Woman Claims She Was in Ross Dressing Room When She ‘Heard a Man’s Voice’ — She Couldn’t Believe Manager’s Response

A woman is outraged after she says a man was permitted to use the women’s dressing room at a Mesquite, Texas, Ross department store on Monday.

Lisa Sickles said she was using the women’s dressing room when she suddenly “heard a man’s voice.” She said she immediately told the store’s manager.

“She went inside the dressing room, came right back out and called me to the side and told me… he was representing himself as a woman today,” Sickles told CBS DFW.

However, Sickles said the man “was in no way dressed as a woman.”

“He had on jeans, a t-shirt, 5 o’clock shadow, very deep voice. He was a man,” she recalled.

A Ross spokesperson reportedly said the company does not discriminate against transgender individuals, but refused to comment on this particular case.

Sickles said the incident left her feeling as if her feelings didn’t matter.

“What about me? Or my feelings?” she said.

Sickles claimed the manager told her if she “felt uncomfortable in the dressing room with him there,” she should “wait until he’s finished.” – source

Other large retailers across North Texas have varying policies on transgender customers who want to use the restrooms or changing rooms.

Target, TJ Maxx and Marshalls allow customers to decide based on gender identity, according to customer service.

Representatives from Kohl’s say their store require customers to use facilities aligned with their biological gender. (Emphasis mine)

Walmart had no specific policy, according to customer service.

None of the companies would discuss how they train their employees to handle customers who claim to be transgender.

TEXAS: Transgender Caught Taking Pictures of 13-yr-old girls at Target – LGBT’s Leader: She was born a pedophile

A transgender ‘woman’’, James Goebel, was caught taking photos of teens girls using the restroom at a Dallas area Target store.

One of the victims, a 13 year old girl, said she could hear someone’s iphone camera snapping and was curious, so she looked under the stall only to see the camera phone in her face. She ran out and told her father, who held the door shut until police arrived.
When authorities arrived, they arrested 28 year old James Goebel and searched her phone for evidence. They found over 700 photos of young girls using the restroom, from dates ranging in the past 5 months.

Dallas’s local LGBT community has come together to stand in defence with Goebel, claiming she should not be persecuted because she was “born a pedophile and therefore can not change her sexual orientation”. This comment comes from the leader of Dallas’s LGBT Aqua Squad, Dorothy Wright.

The United States does not currently view pedophilia as a sexual orientation, but this is something that Dallas LGBT Aqua Squad is hoping to change. – source

Man accused of taking pics of woman under bathroom stall in Marshall’s

CHARLOTTE, N.C. —
A man is behind bars after a frightening encounter at Marshalls in Midtown.

A female employee at the store said when she went to the bathroom a hand came under the stall with a camera phone.

Police believe it was Emmanuel Mobah’s hand.

“That’s pretty crazy that somebody would do that. That’s pretty messed up,” said shopper Deanna Colton.

“You sort of expect that security when you go to the bathroom in a store for sure,” said Deborah Young.

According to police, the female employee acted fast.

She jumped out of the stall, saw him in the bathroom and got her manager who called police.

They made the arrest and took his phone.

Shoppers are applauding the young woman’s actions.

“That’s great that she took action and was able to push the door open and get him away,” said Colton.

Mobah told officers he was a pharmacy student.

Channel 9 contacted Central Piedmont Community College where he once attended classes.

Officials said he was last enrolled in fall of 2013 and is not currently registered.

He is registered at Wingate’s school of pharmacy. School officials said they do not know the full extent of the allegations yet, but they said, “The university takes these allegations very seriously. If proven to be factual the matter will be dealt with expeditiously. It is inconsistent with the values we have as an institution.” – source
