as he urged officials to prosecute criminals, send them to jail — and not let them out onto the streets.

Harvey Kraft, 66, said he chased the punk who clocked him because he didn’t want to give him a “free pass,” as he railed against policies making the streets less safe.

“One thing I can say to Gov. [Kathy] Hochul and the [district attorneys] are when someone gets arrested, prosecute them and send them to jail and don’t let them out on the street the next day, so someone else can be a victim,” said Kraft, who responded to 9/11 and retired in 2002.

“Who knows how many times they have done this in the past or the future unless they’re caught and sentenced and punished?”

Kraft was walking on Brighton Beach Avenue and headed to the library at about 1 p.m. Tuesday when suddenly he was blindsided with “a crack to my skull,” he said in an interview from the lobby of his Brighton Beach apartment building. Two people were with his attacker, ready to film the assault, he said.

Harvey Kraft said he chased his attackers after an apparent “knockout game” attack In Brighton Beach.

Surveillance footage showed a group of people — apparently teenagers — approach Kraft from behind laughing before one lunges at him in a broad-daylight attack he didn’t see coming.

“I turned around quickly and apparently they were trying to knock me out with that knockout game. I didn’t lose my balance or composure. I turned around and faced them and yelled at them. They all started running in different directions,” he said.

The attackers were “running for their lives” as the 66-year-old chased them, he said.

“If you don’t defend yourself, it’s giving them a free pass,” he said

“Unfortunately you need to have two sets of eyes in the front of your head and the back of your head,” Kraft said. “You have to be constantly prepared, constantly aware until this matter is under control until you have some peace of mind, which doesn’t exist in this state of the city currently — regardless of what any politician is telling you. You have to be careful.”

“When they say bail reform, I don’t agree with the concept or that word,” the ex-cop said of the controversial state criminal justice reform. “It seems like ‘disreform’ these days. You know, innocent people who are potential victims are suffering the consequences.

“I think the way it is with politics, anyone who is a victim now is just a part of collateral damage to support their agenda, which we all suffer by.”

It’s not clear bail reform has any connection to the attack. His attackers remained unidentified and at large Wednesday, according to cops.

The former cop, who worked for the 78th Precinct in Brooklyn, said he soon lost his attacker. None of the group said anything in the “totally unprovoked” attack, he said.

“The one good thing is I was the victim in this case because if it was someone who wasn’t fit or more elderly, they could have been easily knocked out or fractured their skull, or who knows what else could have transpired,” Kraft said.

“I responded to hundreds and hundreds of encounters — robberies, assaults, other people who are victims — and I always felt confident that something wouldn’t happen to me, but the potential was always there.”

Kraft said police showed him video of the attackers setting up to film the assault.

“I saw that they had their video cameras ready to record. They thought it would be a jokey matter to put on YouTube or get some media publicity,” he said.

“Obviously they have no morals, no conscience and they’re not afraid of any ramifications,” he said, referring to the group of teens. “It just shows the boldness of them and the arrogance and the disregard of the safety for anyone who comes across their paths.”
