A veteran war crimes prosecutor told The Jerusalem Postthat Israel and other countries have the legal obligation to prevent Hamas from carrying out their stated goal of committing genocide against the Jewish People.

Former United States Justice Department Office of Special Investigations director Eli Rosenbaum’s 38-year career placed him in the role of prosecuting Rwandans, Russians, and Nazis for war crimes.

“The treaty obligates all signatory nations not just not to commit genocide and punish it, but to prevent it,” said Rosenbaum.

Hamas can be considered a genocidal group because its treaty states its aim to murder Jews and because Hamas’s leadership states it was committed to repeating the atrocities of October 7th again and again to destroy Israel.

In addition, the indiscriminate targeting of women, children, and elderly non-combatants on October 7th and the extent of the atrocities, according to Rosenbaum, didn’t merely show genocidal intent but were acts of genocide.

“Hamas intentionally carried out an attack that was so gruesome, so far beyond what anyone could have imagined in terms of cruelty, attacks that rivaled and even exceeded the cruelty seen at the hands of Nazi forces in World War II,” said Rosenbaum.

“And I feel fairly well qualified to opine on that, having studied and investigated and prosecuted Nazi cases for some 40 years,” he added.

Rosenbaum added that not only Israel has an obligation to stop Hamas, but “every country that signed the Genocide Convention, which is the vast majority of the countries of the world and that has the capability to act, has a treaty obligation that is an obligation under international law.”

However, he added that, apart from Israel, the United States is one of the few countries to take that obligation seriously.

He also pointed out that providing weapons to a terrorist group would be a violation of the agreement in the Geneva Convention.

Nevertheless, since the beginning of Israel’s war with Gaza, it seems that tables have been turned, and South Africa and other countries have accused Israel of genocide, a claim Rosenbaum dismisses as an “obscene falsehood.”

He explained that the definition of genocide is in reference to the goal of destroying all of a people or a significant part, not to the number of casualties.

“Genocide is not a crime that is based on numbers,” said Rosenbaum.

“If it were, then the allies would have committed genocide in the Battle of Manila with over 100,000 civilian deaths in World War II,” he explained.

“We would have committed genocide in Germany, where, just to speak of aerial bombing, not ground operations, by the British Royal Air Force and the then US Army Air Force, that combined bombing killed somewhere between 300,000 and 500,000 people.”

Rosenbaum concluded, “No one would say that the Allies committed genocide against Germans. That’s just absurd. Germany started a war. It was also a genocidal war, particularly against Jews and Roma, and they killed millions of people. The Allied military campaign is what brought an end to genocide.” source

It’s absolutely INSANE for much of the world to blame Israel for this war. The slaughter of over 2000 Israelis on October 7th caused Israel to retaliate and promise the end of HAMAS.

This is not genocide. This is self preservation by a people (the Jews) who have known nothing but hatred, murder and ‘genocide’ against THEM!

The CEO of Trail Life USA, an alternative to what used to be called the Boy Scouts of America (BSA), said the company was “saddened” by the BSA’s recent name change to Scouting America.

In a press release on Friday, Mark Hanock, the CEO of Trail Life USA, criticized the Boy Scouts organization for challenging the fact that “boys and girls are different” and leaving behind a “male-centric environment.”

“We are saddened by the Scouts’ continued challenge to the truth that boys and girls are different and deserve different programs,” Hancock said in the press release. “Trail Life USA remains committed to recognizing the unique design of boys through our proven process that is growing them into godly men.”

Hancock’s statement came after the BSA changed its 114-year-old name at the beginning of May in an attempt to send “a really strong message” that every person in American can join Scouting America and “bring their authentic self,” Scouting America President and CEO Roger Krone explained.

Hancock added:

Organizations like the Boy Scouts that previously upheld the uniqueness and wonder of boyhood have abandoned the male-centric environment that for centuries was the key to awakening the hearts of boys and men as, together, they experienced adventure, nurtured faith, and grew to become the men God called them to be.

Hancock went on to acknowledge that men and women are physically and emotionally different, adding that “pretending otherwise in the name of progress or permissiveness might be culturally acceptable, but it does both sexes a disservice.”

“Boys and girls deserve unique programs created with their specific needs in mind,” Hancock continued.

The BSA’s name change comes as, in recent years, the organization has made a wave of changes, such as  lifting a ban on gay employees and allowing transgender boys to become members of the scouting organization.

In 2019, the organization made history by allowing girls to join, changing its name to Scouts BSA.

Throughout the years, the Boy Scouts of America has faced numerous allegations by former boy scouts that leaders sexually abused them. In 2021, the organization reached a $850 million settlement over allegations of sexual abuse.

“Trail Life isn’t just a Christian alternative to the Boy Scouts; it’s an answer to the deep crisis affecting boys in America,” Hancock added. “While the Boy Scouts abandon their traditional boy-centered roots, we are dedicated to providing boys and their families a space that is geared towards boys.” source

Brethren, do you remember when feminism was in full swing, with Gloria Steinem and Bella Abzug and many others? If they weren’t burning their bras, they were telling women to get out of their homes (caring for children) and get into the board rooms as CEO’s and such.

The times of a women having doors held for them, or meals bought for them on dates was becoming a thing of the past.

Men were tiptoeing about, not knowing how they should act – NOT KNOWING what it meant to be men any longer.

This has morphed into the most bizarre and truly disgusting behavior. Now it’s perfectly acceptable (and is embraced by much of society) for children to decide (with much adult coaxing) that boys are truly girls and vice versa.

America is the leader of the transgender movement. Many nations are walking back the supporting of transgender surgeries and other treatments that will scar children for life.

And as I’ve said numerous times – it’s ALL part of DEPOPULATION!
