The REAL Meaning of “Wall of Separation Between Church and State” This Phrase is Found NO WHERE in Our CONSTITUTION!

**Originally written in 2018Bringing it out again!

About 20 minutes from our home in Maryland stands a memorial dedicated to the fallen of World War I. It is called the Peace Cross.  It has been a landmark in Bladensburg, MD since 1925.

But the American Humanist Association is bound and determined that this Cross must come down.  They say it is just too Christian. The case is now on its way to the SCOTUS for a final decision.

This demonically inspired group just had a victory in Florida, where they got a court to rule that the display of a Cross was not upheld by our Constitution and sited the so-called “Separation of Church and State” mantra.

Did you know that these words are not found in our Constitution?  Surprised, are you?  I am praying that those who read this article will never forget the truth of the much coined and false statement which is used by God-haters across our country.

Satan is a liar and the father of them.  He is also the author of confusion.  He took our First Amendment and twisted it, just as he does with God’s Holy Word.

Here is the First Amendment of our Constitution:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” (emphasis added)

Do you see in the First Amendment the verbiage “Separation of Church and State?”

Neither do I.

We don’t see it because it is NOT there.  The First Amendment was given its place of prominence because our Founding Fathers wanted to insure that the government would never establish a “religion” that would be forced upon the American people; and that we would always have freedom of speech.

Then why do we hear this clause so much?

In 1802, a group of Baptist ministers from Danbury, CT wrote to Thomas Jefferson. They were concerned about the possibility that the State would impose a denomination and their freedom to worship as Baptists might be in jeopardy.

Here is Thomas Jefferson’s response to these CT pastors:

Jefferson’s Letter to the Danbury Baptists

The Final Letter, as Sent

To messers. Nehemiah Dodge, Ephraim Robbins, & Stephen S. Nelson, a committee of the Danbury Baptist association in the state of Connecticut.

Gentlemen

“The affectionate sentiments of esteem and approbation which you are so good as to express towards me, on behalf of the Danbury Baptist association, give me the highest satisfaction. my duties dictate a faithful and zealous pursuit of the interests of my constituents, & in proportion as they are persuaded of my fidelity to those duties, the discharge of them becomes more and more pleasing.

Believing with you that religion is a matter which lies solely between Man & his God, that he owes account to none other for his faith or his worship, that the legitimate powers of government reach actions only, & not opinions, I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should “make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof,” thus building a wall of separation between Church & State. Adhering to this expression of the supreme will of the nation in behalf of the rights of conscience, I shall see with sincere satisfaction the progress of those sentiments which tend to restore to man all his natural rights, convinced he has no natural right in opposition to his social duties.

I reciprocate your kind prayers for the protection & blessing of the common father and creator of man, and tender you for yourselves & your religious association, assurances of my high respect & esteem.”  (Emphasis mine)

Th Jefferson Jan. 1. 1802.

In the past 100 years, the phrase “Wall of Separation between Church and State” (taken from Jefferson’s letter) has been misconstrued  to mean that anything to do with Religion must be separate from State or Federal Government.

First of all, as I said before – the phrase “Separation of Church and State” is found no where in the Constitution.  God-hating individuals have repeatedly used this statement (which was to PROTECT the Christians) so many times, that the average person on the street will tell you that this is part of America’s Constitution.

Devilish…..is it not?

I plead with the readers of this piece, to always remember this story about Thomas Jefferson and the Baptist ministers.  You will be able to shut down outright lies.  Print this article out if you can.

This is only the beginning

Just as Crosses are offensive to God-haters, I believe that a time is coming when our Bibles may be confiscated.  The Bible, once used for swearing in people before giving testimony in court, is now considered a book of hate.  Why?  Because God Himself has made it clear in His Word that homosexuality, abortion, transgenderism and every other aberrant practice by sinful men and women are an abomination to Him.

The groups of homosexuals and transgenders have demanded to be protected as a minority and put in the same category as Blacks when they were promised protection and equality under the law.  This is ludicrous.  This is comparing apples to oranges!  These groups have nothing to do with racial or ethnic protections.

Abraham Lincoln said that all men are created equal. He did not say “All sexual preferences are created equal.  Back then, these “practices” were against the law! That speaks volumes to me!

We need only to look at China to see what may happen in America if the Left gets back into power.  The frenzy we have witnessed since the inauguration of President Trump is merely a glimpse at what may happen to us if the God-haters rule the land once again.

*** This sent shivers down my spine since the piece is from 2018 and we had no idea about 2020 and the Covid 19 Virus and all of the other horrific things which have transpired this year!

Satan is in a Rage

Satan knows that his days are numbered.  He must lash out while he still can. Since Satan knows the Word of God better than any one of us, he knows how this ends. So, in his state of rage, he is determined to wreak havoc amongst Christians.  The Left worship him, but they prefer to call him Lucifer.

Good is Evil and Evil Good

“Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!”     (Isaiah 5:20)

Are we not seeing this before our eyes?  But take heart, brethren. We know how this story ends; we must cling to our Lord and Trust Him fully. We must look for Jesus at any time to come and gather us away from this place which is not our home.

As the saying goes:  “We ain’t seen nothin’ yet.”

This “debate” or phony “fact” about the “separation” of church/state has been going on forever it seems. Some very brainy people are convinced it’s true & that it is contained in the constitution but in spite of their sheepskins hanging on the wall & good vision + a normal understanding attribute none of them can point it out to us dummies. Wonder what they think of Jer 51:17
“All mankind is STUPID, devoid of knowledge…” Almighty God said it, not me. I just happen to agree with Him. Talk about “useless eaters”. Here they are in spades.

    1. I’m sure there are even some Christians who believe that this phrase is in our Constitution! People have SO much information on the internet, but if they follow leftist goofballs, they will not find truth. They will find revisionist history. And so it goes on and on and on……..

“If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.” Jn. 15:19 Continue in prayer, encourage one another, fight the good fight, until He calls us home, for this world is not our home.

      1. The key phrase never stressed is, no prohibition of the free exercise of religion. No prohibition is no prohibition !
But my understanding of 7 heads is Rome is #6 and Germany is #7 that continued a Short space (only 12 years) and the 8th is America. Yes, America is the 4th Reich emerging now. Start with operation paper clip and all that followed. America is japeth as is Europe, Israel’s final enemy. The 7th and 8th heads are both subsets of Rome.
What about Russia ? I’m not sure, but suspect a limited nuclear exchange and it’s Russia that goes down. Injured new Nazi America recovers as a new beast and the world marvels that it lives. America’s days are numbered but it gets a few more years before it is no more.
That’s my honest take, I reserve the right to change by revelation or new variables unseen yet to come.

Yes, amen Mark! Dale, besides your good sense you always give me a chuckle as well 😁
If they really want a wall of separation why do they teach the kids muslim prayers in our public schools? Grrrr

    1. Well, the answer to that is quite clear. If it fits and furthers their agenda, then it’s a ‘go.’ If not, then they play the Wall of Separation card!! grrrrr

On Monday, Muslims will celebrate a lie. Abraham offered up Issac NOT Ishmael. Eid al-Adha is a Satanic revisionist history. The old twisted serpent has fooled many to reject true Sacred Scriptures and replace it with nonsense.
