Isaiah 53 the Forbidden Chapter in the Tanakh: ISRAEL You Missed Your Messiah

Written in 2018, I felt to bring this one out again today.

After I was saved in 1983, I called a Messianic Congregation in my area and spoke to a lovely lady – a fellow Jewish Christian. She was so excited over my coming to know Yeshua as my Savior! We must have talked for well over an hour, but the thing I remember so vividly was when she brought up Isaiah 53.  She asked if I had ever read that portion of Scripture.  I had not – but promised that I would after we hung up.

To say that I was shocked would be a gross understatement.  I remember reading the words over and over.  I wondered why I had never heard this in my synagogue.

It was a clear picture of our Redeemer – Yeshua – and why He went to that Cross to suffer and die.  I’m sure that most of the readers of this article have read Isaiah 53 numerous times.  But for those who have not – I am placing it here:

*All bolded words are for emphasis for the reader.  

“Who has believed our report?
And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?
 For He shall grow up before Him as a tender plant,
And as a root out of dry ground.
He has no form or comeliness;
And when we see Him,
There is no beauty that we should desire Him.

He is despised and rejected by men,
A Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief.
And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him;
He was despised, and we did not esteem Him.

Surely He has borne our griefs

And carried our sorrows;

Yet we esteemed Him stricken,
Smitten by God, and afflicted.

But He was wounded for our transgressions,
He was bruised for our iniquities;
The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,
And by His stripes we are healed.

All we like sheep have gone astray;
We have turned, every one, to his own way;
And the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.

 He was oppressed and He was afflicted,
Yet He opened not His mouth;
He was led as a lamb to the slaughter,
And as a sheep before its shearers is silent,
So He opened not His mouth.

He was taken from prison and from judgment,
And who will declare His generation?
For He was cut off from the land of the living;
For the transgressions of My people He was stricken.

 And they  made His grave with the wicked—
But with the rich at His death,
Because He had done no violence,
Nor was any deceit in His mouth.   

 Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise Him;
He has put Him to grief.
When You make His soul an offering for sin,
He shall see His seed, He shall prolong His days,
And the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in His hand.   

He shall see the labor of His soul, and be satisfied.
By His knowledge My righteous Servant shall justify many,
For He shall bear their iniquities.   

 Therefore I will divide Him a portion with the great,
And He shall divide the spoil with the strong,
Because He poured out His soul unto death,
And He was numbered with the transgressors,
And He bore the sin of many,
And made intercession for the transgressors.”  (Isaiah 53: 1-12).

Perhaps you have Jewish friends for whom you are praying. Showing them this passage of Scripture is verypowerful! But please pray for the Lord to show you the right time to do this.

Isaiah 53 – The Forbidden Chapter

The 17th century Jewish historian, Raphael Levi, admitted that long ago the rabbis used to read Isaiah 53 in synagogues, but after the chapter caused “arguments and great confusion” the rabbis decided that the simplest thing would be to just take that prophecy out of the Haftarah readings in synagogues. That’s why today when we read Isaiah 52, we stop in the middle of the chapter and the week after we jump straight to Isaiah 54.

What happened to Isaiah 53, you might be wondering? That is exactly what this article is about.

In the Bible, in the book of Isaiah, chapter 53 the prophet prophesies about the Messiah that he would be rejected by his people, suffer and die in agony and that God would see his suffering and death as an atonement for the sins of humanity. Isaiah lived and prophesied about 700 BCE. According to his prophecy in chapter 53 the leaders of Israel would recognize they had made a mistake at the end of days when they rejected the Messiah, so Isaiah put the prophecy in past tense and because he saw himself as part of the people of Israel he used third person plural (we).

At the end of chapter 52 Isaiah writes an introduction to chapter 53:

“Behold, my servant shall prosper…” 

The term “servant” is supposed to connect back to sections earlier in the book that speak of “the Servant of the Lord” (for example, in chapters 42, 49 and 50, where the Messiah is described as a servant that suffers).

“He will be high and lifted up and greatly exalted.” 

This is to emphasize the eminence of the Messiah who would in fact rise from the dead, and ascend to the heavens and sit next to the Father.  His actions would give him a higher status that every human king or ruler.

“Just as many were appalled at You—His appearance was disfigured more than any man, His form more than the sons of men.”

Before the Messiah is exalted he would suffer and be humiliated. His body would be abused and tortured so badly that he would be completely disfigured and unrecognizable.

“So He will sprinkle many nations. Kings will shut their mouths because of Him, for what had not been told them they will see, and what they had not heard they will perceive.”

Despite the horrific suffering the day would come when even kings would come to look to him with reverence.

And now, let’s dive into chapter 53 itself…

“Who has believed our report?”

This is describing the lack of faith among the people of Israel who don’t believe what they’ve heard.

“To whom is the arm of Adonai revealed?”

Isaiah calls the Messiah the “Arm of the Lord”. Earlier, in chapter 40 Isaiah declares that the “Arm of the Lord” would rule for him. In chapter 51 the gentiles put their hope in the “Arm of the Lord”, and the “Arm of the Lord” would redeem. In chapter 52 the “Arm of the Lord” brings salvation. Now, in 53, Isaiah reveals to us that the “Arm of the Lord” is in fact the Messiah. The Messiah is very much part of God himself.

For He grew up before Him like a tender shoot,
like a root out of dry ground.
He had no form or majesty that we should look at Him,
nor beauty that we should desire Him.

He was a shoot in spiritually dry ground – there had been no word from God for 400 years.

“He had no beauty that we should desire Him”.

He was not appealing to us. We didn’t want him. His appearance wasn’t particularly glorious or impressive, and the way he showed up didn’t cause people to desire him. In contrast to what rabbinic Halacha teaches today, according to this prophecy, the Messiah would not be born to a prestigious rabbinic family or grow up in the grand residences of wealthy rabbis. We can say with near certainty that the external appearance of the Messiah was nothing extraordinary at all.

He was despised and rejected by men,
a man of sorrows, acquainted with grief,
One from whom people hide their faces.
He was despised, and we did not esteem Him.

The life of the Messiah was characterized by pain, rejection and suffering. He didn’t get the honor due to the Messiah, but was despised and rejected by the leaders of his people. We considered him some kind of social misfit – someone we might hide our faces from when we pass someone on the street that we are embarrassed to see.

We didn’t think he was the Messiah. We didn’t even register it could be him.

Surely He has borne our griefs
and carried our pains.
Yet we esteemed Him stricken,
struck by God, and afflicted.

The Messiah suffered in our place – he carried our sicknesses, our suffering, our pain… and the sins we committed, while our people – while we – thought he was being punished, and that his suffering was God’s punishment for sins that he himself had committed. We didn’t understand that it was for OUR sin.

But He was pierced because of our transgressions,
crushed because of our iniquities.
The chastisement for our shalom was upon Him,
and by His stripes we are healed.

The Hebrew says wounded, pierced. He died. Like someone who has fallen wounded, or someone perforated with bullets – not for any fault of his own, but it was our wrongdoing. He was crushed because of our inequities, our sins – the punishment and discipline we deserved went to him. The “stripes” are hard blows that leave marks, and by his scars we are healed. In exactly this way, hundreds of years later, the prophecy was fulfilled. Yeshua was went to the cross in order to take the death we deserved.

We all like sheep have gone astray.
Each of us turned to his own way.
So Adonai has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.

The Hebrew talks of going astray like sheep wander off and get lost. We all, people of Israel, ignored him and went on our way, but despite this, God put all our sin and iniquity on him – on the Messiah.

He was oppressed and He was afflicted
yet He did not open His mouth.
Like a lamb led to the slaughter,
like a sheep before its shearers is silent,
so He did not open His mouth.

The Hebrew says he was exploited, abused… his dignity and right to a fair trial were taken from him. The Hebrew says he was afflicted – tortured – but he didn’t open his mouth. This shows that he did not resist his unjust sentence. He didn’t try to rebel or escape, and he didn’t take legal representation in spite of the fact he was facing a death sentence, but he was led like a sheep to the slaughter, or to be sheared without resisting the injustices being done to him.

Because of oppression and judgment He was taken away.
As for His generation, who considered?
For He was cut off from the land of the living,
for the transgression of my people—
the stroke was theirs.

They arrested him and took his to trial. As a result of the trial he was “cut off from the land of the living”. A death sentence. Not for his own crimes, but those of his people. In the Scriptures, “My people” always means the people of Israel. The Messiah would die not for his own sin but for the sin of his people – the people who should be taking the punishment for their own sins – but the Messiah took it upon himself. He is the one who died.

His generation wouldn’t care to bring him up in conversation, but would rather sweep his existence under the carpet. So for the last 2000 years, Yeshua the Messiah has been the best kept secret in Judaism, and this is precisely why he was labelled “Yeshu” in Judaism, which stands for “May his name and memory be blotted out”.

His grave was given with the wicked,
and by a rich man in His death,
though He had done no violence,
nor was there any deceit in His mouth.

Even though he was taken out to be executed like a criminal, even though he did nothing wrong, and never lied, in his death he was to be buried in the fancy tomb of a rich man. Yeshua really was killed on the cross and was buried in the grave of a rich man a member of the Sanhedrin, Joseph of Arimathea. It’s a clear symbol of the ironic situation in which the Messiah receives honor for the noblest deed of them all – taking the death sentence we deserve on himself.

Yet it pleased Adonai to bruise Him.
He caused Him to suffer.
If He makes His soul a guilt offering,
He will see His offspring, He will prolong His days,
and the will of Adonai will succeed by His hand.

So who is responsible for the death of the Messiah? “The Jews”? As so many Catholics have accused us of in the past? Maybe the Romans? They were the ones who actually crucified him? No.

“God was pleased to bruise him”. God is the only one able to forgive and bring salvation to the world and he turned himself into a sacrifice. What kind of sacrifice? A guilt offering. The death of the Messiah was no accident – God used his own stiff-necked people as priests in order to bring about the forgiveness of sins not only for his people Israel, but for the whole of humanity. In contrast to the Yom Kippur sacrifice which was only valid until the following year and just ‘covered over’ sin, the atonement of the Messiah took away our sin once and for all! None of us as human beings are perfect – we are not able to be that perfect sacrifice. Only God himself could do that.

After that comes a very interesting statement:

“He will see His offspring, He will prolong His days,”

In spite of the fact he would be killed, he would also prolong his days. He would rise again from the dead and would see the “fruit of his seed”, planted in his resurrection. By the way, we also have a video on the resurrection of Yeshua.

As a result of the anguish of His soul
He will see it and be satisfied by His knowledge.
The Righteous One, My Servant will make many righteous
and He will bear their iniquities.

The Messiah would see and be satisfied by his labor, because many would be made righteous by the suffering he endured, as a righteous man when he took on himself the sins and iniquities of many. All who recognize him as the Messiah will be his “seed” in a spiritual sense.

Therefore I will give Him a portion with the great,
and He will divide the spoil with the mighty—
because He poured out His soul to death,
and was counted with transgressors.
For He bore the sin of many,
and interceded for the transgressors.

The Messiah was the one interceding for us an advocate for us as sinners before a holy God. The Messiah took on his shoulders the sin of all who believe in him. It’s an encouraging prophecy of hope and a future. God is not just interested in forgiveness expressed in words but also demonstrated in actions. That’s why he took on the appearance of a servant and took the punishment that we deserve on himself.

Isaiah 53 may be the most compelling and powerful source from the Word of God to the unbelieving Jew.  No wonder I never heard this chapter of Isaiah in my synagogue!  Our rabbi did not stress reading the Tanakh (the Old Testament.)  The leaders in the synagogue would show us the most important passages to read (according to them).  This reminds me of the Catholic Church!

I have to wonder how many of my people came to a saving knowledge of Yeshua because of Isaiah 53.  I have read that some rabbis tore out this part of Scripture to avoid any confrontation or demands for explanation from members of their congregation.

I believe that a Jew who was truly searching for Truth about the Messiah, quickly realized that a chapter of Isaiah was missing. This would only encourage the inquisitive Jew to search out Isaiah 53!  I am certain that a serious student of the Tanakh would have been shocked and most likely caused them to further search the Scriptures, and perhaps even read the New Testament  out of curiousity!

God makes no mistakes.  Isaiah 53 is part of the Old Testament – just as our Lord ordained it to be. This passage of Scripture is like a diamond sitting in plain site, but overlooked by most of the Jewish people for centuries.

Romans 11

As we read this chapter of Romans, it is clear that the partial hardening of the Jewish people towards Yeshua, was instrumental in opening up heaven to believing Gentiles. It also says that my people will become jealous of the Gentiles and their relationship with God.  I believe that we are seeing this clearly today.

This Scripture always made me understand that Jesus did not just come for His people Israel – but ultimately for the whole world:

“Get out of your country,
From your family
And from your father’s house,
To a land that I will show you.
 I will make you a great nation;
I will bless you
And make your name great;
And you shall be a blessing.
 I will bless those who bless you,
And I will curse him who curses you;
And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”  (Genesis 12:1-3)  (emphasis added).

ISRAEL:  A man is coming who will deceive you. You will think that he is the long awaited Messiah, but he will be indwelled by Satan. You will sign an enforcement of a seven year treaty with this devil.  I pray that you will never forget these words.  NEVER.

The Lord is Good and True and Righteous; and His Word never changes!

PRE-TRIBULATION RAPTURE: Jewish Wedding Ceremony by Joy Wriston -How This Article Changed my Life

Quite a few years ago, my friend and sister in Christ left this earth to be with her Messiah. I was torn between my own sadness and the excitement of knowing that she was seeing, not only friends and family who were born again and had gone to be with Jesus; but Joy was seeing Yeshua face to face!

I cannot put into words the feelings that wash over me when I think of Joy in heaven. It takes my breath away to this day when I think of her in Glory with our Lord and Savior.

I had begun writing for Rapture Ready many years ago. One day, Joy told me that she was working on an article about the Jewish Wedding Ceremony, and how this was a picture of the Rapture. Joy did not consider herself a writer, but felt the Holy Spirit urging her on to write this piece.

I have a confession to make to my readers. I have struggled with Rapture timing through the years. But the other night I felt the Lord urging me to read Joy’s article once again, and I did. But this time God used her article to open my eyes to the truth of the Pre-tribulation rapture.

NOTHING ELSE MAKES SENSE.

JEWISH WEDDING CEREMONY by JOY WRISTON

I was brought up in a church that believed in the Pre-Trib Rapture but in college encountered other views. I noticed that they mostly used the same verses but interpreted them differently so wondered if my interpretation could be the one that was wrong. Then I discovered Zola Levitt and his explanation of the Jewish roots of the Rapture confirmed for me that the Pre-Trib view is the accurate one.

This is my synopsis of his teaching gleaned from his book, An Israeli Love Story ( a fictional story which explains the Jewish wedding ceremony). Anyone who wants to research this further can do so as there are many articles from different sources on the Internet.

The First Century Jewish Wedding Ceremony

In the first century, when a young man saw a young lady he liked, he consulted with his father. Sometimes the father picked the girl and no consultations were necessary. But when the father approved of the choice of a bride, the young man would go to her house and speak with her father. (p.105)

At the bride’s house three very important things would occur: The groom would make a covenant with the bride, an actual contract; he would drink a cup of wine with her which sealed the covenant and he would pay the bridal price for her to the father. The bridal price was to make sure the groom was serious about the covenant—he had to pay a price. After the covenant was made, the cup had been drunk and the price paid, the groom would make a speech to the bride telling her that he was going to leave her and return to his father’s house to prepare a bridal chamber for her, sort of a honeymoon suite.

The words he would say were “I go to prepare a place for you.” He would be gone for a long time. He would have to build and finish the bridal chamber and have it approved by his father. It would have to be stocked for enough provisions to last for the prescribed seven days for a honeymoon of that time period.He would want it to be beautiful for her.

It had to be done right to win the approval of the groom’s father. During that year or so that the groom was building the bridal chamber, if anyone asked him when the wedding would be, he would say. “I don’t know. Only my father knows.”And that was true.He couldn’t go back to get his bride until his father approved the chamber and told him to go get her.(pp.106-108)

Meanwhile, the bride was waiting with dignity. She wore her veil whenever she went out so that other young men would know that she wasn’t available. Now she was called “set apart,” “consecrate.” And “bought with a price.” She was no longer her own person but an individual contracted to another and she conducted herself in a way that respected that agreement. She didn’t seek after other young men. She prepared herself for marriage by gathering her trousseau and waiting for her groom. She was at home every night, especially as time went on and she knew he could be coming.

The tradition was for him to come at night, especially midnight, to try to take her by surprise. It was to be “an abduction.” The bride would be waiting with her “bridesmaids,” her sisters or whomever she wanted in her wedding party. They would all have oil in their lamps just in case the groom did come at night. As time went on they were sure to be ready every night. (pp.109-110)

One night the groom did finally come. It was customary for the groom’s party to shout as they neared the bride’s house.When the bride heard that shout, she knew her groom had come to get her. The groom and his friends would rush in and grab every girl in sight, being sure to get the one with the veil (the bride). He needed her veil as the party would be going through the streets and she was not yet married. The bride’s father and brothers looked the other way as long as it was the young man with the contract. (p.110)

The entire wedding party would head towards the groom’s house, traveling through the streets and laughing. People would know there was a wedding going on but couldn’t tell who the bride was because the bride was covered by the veil. The bride and groom would enter the bridal chamber while the wedding party waited outside along with the wedding guests (friends of the groom’s father). Everyone waited outside the wedding chamber until the groom told his trusted friend through the door that the marriage was consummated.

Then the guests began celebrating an accomplished marriage. The guests would spend the next seven days there celebrating until the bride emerged with her veil off. Now the couple were husband and wife. Then there would be the marriage supper where everyone would joyfully congratulate the new couple. Afterwards, the young couple would leave the father’s house and go to a permanent home the husband had prepared for them. (p.111-113)

Jesus as the Bridegroom

The New Covenant

Hebrew 8:8 quotes Jeremiah 31:31-34 which states:

“‘Behold, days are coming,’ declares the Lord, ‘when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah; not like the covenant I made with their fathers on the day I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; My covenant which they broke, although I was a husband to them,’ declares the Lord.‘But this is the covenant which I will make with the house of Israel after those days’ declares the Lord, ‘I will put My law within them and on their heart I will write it; and I will be their God and they shall be My people. They will not teach again, each man his neighbor and each man his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord’ for they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them,” declares the Lord, “for I will forgive their iniquities and their sin I will remember no more.”

The New Covenant had to do with the Messiah’s coming and had to be signed in blood. Abraham had to divide animals when the Abrahamic Covenant made the Jews the chosen people (Genesis 15:10). In Moses’ day, the blood of the sacrificial lamb on the doorposts saved the firstborn of the Jewish believers (Exodus 12:7). Then later on Mount Sinai, the Mosaic Covenant was established. It required repeated blood (animal) sacrifices specified in the Law for the forgiveness of sins/offenses against God (Exodus 20:24).

The Davidic Covenant included burnt and peace offerings which required the shedding of animal blood (2 Samuel 6:17-18, 1 Chronicles 16:1-3). It’s the blood that makes the Covenant go into effect. When the Messiah (Jesus) came, John the Baptist called Him ,“The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world” (John 1:29). Isaiah 53:7 says the Messiah “would be led as a lamb to the slaughter.” When Jesus died on the cross, it was as a sacrifice for us; dying in our place with our sins placed on Him.

That the relationship of God and Israel has always been a marriage is made clear in the book of Hosea. In Jeremiah 31:32 God says He has been a “husband” to Israel.Paul compared marriage to being like the relationship between Christ and the church (Ephesians 5:22-33). The church is referred to as the bride of Christ or betrothed of Christ (Revelation 17:9; Ephesians 5:25-28; 2 Corinthians 11:1-4).

Jesus said that He only came for the “lost sheep of the house of Israel.” When Gentiles came to faith in the Jewish Messiah they were grafted into the Jewish tree, and were called the spiritual seed of Abraham (Matthew 15:24; Romans 11:17).

The Cup

At the Passover supper Jesus drank the cup with his disciples and stated “This is My blood of the new covenant which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins. (Matthew 26:28) God promises, “I will forgive their iniquities and remember their sins no more.” (Jeremiah 31:34) In the Jewish faith, the cup at the Passover supper is called the “Cup of Redemption.”

The Price

Jesus paid the bride price. He even asked His Father if it was worth it. (Luke 22:42-44) In the Garden of Gethsemane Jesus prayed, “Father, if You are willing, remove this cup from Me; yet not My will, but yours be done. And His sweat fell like great drops of blood while He was contemplating the cross. God sent an angel to strengthen His Son. That was His answer. Jesus paid the price for us.

“I Go to Prepare a Place for You”

In John 14:2-3 Jesus tells His disciples, “ In My Father’s house are many dwelling places. If it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you. If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also.” His ascension into heaven is recorded in Mark 16:19-20 and Luke 24:50-51.

The Bride Awaits

Jesus is still at his Father’s house preparing a place for us. And we are awaiting His return in a consecrated way—bought with a price; set apart (1 Corinthians 6:20; John 17:14-26, Romans 12:2;1 Peter 1:15-16.) “We are to act like the covenanted bride and be waiting at all times for our Bridegroom to come.We are to have oil in our lamps and be ready to travel, even at night (Matthew 25:1-46). Our oil is the Holy Spirit, the third Person of the Trinity who came to the Jews at Pentecost after the Messiah ascended. We are each to be filled with the Holy Spirit and always ready to go (Acts 2).

Jesus performed a vast Jewish courtship with His believers. “The Lord will return for His bride. There will be a bridal chamber in heaven where Jesus and the church will spend seven years – like the ancient seven days, and there will be a marriage supper like the Jews used to have. Every detail of Jesus’ great wedding will be accomplished and it will be carried out in the exact traditions of the Jewish people, because Jesus is Jewish!”

The Return of the Bridegroom

In the Jewish holy days, “Shuvuot (Pentecost) – that’s the harvest holiday. All summer following Pentecost the people plant and till the ground. But when the trumpet sounds, on what we now call Rosh Hashanah, the old Feast of Trumpets, the crops are in and the harvest is finished. Jeremiah, just to mention one prophet, could see that we wouldn’t be ready—not all of us.

“The summer is ended and we are not saved” (Jeremiah 8:20).Paul gave us a wonderful picture of that moment when the groom will return for His bride.” For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air and so we shall always be with the Lord (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17). (pp. 149-151)

That fulfills everything.You have the shout of the bridegroom to notify the bride of his coming; you have the trumpet to finish the harvest and to proclaim liberty for God’s people. We (Jews) used to blow the trumpet on each Jubilee to proclaim liberty…well, this is real liberty (Leviticus 25:10).

Just as a Jewish bridegroom called for his bride unexpectedly, and took her to his father’s house, Jesus will take His Bride (believers) away quickly, changed in the twinkling of an eye. (1 Corinthians 15:52). The Bride is to be ready and waiting with her veil on so that anyone who sees her pass will not know who she is.

People in today’s world also don’t recognize the bride of Christ. They see people going to church but don’t recognize them as the Bride. It’s as if true believers are wearing a spiritual veil making them unrecognizable to the world. After the Bride has gone on to her wedding, the world still won’t recognize who she was.

The House of the Father of the Groom

When the bride and groom arrive at the groom’s father’s house they will find a large gathering of wedding guests who are friends of the father. When the Bridegroom brings us to His Father’s house we will also find the Father’s friends there as wedding guests. These are the Old Testament saints, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the prophets, and the faithful chosen people who lived prior to the coming of the Messiah.

But first the bride and groom must go into the bridal chamber for seven days. And the groom’s friend waits outside the chamber until he hears the groom’s voice. Then he tells the guests when the marriage is consummated. In John 3:29 the Pharisees were questioning John the Baptist if he was the Messiah. John told them: “He that has the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the bridegroom who stands nearby and hears him, rejoices greatly because of the bridegroom’s voice. So this joy of mine has been made full.” The marriage is accomplished when the bridegroom’s voice is heard.

The “honeymoon” in heaven is the judgment seat of Christ. We will go before the Messiah and He will look at our works done for Him while we were in the flesh.We (believers) are all His servants and we do both good works and bad. In 1 Corinthians 3:11-15 Paul wrote:

“No man can lay a foundation other than the one which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if any man builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay or straw, each man’s work will become evident; for the day will show it for it is to be revealed with fire and the fire itself will test the quality of each man’s work. If any man’s work which he has built on remains, he will receive a reward (crowns). If any man’s work is burned up he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire.

This has nothing to do with sins. They were all covered at the cross. God isn’t going to charge us for what is already paid for. If you accept Jesus as Messiah (Savior) all your sins are forgiven. The “honeymoon” is where the groom removes the bride’s veil and knows her secrets. Even with our “bad” works, love is the healing factor. If you want a “good honeymoon” follow the Lord and do your good works for him. Either way, keep in mind that Jesus loves you and will be very glad to see you.

The Marriage Supper

The announcement has been made that the marriage is consummated. The Lord has examined everyone’s works and the crowns have been awarded. Now there is great rejoicing and celebration. The marriage is official and the great marriage supper (what we would call the reception) will commence. The Bride will be greatly honored:

“Let us rejoice and be glad and give glory to Him for the marriage of the Lamb has come and His wife has made herself ready. It was given to her to clothe herself in fine linen, bright and clean; for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints” (Revelation 19:7-8).

Notice that the Bible now says “wife” instead of “bride.” The honeymoon is finished and we are now married to the Lord. After the supper is over, we’ll leave to live and reign with our Husband in His millennial kingdom.

PHILADELPHIA, April 14—The world can avoid a catastrophe only by substantially changing its social and political institutions as well as its growth patterns, according to a concensus of the latest studies by the Club of Rome, a private group of about 100 businessmen and scholars concerned with the future of man.

All of the club’s current projects, discussed during three‐day conference that ended today in Philadelphia, concur that the following actions must be taken quickly if global problems are to he solved in democratic fashion;

Underdeveloped nations must act cooperatively and independently of developed countries to correct the world’s economic imbalances, essentially by using 19th‐century trade union tactics to form their own artels and new trading and monetary systems.

¶Future economic growth must be strongly differentiated, with conservation ‐ oriented growth based on recycling in the developed countries, and an emphasis on industrial growth in developing countries.

¶International institutions must be adjusted or created to manage such common problems as the uses of the oceans and of space and the development of new energy sources.

Summarizing the conference’s conclusions, Prof. Hell Jaguaribe, a Brazilian political scientist, said the danger to civilization if corrective measures were not taken was not that man would perish from a lack of food or raw materials, but that, long before that happened, democratic and humanistic institutions would he destroyed.

“In the conditions of the coming times, the necessity of reestablishing a viable world balance between population and resources—if the present generation is not able to timely adopt the necessary corrective measures—will inevitably tend to bring about a technocratic version of oriental despotism, of which Stalinism and Nazism have already given us an anticipated view,” Professor Jaguaribe said.

Thus, in its most recent analyses, the Club of Rome contInues to hold forth the possibility of disaster if today’s patterns of growth and development are not modified.

But the thrust of these warnings has shifted since the organization’s first study, published in 1972, emphasized the physical limits to growth, determined by the finitude of the earth’s resources.

That hypothesis has now been substantially modified by subsequent studies, some of which demonstrate that it is technically possible to produce enough food and energy to sustain large world populations in affluence without undue pollution.

But the latest studies indicate that such solutions will probably not be found under existing sociopolitical conditions and constraints. Unless these systems are modified, some studies conclude, catastrophic outcomes will result in the not‐too distant future.

This is the scenario foreseen in a sophisticated mathematical model dividing the world into 10 regions and developed by Mihajlo Mesarovic of Case University and Eduard Pestel of the Technical University of Hanover, West Germany, and of a model developed under the direction of Amilcar Herrera of the Bariloche Foundation in Argentina.

Brethren, many have speculated through years that the Bariloche Foundation in Argentina was made up primarily of Nazis who were secretly transported to Argentina after WWII.

In 1968, the Club of Rome determined the limits to growth; the results of the study was that civilization as we know it would collapse shortly after the year 2000 unless the population was seriously reduced. Several top secret recommendations were made to the ruling elite by Dr. Aurelio Peccei of the Club of Rome. The chief recommendation was to develop a microbe which would attack the autoimmune system and thus render the development of a vaccine impossible. Dr. Peccei had come to the conclusion that a plague similar to that of the Black Death was needed in order to “rid” certain groups from the population. The orders were given to develop the microbe and to also develop a cure and a prophylactic. The microbe would be used against the general population and would be introduced by vaccine administered by the World Health Organization. The prophylactic was to be used by the ruling elite. The cure will be administered to the survivors when they decided that enough people have died and it would be announced as “newly developed.”

This plan was called Global 2000. Funding was obtained from the U.S. Congress under H.B. 15090 (1969) and given to the Department of Defense 1970 budget to produce “a synthetic biological agent, an agent that does not naturally exist and for which no natural immunity could have been acquired.” Virologists refer to this as “Gain-of-Function” research that alters an organism or disease in a way that increases pathogenesis, transmissibility, or host range (the types of hosts that a microorganism can infect). The bottom line is that these bioweapons would be resistant to the immunological processes that we depend on to maintain immunity; they would be more infectious and lethal. This was the beginning of the “Gain-of-Function Experimentations“… and they never stopped!

The project was carried out at Fort Detrick, Maryland. Since large populations were to be decimated, the ruling elite decided to target the “undesirable elements of society” for extermination. Initially they targeted the Black, Hispanic, and homosexual populations and currently they are targeting the rest of society. The name of the project that developed the HIV virus that causes AIDS is MKNAOMI. The African continent was infected with HIV via Smallpox vaccine in 1977. Members of the gay community in the U.S. population were infected with HIV in 1978 with the Hepatitis B vaccine through the Centers for Disease Control and now the rest of mankind is being infected through the COVID-19 Vaccine! Vaccines armed with HIV autoimmune disease causing agents are the NWO’s “modus operandi” for mass depopulation!

In 1962 Roy Ash, Henry Kissinger, and Vice President Nelson Rockefeller, all members of the infamous Club of Rome, were financial investors in a company called Litton Bionetics. They helped to finance and establish the National Cancer Institute (NCI), which was part of the National Institute of Health (NIH) at Fort Detrick which included Litton Bionetics administration at the facility. By 1968, Dr. Robert Gallo was NCI project officer for Bionetics where new cancer viruses that were functionally identical to HIV were created. And it was Bionetics that directly supplied Merck Pharmaceuticals with the HIV bioweapon used to formulate both the Smallpox and Hepatitis B vaccines.

Under the supervision of the CIA, Project MKNAOMI was developed by the Special Operations Division scientists at Fort Detrick, Maryland. The order was given by the Policy Committee Bilderberg Group based in Switzerland and put into effect by the Haig – Kissinger Depopulation Policy regulated by the State Department established in 1975 that were responsible for drafting the Global 2000 Report. Working with the National Institute of Health (NIH) at the time and directing viral research were scientists Dr. Robert Gallo and Dr. Anthony Fauci. Fauci came to the NIH in 1968 as a clinical associate and in 1972 became section head of clinical investigations. 

Following the attacks of 9-11, Fauci was involved in drafting the “Project BioShield” legislation, a plan to produce vaccines and treatments against biological weapons for the Bush government where he worked closely with Homeland Security and the intelligence community. Key elements of the legislation was to allow private partnerships with pharmaceutical companies to develop vaccines and to allow the stockpiling and distribution of vaccines which had not been tested for safety and efficacy in humans.  You see… their plan was never about health preservation through vaccination; it was always about global genocide with Anthony Fauci installed as the CIAs depopulation operative at Fort Detrick! Here’s Fauci and his death squad planning pre-meditative murder with a “surprise outbreak!”

Fauci was the NWOs go-between orchestrating the collaborations between the “NWO Scientists,” the Pharmaceutical Companies, Governments, and the CIA with the United Nations at the helm! Plot Twist: In 1977, the Club of Rome, together with the Muslim Brotherhood, created an organization called “Islam and the West” a think tank whose goal was to pursue the destabilization of the West. Among the sponsors and funders were Dr. Aurelio Peccei, The Bilderbergers, and Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands. Dr Aurelio Peccei, representing  “Islam and the West,” gave a speech attacking the “narrow hegemonic interest of sovereign nation-states” emphasizing that the “guiding principle” behind the work of Islam and the West should be the “Law of Regionalization;” the decentralization of governments to be replaced by regional governing bodies. A Wikileaks Cable confirms that the Club of Rome was active in forming alliances with 3rd world Islamic leaders under the UN umbrella. 

Why is this problematic? The UN Security Council, the military arm of the UN, has international authority to impose sanctions, enter sovereign states and authorize the use of force under their “Responsibility to Protect” R2P legislation. What they refer to as “Peace keeping missions” will be the instrument the UN will use to invade sovereign countries with China supplying over ninety percent of the UN’s military power! China has already made alliances with the “Taliban” government of Afghanistan and the UN Security Council has also embraced the Taliban government. Soon the UN Security Council will allow Islamic despot nations voting privileges and when this happens, the West will fall!
