“Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,  And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.  For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:  Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished: But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men” (2 Peter 3: 3-7) (Emphasis mine)

This passage of Scripture speaks of the Great Flood in which all of humanity perished, except for Noah and his family; and two of each kind of animal which lived upon the earth.  The Scripture goes on to say that the next time God destroys in the day of Judgment, it will not be by a flood, but by fire.

Satan hates Jews and Christians

From the beginning of time, when Lucifer was cast from heaven and his name changed to Satan; he has done everything in his power to destroy the Jews and the Christians.  Jesus came from such people and Satan detests Him.  He tried to destroy the people from which Jesus would come by killing Abel, not knowing that it was from from the lineage of Seth that our Savior would come.

Satan tried with Haman in the time of Queen Esther. His plan was to annihilate all Jews from the earth (sounds like someone else) but thankfully God had Esther and Mordecai to bring Haman to his end.

Hitler thought that he would be the one who would have the “Final Solution” and he killed six million Jews. Because of his heinous act, the State of Israel was officially formed, and Jews from the four corners of the earth came to their rightful home. This fulfilled this prophecy:

“Therefore say unto the house of Israel, thus saith the Lord God; I do not this for your sakes, O house of Israel, but for mine holy name’s sake, which ye have profaned among the heathen, whither ye went.  And I will sanctify my great name, which was profaned among the heathen, which ye have profaned in the midst of them; and the heathen shall know that I am the Lord, saith the Lord God, when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes. For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land” (Ezekiel 36).  (Emphasis mine)  Notice that God’s everlasting Covenant with the Jewish people reflected on His mercy and Truth, for HE is the LORD! It was not based on how well the Jewish people were obeying!  They have been stiff necked throughout their history. But they ARE God’s Chosen.

Satan – the god of this world

Satan, knowing Scripture better than any of us; however using the Words of the Lord for his gain and his pleasure – he twists them to confuse and deceive!  People are either serving God or Satan. Many will say “Oh, I don’t serve Satan, but I don’t believe in God” are kidding themselves. If they hate or don’t believe in the Lord, then they surely are serving Satan.

Herein is the reason why liberals (God haters) are raging against Jews and Christians on this earth. Satan, who controls these peoples’ minds, knows that he has but a short time before his destruction.  Look around – see the campuses filled with professors and students shaking their fist at anything having to do with God, the Bible, Christians and Jews!

Enter the Arab world, after Israel was re-inhabited by the Jews. You see, they believe that the promise was made to Ishmael and not to Isaac. The are WRONG. And when they come against Israel, God has told us what will happen:

 And thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates,

 To take a spoil, and to take a prey; to turn thine hand upon the desolate places that are now inhabited, and upon the people that are gathered out of the nations, which have gotten cattle and goods, that dwell in the midst of the land.

 Sheba, and Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish, with all the young lions thereof, shall say unto thee, Art thou come to take a spoil? hast thou gathered thy company to take a prey? to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to take a great spoil?

 And thou shalt come from thy place out of the north parts, thou, and many people with thee, all of them riding upon horses, a great company, and a mighty army:

 And thou shalt come up against my people of Israel, as a cloud to cover the land; it shall be in the latter days, and I will bring thee against my land, that the heathen may know me, when I shall be sanctified in thee, O Gog, before their eyes.

 Thus saith the Lord God; Art thou he of whom I have spoken in old time by my servants the prophets of Israel, which prophesied in those days many years that I would bring thee against them?

 And it shall come to pass at the same time when Gog shall come against the land of Israel, saith the Lord God, that my fury shall come up in my face.

 For in my jealousy and in the fire of my wrath have I spoken, Surely in that day there shall be a great shaking in the land of Israel;

 So that the fishes of the sea, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the field, and all creeping things that creep upon the earth, and all the men that are upon the face of the earth, shall shake at my presence, and the mountains shall be thrown down, and the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground.

 And I will call for a sword against him throughout all my mountains, saith the Lord God: every man’s sword shall be against his brother.

 And I will plead against him with pestilence and with blood; and I will rain upon him, and upon his bands, and upon the many people that are with him, an overflowing rain, and great hailstones, fire, and brimstone.

 Thus will I magnify myself, and sanctify myself; and I will be known in the eyes of many nations, and they shall know that I am the Lord”  (Ezekiel 38:10-23).  (Emphasis mine)

Do you notice that throughout Scripture, the Lord makes it abundantly clear that his actions toward His people Israel are to make Him known among the nations that HE IS THE LORD!!

So, it is no mystery

Atheists (God haters) are merely doing the bidding of their master – Satan.  God’s Arm is not too short to reach many of these people. We should pray for them. But it is also clear in the Word that God is sending Strong Delusion and is giving many of these God haters over to their reprobate minds:

“And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:  That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness” (2 Thessalonians 11-12)
