Central Park among NYC areas considered to house migrants: ‘Everything is on the table’Hundreds of asylum seekers remain in place outside of the city’s arrival intake center, where many have waited for days in wait of a place to sleep — if there is one available.Many of the migrants sleeping on the streets of midtown in front of the Roosevelt Hotel on East 45th Street and Madison Avenue, most of whom are single men, say their spot in line has not moved forward as New York City officials look at every possible option to house the new arrivals.
“Everything is on the table,” NYC Deputy Mayor Anne Williams-Isom said Wednesday. “As of July 30, we have 107,900 people in our care, including 56,600 asylum seekers. Over 95,600 people have come through our system since last spring.”
This has ‘bad idea’ written all over it.

As I read what the mayor of NYC plans to do with the illegals, I pictured the perfect place for a child trafficking ‘city’ in Central Park. Who knows? Maybe that is what is planned.

Tax paying NYC residents will enjoy their new physical fitness regimens in Central Park courtesy Mayor Adams by running for cover, dodging bullets, hitting the dirt, trench digging, playing 52 syringe p/u with your kid (remember when ur little one intentionally threw stuff on the floor to see u pick it up, ha, ha what fun), find the fentanyl & dope b4 ur kids do game (based on easter egg hunt rules), knife defense training, poop sidestepping exercises & pervert/kid trafficking avoidance. These are things the whole family can & MUST do together so thank Hizoner for getting u all in better physical condition while bringing back the good old family traditions of togetherness.

A far cry from the days of Ellis Island, nearby; a checkpoint all immigrants had to pass through. Had to get checked for diseases, mental status. Had to have a sponsor, a relative, a place to stay,a job awaiting, or sent back. No benefits. You were expected to contribute, work, or live with family already here.
My great grandparents on both sides came from Ukraine and Russia through Ellis Island NY in 1903 🙂
