And I’m like: “Take a crash course in public speaking – after your inauguration.” (Cortez wrote that she was to be inaugurated in January)
You can’t make this stuff up!
The World is Ending in 12 Years Comment
Brethren, this comment was taken right out of the United Nations playbook, but again, Cortez got it wrong. The Sustainable Development Goals are projected (by the UN) to be fulfilled by 2030. They warn that “Climate Change” will destroy our planet by that year if regulations are not implemented in every country.
I’m like “That would be 11 years, Ms. Cortez.” Evidently your math ranks right up there with your public speaking. Okay, I know that was nasty, but if a person runs for office in the United States of America – they should be able to speak to the people; at least somewhat articulately; and do simple math.
George Soros has some serious work to do with this one! And while he’s at it, he might suggest to Rashida Tlaib AND Cortez to clean up their language.
Tlaib said that they (Dems) were going to impeach the M*****F***** speaking of course about Trump. And last night Cortez was on Colbert’s show stating how many F***s she gives about Democratic criticism of her. And that would be ZERO according to her.
Ocasio-Cortez gives ‘zero’ f–ks about what other Democrats think
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez admitted that she gives “zero” f–ks when her Democratic colleagues criticize the youngest woman elected to the House for speaking her mind.
Appearing on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” on Monday, she was asked about how she feels when other Democrats admonish her by saying “Wait your turn” and “Don’t make waves.”
Colbert asked: “I want to ask this question in a respectful manner, knowing also that you’re from Queens, so you will understand this question. On a scale from zero to some, how many f–ks do you give?”
“I think it’s zero,” the 29-year-old said.
Ocasio-Cortez, who has become a force on Twitter and amassed more than 2.5 million followers, said she doesn’t always fire back at her critics on the social networking site because she doesn’t want to go after “some innocent bystander.”
But “If you have a blue check, if you’re in my mentions, if you’re being sassy in a way that I think is unjustified, and if I haven’t eaten in two to three hours,” she said she will.
The freshman lawmaker was enlisted last week to give Democrats some pointers on how to use social media to their advantage.
“Rule No. 1 is to be authentic, to be yourself and don’t try to be anyone that you’re not,” Ocasio-Cortez said on the show. “So don’t try to talk like a young kid if you’re not a young kid.
“Don’t post a meme if you don’t know what a meme is — that was literally my advice, and I said don’t talk like the Founding Fathers on Twitter.” source
So brethren, the influx of America haters into Congress continues. The Dems have always shown their disdain for our country, but now a whole new breed is entering the Capitol building.
Even though personally I believe that it’s just too late – as it is said “The toothpaste is out of the tube and cannot be pushed back in.” But we should still pray for our government.
Most importantly, we should pray for their Salvation. Their hearts are black and Jesus is the only One who can change them.
Not since Hitler’s Third Reich, have we seen anti Semitism of this magnitude. After World War II, there was shame shown by most every nation over the mass slaughtering of the Jewish people (my people) in the death camps. Today, there is arrogance among most nations, who declare unapologetically their hatred for Jews and for Israel. They don’t even explain the reason for the hatred.
As Christians, we know from where that hatred comes.
The college campuses are filled with Jew hating professors and students. They cry out for the boycott of Israel. Many of these efforts to demean Israel have been organized by Islamic students, and are funded by none other than George Soros and The Muslim Brotherhood.
Many decades ago, a young Jewish journalist was asked to write a book, exposing the truth about the Palestinian problem in Israel. Her name was Joan Peters. Ms. Peters passed away in 2015. She was a liberal Jew, and when she first began her research on this subject, she fully expected to find and expose the narrative which had been promoted to be true.
The narrative was that the Jews displaced a people (the Palestinians) when they came into their land in 1948.
What she found was something entirely different. Joan Peters was an ethical person, and knew that she had to reveal the facts, even if the facts did not support the narrative which her peers were sure she would uncover.
The entire Arab-Israeli conflict is based on a narrative fabricated by the Arabs that they had lived in Palestine from “time immemorial” until, in the 20th century, Jews from Europe invaded Palestine and drove them out, creating the Palestinian Refugee Problem.
Joan Peters Caro, z”l, a beloved friend whose remarkable life ended unexpectedly a few weeks ago, had set out to write a book about “the plight of the unfortunate Palestinian Refugees.” However, in the course of her research she discovered the true facts, and her book evolved into a refutation of that theme.
She came across a remark Winston Chuchill made in 1939, challenging the common notion that Jewish immigration into Palestine had uprooted its Arab residents. To the contrary, according to him:
“So far from being persecuted, the Arabs have crowded into the country and multiplied till their population has increased more than even all world Jewry could lift up the Jewish population.”
In her book, From Time Immemorial: The Origins of the Arab-Jewish Conflict Over Palestine, Ms. Peters cites historical documents showing that Arab settlers had flocked to Palestine beginning in the late 1800s, drawn there by economic opportunities in areas that were being developed by Jewish settlers. The data unearthed by Peters indicates that Arabs so benefited economically by the presence of Jewish settlers from Europe that they traveled hundreds of miles from their natural habitat in the southern region of the Arabian Peninsula.
The widely accepted narrative of displaced Palestinian refugees had been fabricated to justify the planned destruction of Israel.
The book gained widespread attention and was awarded a National Jewish Book Award from the Jewish Book Council in 1985. It received positive reviews from Commentary, The New Republic and The Atlantic; the book’s jacket included praise from Elie Wiesel, Saul Bellow, Theodore H. White and others. Barbara W. Tuchman wrote: “This book is a historical event in itself, a discovery that has lain in the dark all along until its revelation by Joan Peters’ unrelenting research. It could well change the course of events in the Middle East.”
This brilliant woman was born Joan Sydney Friedman on April 29, 1936, in Chicago. She attended Roosevelt High School and the University of Illinois. Even before graduating, she became a freelance writer for publications like Harper’s Magazine and The New Leader. Her fascination with the Middle East began while covering the Yom Kippur War as a freelancer for CBS News in 1973.
Joan Friedman married Gary Peters and became a mother to daughter Lore. Her second marriage, to Stanley Kaplan, lasted until his death in 1991. Six years later, Joan married Dr. William A. Caro. The Caros lived in Chicago where Joan was greatly admired for the enormous contribution she made to Jewish history by revealing the true facts about the Hashemite Arabs’ false claim on Palestine.
Joan Peters Caro, may you have eternal rewards for your deeds. source (Emphasis added)
Brethren, I pray that many of you would print this article out and share it with your family and friends. Another reason to print this out is that it may be scrubbed from the internet.
It’s time for many people who have believed the lie of the so-called Palestinians, to finally understand that this was fabricated to oppress Israel.
Arab Historian Admits there is No Palestinian People
When the Ottoman rule ended, there was no Palestinian national identity or political borders. It was all made up later. Arabs themselves say so, but the west isn’t listening
One of the biggest, most stubborn and costliest untruths of our time is the notion that the jihad waged by Arabs in the Palestinian Authority (PA) and Gaza against Jews in Israel is a national struggle of an indigenous people for independence.
No matter the facts, the lie persists to the tune of billions of dollars in international aid and political prestige, which makes it increasingly difficult for anyone involved to admit that the whole thing is nothing more than a propaganda stunt.
Unlike the fairy tale of ‘The Emperor’s New Clothes’, everyone pretends to be blind and deaf when it is pointed out that the emperor is naked. In fact, if the emperor himself were to stand up and yell, ‘I am naked folks, go home!’ the crowd would go on complimenting his non-existent garments.
Last week the naked emperor did just that:
“Before the Balfour Promise, when the Ottoman rule [1517-1917] ended, Palestine’s political borders as we know them today did not exist, and there was nothing called a Palestinian people with a political identity as we know today”, historian Abd Al-Ghani admitted on official PA TV on November 1.
“Since Palestine’s lines of administrative division stretched from east to west and included Jordan and southern Lebanon, and like all peoples of the region [the Palestinians] were liberated from the Turkish rule and immediately moved to colonial rule, without forming a Palestinian people’s political identity.”
In 1917, says this Arab historian on official PA TV, there was no such thing as a Palestinian people. This statement amounts to saying that the whole narrative of an ‘indigenous Palestinian people’ was made up at a later point in time.
As Hamas Minister of the Interior and of National Security Fathi Hammad speaking on Al-Hekma TV said in March 2012: “Brothers, half of the Palestinians are Egyptians and the other half are Saudis. Who are the Palestinians? We have many families called Al-Masri, whose roots are Egyptian. Egyptian! They may be from Alexandria, from Cairo, from Dumietta, from the North, from Aswan, from Upper Egypt. We are Egyptians…”
There is a reason, why the “Palestinian National Museum” is empty of historical artifacts.
The Arab historian’s admission corroborates the observations of 19th century travelers to the region, who notably had no specific political agenda when they visited, unlike so many visitors to Israel today:
”Outside the gates of Jerusalem, we saw indeed no living object, heard no living sound”, wrote French poet Alphonse de Lamartine about his visit in 1835.
”The country is in a considerable degree empty of inhabitants and therefore its greatest need is that of a body of population.” wrote British Consul James Finn in his 1857 description of the Holy Land.
”Palestine sits in a sackcloth and ashes. Over it broods the spell of a curse that withered its fields and fettered its energies. …Palestine is desolate and unlovely….It is a hopeless dreary, heartbroken land.” wrote American author Mark Twain in his description of his visit in 1867.
Nevertheless, the Arab propaganda machine gets away with publishingfantastic falsehoods, such as this one on the Palestinian Authority’s tourism website: “With a history that envelops more than one million years, Palestine has played an important role in human civilization. The crucible of prehistoric cultures, it is where settled society, the alphabet, religion, and literature developed, and would become a meeting place for diverse cultures and ideas that shaped the world we know today”.
The international community not only approves of these falsehoods, it happily pays for them.
Historian Abd Al-Ghani’s declaration on PA TV was a historic, highly newsworthy admission that ought to have made the headlines everywhere, considering the importance the issue is given by political leaders, diplomats, the media and other establishment figures all over the world.
After all, if the Arabs themselves admit that the ‘Palestinian people’ is an invented entity, should not the consequence be that the countless UN projects, billions of dollars in international aid, and the endless campaigns against Israel cease and be used for more noble purposes?
The answer is yes, but no one is paying attention.
We live in a post-factual world. Facts no longer have any currency, unlike feelings and ideological posturing. The truth has been reduced to a troublesome inconvenience and if it happens to stare you in the face, nothing could be easier than closing your eyes or simply looking away. source
We wait for the “Peace Plan” from president Trump. It has been leaked a few times that this document will not be for the protection of Israel and will divide the holy city of Jerusalem. But as soon as these leaks appear from the press, the Trump administration denies the allegations.
We have been told that the so-called peace treaty will be unveiled after the elections in Israel in April of this year.
