How can people leave a baby in a hot car? They should have been immediately checked for drugs. There are no charges pending against these guys.

An infant died after she was left in a hot car in Santee, California, on June 13, a mere two months after a gay couple adopted her.
The baby, identified as Diana Sofia De Los Santos, was found unresponsive in an SUV parked outside her family’s home just after midnight, the Daily Mail reported on Sunday, noting the temperature outside was 63 degrees Fahrenheit at the time.
A family member called 911 for help after finding the baby. She was rushed to a local hospital but eventually died.
The Mail article noted, “Studies show temperature inside a car can rise to 104F in just half an hour on a 70F day, and reach 115F in an hour. The body’s organs begin to shut down at 107F.”
Authorities with the San Diego Sheriff’s Office are investigating the case, but no charges have yet been filed.

Diana’s parents Romer and Jayson De Los Santos took her home on April 11 after flying to Arizona where they met the baby girl in hospital for the first time.
Adorable photos showed them cradling the infant and introducing her to their two-year-old son, who was also adopted, and Diana at home in her crib.
A neighbor provided video footage that his/her Ring doorbell captured on the night the incident happened, NBC 7 reported Wednesday.
The clip shows police officers and emergency crews arrive at the Settle Road home, and the neighbor said crews were there for a few minutes and left quickly.
“I can’t fathom leaving a kid in a car. We’ve seen it happen every single year, we see a child lose their life,” the person told the outlet.

In a similar incident in May 2023, a one-year-old, who was believed to be a foster child, died after being left in the backseat of a car in Puyallup, Washington, for more than eight hours, Breitbart News reported.
Maybe she cried too much? Men don’t have the ‘maternal instinct’ you know? I believe that God put that in women to cope with crying babies. I absolutely do not believe that gay men should be allowed to adopt babies. Sorry……not sorry.

Child abuse and negligence. I don’t believe agencies are preventing Christian couples from adopting because of our obedience to follow God’s design and raise a child in accordance to God’s way. I was sickened a couple of years ago when that man put an infant to his breasts. No infant should be left with perverts.
You can guarantee that no charges will be filed just because they are gay. Anyone else, there would have been charges or at least an investigation. This is sad.

No charges filed??? Here is a case where the bio-father was charged with murder for the same thing. I remember the case. His wife couldn’t drop the child off at day care for some reason, so the father was left with the chore. The father said the child was quiet and asleep, so he forgot that the boy was in the back seat. So, he went to work as usual leaving the boy in the car all day. Other things were involved is the reason for the life sentence. It’s a good example of what happens when sin is involved.
ATLANTA (WANF/Gray News) – A metro Atlanta man accused of leaving his 22-month-old son to die in a hot car has been released from prison.
Justin Ross Harris was released from Macon State Prison on Sunday after serving about 10 years, according to the Georgia Department of Corrections. He was transferred to Cobb County Jail on Sunday.
Harris was originally given a life sentence in 2016 for the death of his son Cooper.
I remember that story too. But this has gay guys in it, so you know they will give allowances when they should arrest one or both of them!!!
