Is Ukraine Destroying Evidence of US-Funded Bioweapons Programme?

Russia’s Defence Ministry says Ukraine ordered scientists to destroy samples of plague, anthrax, and other lethal pathogens at US-funded laboratories near the Russian border, RT reported yesterday.

“We have received documentation from employees of Ukrainian biolaboratories on the emergency destruction on February 24 of especially dangerous pathogens of plague, anthrax, tularemia, cholera and other deadly diseases,” read a statement from the ministry.

Russia’s Defence Ministry is analysing the documents for authenticity. “In the near future we will present the results of the analysis,” the ministry said, adding that it believes the documents will prove that Ukraine and the US were violating Article 1 of the UN Biological Weapons Convention.

On their Telegram channel, RIA Novosti, a Russian state-owned news agency, posted images of the documents published by the ministry which include: an order from the Ukrainian Ministry of Health to destroy the pathogens; and, lists of the germs in question.  The images were accompanied with the comments (translated using Google):

“The facts of the emergency cleansing by the Kiev regime of the traces of the military-biological program being implemented in Ukraine, funded by the US Department of Defence, have been revealed, the Russian Defence Ministry said. Employees of Ukrainian biological laboratories provided documents on the destruction of especially dangerous pathogens of plague and anthrax on February 24

“The Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation published an instruction of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on the destruction of pathogens and acts of destruction in the Poltava and Kharkiv biological laboratories.

“Russian Defence Ministry: The Pentagon has serious concerns about disclosing the conduct of secret biological experiments on the territory of Ukraine.

“The received documents confirm that in the Ukrainian biolaboratories, in the immediate vicinity of the territory of Russia, the development of biological weapons components was carried out.

“In order to prevent disclosure of the facts of violation by the United States and Ukraine of Article 1 of the UN Convention on the Prohibition of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons, the Ukrainian Ministry of Health sent an instruction to all biological laboratories to urgently eliminate stored stocks of dangerous pathogens.

“In the near future, the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation intends to present the results of the analysis of the received documents.”

The document images shared by RIA Novosti are in Russian, but one twitter user posted a translation of the covering letter and  another twitter user translated, using Yandex, the remaining pages.  Below are the translated images.

Presidential Decree KO64/2022

On 24 February President Zelensky signed a decree imposing martial law in Ukraine, beginning later the same day, “due to the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.”

To impose martial law, the measures and powers must be deemed necessary to ensure Ukraine’s “defence, public safety and state interests.”

The decree gives the regime the power to restrict the constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens and the rights and legitimate interests of legal entities.

It is under this decree, martial law, the Ministry of Health “requested” the emergency destruction of biological pathogens.

US Funded Bioweapon Labs

Russia has been at loggerheads with the United States and NATO for years and Russia has accused the US and Ukraine of developing bio-weapons close to its borders numerous times.

During an interview in 2021 with the newspaper Kommersant Nikolai Patrushev, the chief security adviser to Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Moscow has “good reason to believe” the US is developing biological weapons along the borders of Russia and China.

Dilyana Gaytandzhieva, a Bulgarian journalist and Middle East correspondent, tweeted on 26 February that the US embassy in Ukraine had deleted documents from its website pertaining to US funded biolabs.

Gaytandzhieva captured images in 2018 for an article she wrote titled ‘The Pentagon Bio-weapons’.  In this article she embedded images showing details of 11 biolabs the DoD Defence Threat Reduction Agency (“DTRA”) funded in Ukraine, bordering on Russia.  Continuing the thread of her tweet above she posted these images with the comment: “These are the documents which the US Embassy does not want you to see.”

Her twitter thread continued: “However, they have forgotten to delete this document from the US federal contracts registry which shows that the Pentagon is funding two new biolabs in Kiev and Odessa.” [see HERE]

Media ‘could be accessories to murder’

In response to a Freedom of Information Act request, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has revealed that it spent more than $1 billion in taxpayer dollars to buy advertising promoting the Covid vaccines from news outlets nationwide — the same media outlets which then provided favorable “news” coverage about the injections.

Among those who accepted the government cash were ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, Fox News and Newsmax.

Major newspapers taking the government’s money included the New York Post, the LA Times and the Washington Post, as well as hundreds of smaller local newspapers and TV stations in practically every state.

These same “news” outlets collectively published thousands of articles and video segments regarding the vaccine that were universally promoted as “safe and effective.”

Many of them refused letters to the editor or op-eds that provided an alternative perspective on the injections. Social media companies that accepted the government ads were at the same time censoring the posts of users who commented critically on the vaccines.

The financial disclosures came as a result of an FOIA filed by The Blaze Media.

Hundreds of news organizations were paid by the federal government to advertise the vaccines as part of a “comprehensive media campaign.”

The Biden administration purchased the ads on TV, radio, in print, and on social media to “build vaccine confidence, timing this effort with the increasing availability of the vaccines,” according to The Blaze.

The legality of such advertising for a pharmaceutical product being administered only under emergency-use authorization is highly suspect.

It’s difficult if not impossible to provide unbiased informed consentas required by federal emergency-use laws when those targeted for the experimental treatments are being bombarded with one-sided advertisements promoting the product as basically a miraculous cure – which we now know based on the Pfizer data dump was a complete lie.

The FDA last week released 55,000 pages of data about the Pfizer clinical trials showing that these injections carry a mortality rate of up to 3 percent, and many more suffered harmful side effects. This is data that the FDA and Pfizer wanted to keep hidden from the American public for 75 years but were forced by a federal judge to start making available this year. The first installment of 55,000 pages was made public last Thursday, March 3.

A 38-page report included in the documents features an Appendix, “LIST OF ADVERSE EVENTS OF SPECIAL INTEREST,” which lists 1,291 different adverse events following vaccination.

The list includes acute kidney injury, acute flaccid myelitis, anti-sperm antibody positive, brain stem embolism, brain stem thrombosis, cardiac arrest, cardiac failure, cardiac ventricular thrombosis, cardiogenic shock, central nervous system vasculitis, death neonatal, deep vein thrombosis, encephalitis brain stem, encephalitis hemorrhagic, frontal lobe epilepsy, foaming at mouth, epileptic psychosis, facial paralysis, fetal distress syndrome, gastrointestinal amyloidosis, generalized tonic-clonic seizure, Hashimoto’s encephalopathy, hepatic vascular thrombosis, herpes zoster reactivation, immune-mediated hepatitis, interstitial lung disease, jugular vein embolism, juvenile myoclonic epilepsy, liver injury, low birth weight, multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children, myocarditis, neonatal seizure, pancreatitis, pneumonia, stillbirth, tachycardia, temporal lobe epilepsy, testicular autoimmunity, thrombotic cerebral infarction, Type 1 diabetes mellitus, venous thrombosis neonatal, and vertebral artery thrombosis among 1,246 other medical conditions following vaccination.

“This is a bombshell,” said Children’s Health Defense (CHD) president and general counsel Mary Holland. “At least now we know why the FDA and Pfizer wanted to keep this data under wraps for 75 years. These findings should put an immediate end to the Pfizer COVID vaccines. The potential for serious harm is very clear, and those injured by the vaccines are prohibited from suing Pfizer for damages.”
Placed in perspective, we now have proof that the government and its private corporate partners in the media lied to the American public for over a year about these vaccines, which were not really vaccines but experimental gene therapy.

They have blood on their hands and must be held accountable. They are complicit in an attempted genocide.

The government also relied on earned media featuring “influencers” from “communities hit hard by COVID-19.” These influencers included not only medical professionals but but media outlets and even pastors, many of which opened up their churches to be converted into makeshift vaccination centers.
The so-called “experts” like White House chief medical adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci and other academics were continuously interviewed on government-funded “news” segments promoting vaccination as the only way to combat the pandemic.

The Biden administration engaged in a massive campaign to “educate” the public and promote vaccination as the only way to “prevent serious illness or death from COVID-19.”
Dr. Robert Malone cites evidence that the “fully vaccinated” were actually more likely to be hospitalized and even die from the omicron variant.

Congress appropriated $1 billion in fiscal year 2021 for the secretary of health to spend on activities to “strengthen vaccine confidence in the United States.” Federal law authorizes HHS to act through the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other agencies to award contracts to public and private entities to “carry out a national, evidence-based campaign to increase awareness and knowledge of the safety and effectiveness of vaccines for the prevention and control of diseases, combat misinformation about vaccines, and disseminate scientific and evidence-based vaccine-related information, with the goal of increasing rates of vaccination across all ages … to reduce and eliminate vaccine-preventable diseases.”

But this campaign was anything but “evidence-based.” It was pure propaganda meant to deceive.
From mid-December, 2020 through February 18, 2022, the U.S. government’s database, the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS), has received 1,134,984 reports of adverse events, including 24,402 deaths, following COVID vaccination. Additionally, there have been 4,021 cases of myocarditis and pericarditis in the U.S. with 2,475 cases associated with Pfizer, 1,364 cases with Moderna and 171 cases with J&J’s COVID vaccine. These include 643 reports of myocarditis and pericarditis in children aged 12 to 17.

And the VAERS numbers only represent between 1 percent and 10 percent of the actual adverse events because the vast majority of such incidents go unreported, according to a Harvard University study on VAERS.

“It would be criminal to expose infants and young children to this extremely risky product,” said Holland. “VAERS data show the catastrophic health impacts the vaccine is having on millions of people, yet Pfizer and other vaccine makers are raking in billions of dollars with no fear of being held accountable for injuries and deaths from their vaccines.”

It is becoming clear that the biggest purveyor of misinformation about the Covid “vaccines” was not those accused of being “conspiracy theorists” but the U.S. government and its private corporate partners in the mainstream media.

Now, those same guilty parties in the media have taken a hard pivot away from Covid hysteria toward nonstop Russia-Ukraine war coverage. That’s no coincidence.

Russia: Countries Allowing Ukraine to Use Their Airfields ‘May Be Regarded’ as Entering Conflict: The BEAR Continues To ROAR

Russia’s Defense Ministry on Sunday warned that any country that offers the use of its airfields to Ukraine’s military for attacks on Russian assets could be considered as having entered the conflict.

“The use of the airfield networks of these countries to base Ukrainian military aircraft and their subsequent use against the Russian armed forces may be regarded as the involvement of these states in an armed conflict,” Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov told the Interfax news agency on Sunday evening local time.

Konashenkov said Russian officials are aware of “Ukrainian combat planes which earlier flew to Romania and other neighboring countries,” without elaborating.

Since the conflict started on Feb. 24, the United States, its NATO allies, and other European nations have flooded Ukraine with missiles, anti-tank missiles, ammunition, weapons, and other supplies. There have also been reports claiming that European and NATO countries are working to send fighter jets to Ukraine.

A report from the Financial Times, meanwhile, quoted an anonymous White House official as saying the United States is working with Polish officials to send the jets to Ukraine’s military, but Poland’s government disputed those reports as false.

We significantly help in many other areas,” the Polish prime minister’s office wrote on Sunday morning in a Twitter post to the pro-Kyiv news outlet NEXTA, which repeated the claim that Poland and the United States are trying to get fighter planes to Kyiv.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has repeatedly asked the United States and NATO to provide jets or enforce a no-fly zone, urging American members of Congress on Friday again to do so in a Zoom call.

But NATO’s Secretary-General, Jens Stoltenberg, and top White House officials have said that a no-fly zone is not being considered over Ukraine, which is not a member of NATO, because it would entail having U.S. or NATO planes shooting down Russian military aircraft or attacking assets in Ukraine and inside Russia. Stoltenberg warned late last week that the move would lead to a sharp escalation in the conflict with Russia, which has perhaps the largest arsenal of nuclear weapons in the world.

Despite the risks, some members of Congress, including outgoing Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.), have called for a no-fly zone to be enforced over the Eastern European nation.

On Sunday morning, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) told ABC News that a no-fly zone over Ukraine would lead to another world war.

“A no-fly zone has become a catchphrase. I’m not sure a lot of people fully understand what that means,” Rubio told ABC News. “That means flying AWACS 24 hours a day, that means the willingness to shoot down and engage Russian airplanes in the sky. That means, frankly, you can’t put those planes up there unless they’re willing to knock out the anti-aircraft systems that the Russians have deployed in, and not just in Ukraine, but Russia and also in Belarus,” Rubio said.
