A Comment in Response to Alex Newman’s “Battle Against Evil Must Rely on God”

I agree with Robin that a time of true Repentance by ‘America‘ is long gone – things will NOT return to normal.

From Robin Linez

“I love listening to Godly men like Rev. Craft. He speaks the truth of the Bible, what a wonderful man of God.

I have zero confidence that our nation will repent to the point of being granted forgiveness and restoration. We are watching prophecy being fulfilled every day and we are witnessing the precise unfolding of the Last Days.

We can not stop what is coming, in fact I don’t even want it to stop, I want with all my heart for the Lord to come and put and end to sin.

We must pray, witness to others and keep looking up!

“We know our problem isn’t a Left/Right problem, it is an abandoning God problem.”

My comment in response to Robin:

“I agree with you about America gone off the rails. I loved that preacher too, but I do not think that America will be forgiven and all will be restored. We are in the last of the last days and God MUST punish sin. America in general has turned her back on Him.”

Here is the rest of Robin’s comment:

“I totally agree. I read a lot of blogs and watch a lot of videos by reliable end times pastors and teachers ie John Haller, Leo Hohmann, J.D. Farag and others.

What is interesting to me is that 2.5 years ago there wasn’t much of a chorus of voices saying we were entering the Last Days, but NOW there are hundreds of Christians posting in agreement that we are near the end, and say they believe we are very near the Rapture. I’m even seeing posts with hundreds of posts in agreement like that on secular Fox News threads and in the Epoch Times!

The unsaved and the lukewarm, while confused and nervous, think things will return to ‘normal’ when we have elections in November and Republicans take over. We know our problem isn’t a Left/Right problem, it is an abandoning God problem. We definitely aren’t Nineveh; our leadership and citizenry will never collectively rend their clothes, fast for days and repent in sorrow…it is not going to happen. We are far worse than Israel and Judah before they were torn apart and scattered; we can expect the same or worse judgement, and we deserve it.

But the true Church is awake and can see how close we are! We aren’t ignoring the signs that our Lord graciously gave us, unlike like the Pharisees and Sadducees did at Jesus’s first advent. We are so blessed to have the whole cannon of scripture, and yes, we KNOW, and so many of us are raising the alarm, warning and watching!

There is nothing to stop the sound of the trumpet and the call of our Bridegroom, Jesus Christ, our King. AMEN!”

Those who are part of the false NAR (New Apostolic Reformation) movement believe that Christians must take over governments and clean up this earth in order for our Savior to return.

WHERE is that in the Word of God?

  1. I don’t want to believe we are done as a sovereign free nation but I can’t ignore the “progress” we are making down the same road as Sodom & Gomorrah. We have probably passed their sin piles. I have lived long enough to watch the full departure. The Bible describes how both end. Ours is in Daniel & Rev along with warnings from Jesus & Paul. There are 2 final endings. The born again look forward to their ending when the trumpet sounds & we meet the Lord in the air & He takes us with Him to our new home. The rest will suffer the wrath that God has stored up for them on earth & then eternity in the Lake of Fire with the devil & his angels.
NAR is a false church with their share of false prophets which kinda resembles the false Kingdom Now nonsense. Jesus wants you to get out of it cuz the devil runs it. Seek the Lord while He still may be found. Just because a church service “charges up your batteries” or makes u feel good about yourself doesn’t mean it’s of the Lord. The devil seemed friendly & knowledgeable to Adam & Eve in the Garden but look at today’s headlines & news as to how that worked out.

NAR needs to wake up. People here in Canada have their heads in sand too. My husband won’t listen to me and says I listen to conspiracy theories . Very frustrating.
    Much prayer needed.

Joy, please keep speaking truth and try not to worry about anyone’s opinions, even if your own husband is ignorant of the times, which must be especially discouraging. Eventually all of us ‘tin foil hat’ wearers will be vindicated (likely when we are in Heaven). If he is truly saved it won’t matter for long if he doesn’t understand, he still goes with us in the Rapture.

My own sweet mom, who truly is a Believer, is greatly deceived about the jabs, the political state of our nation, and the explosion of wickedness all around. I tell myself that at 84.5 years old, her delusions are probably just keeping her love from growing cold and losing heart. Keeping this in mind, I don’t talk about things that are underway unless she brings them up first and even then I keep our convo about them minimal because she gets upset.

Denial is a very effective defense mechanism and we see it at work everywhere! For the weak and the frail Believers it’s probably a gift, but for the unsaved it could be eternally dangerous.

I am praying continually for those I love to be lit up by the Holy Spirit before we fly, but even if they aren’t, I’m sure we are planting seeds, whenever we share the gospel and our ‘conspiracy theories’. For some (not all, but some) these will turn into green shoots of understanding that will grow into full blown salvation during the Tribulation and lead to their eternal salvation.

Thank you for your encouragement Robin. I am the only believer in this family. They are all New Age.

It’s lonely, and heartbreaking, I am in your same situation, except for my mom. There is nothing worse than someone who thinks they are all good with the ‘Universe’ and therefore don’t need to be saved from anything. I am immediately reminded of Titus 3: 3-5

3 For at one time we too were foolish, disobedient, misled, and enslaved to all sorts of desires and pleasures—living in malice and envy, being hated and hating one another. 4 But when the kindness of God our Savior and His love for mankind appeared, 5 He saved us, not by the righteous deeds we had done, but according to His mercy, through the washing of new birth and renewal by the Holy Spirit.

I was so lost, a proudly self-described New Age, yoga practicing, astrology reading, psychic consulting, Buddhist Christian (as if there could be such a thing) before I was saved. If I can be saved, anyone can be saved…where there is life there is hope :).
