I should read the Word of God more than I do. Oh, I read it, but most of my day is spent either on Facebook or surfing the Internet for research purposes for my articles.  I know that the Lord wants me to come into His presence by reading His Word.  What could be more important to a follower of Christ?

Everything that happens in this world is permitted by our God. The events may seem so incredibly evil, but God permits them.  I know that websites like my Word Press will most likely be gone if the U.N. has control of the Internet. Any sites which speak of Christianity and Conservatism will be scrubbed.  As I thought about this today, a calm came over me.  I would fill the hours with reading and study of God’s Word. Perhaps this will be the time that my husband and I finally find a home Bible study group.

A reader of my articles wrote to me yesterday, asking if I would recap the current meetings and agenda of the United Nations.  I did this last year and I suppose that some expect it again.

Wouldn’t it be redundant for me to do this?  Their Sustainable Development Goals have not changed.  Their disregard and disdain for Israel and for Christians has not changed.  Their love and total support of the LGBT communities of the world has not changed.  Their obsession with Climate Change will never change – that is the vehicle by which they will take control of the world’s economies.

The New World Order

I read or heard something yesterday which really stuck with me.  Why do we bother listening to the global news, when we have in our Bibles the news before it ever happens?   We have been privileged as children of God to know what is going to happen:

“And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe” (John 14:29).

Take heart and Fear Not 

When we look at our children and grandchildren – the love that we feel is sometimes overwhelming.  We cannot even imagine the Love that God feels when He looks at His own children!  He knows our fears and anxieties; every one of them. When we cry, I believe that He cries with us.

“Be merciful unto me, O God: for man would swallow me up; he fighting daily oppresseth me. Mine enemies would daily swallow me up: for they be many that fight against me, O thou most High.  What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee. In God I will praise his word, in God I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto me. Every day they wrest my words: all their thoughts are against me for evil. They gather themselves together, they hide themselves, they mark my steps, when they wait for my soul. Shall they escape by iniquity? in thine anger cast down the people, O God Thou tellest my wanderings: put thou my tears into thy bottle: are they not in thy book? When I cry unto thee, then shall mine enemies turn back: this I know; for God is for me” (Psalm 56:1-9)

Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee (Deuteronomy 31:6).

“The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him. The Lord is their strength, and he is the saving strength of his anointed” (Psalm 28:7-8).

“Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,  Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 8:37-39).

We are so blessed, brethren. He knows us and loves us. Our names are written in His book.

I believe that it won’t be long before we hear that trump and are caught up with our Lord Jesus into the air; and will be with Him forevermore.  Always remember that each thing we see happening in this world – He foreknew and permitted.  Every letter of his prophetic Word WILL be fulfilled!
