EPCOT 2.0: Silicon Valley Titans Invest $800 Million to Build Utopian City in Northern California

A consortium of Silicon Valley elites, led by the group Flannery Associates, has acquired 55,000 acres of land in northern California for $800 million with the ambitious goal of constructing a sustainable, utopian city. Investors include leftist luminaries like Reid Hoffman and Laurene Powell Jobs.

The Guardian reports that Flannery Associates, with the support of Silicon Valley investors, has made a significant acquisition of agricultural and vacant land worth a whopping $800 million, causing widespread attention locally and nationally. The group’s objective is to build a utopian new town on 55,000 acres that promises its future residents reliable public transportation, urban living amenities, and a commitment to clean energy.

The project is spearheaded by Jan Sramek, a 36-year-old former trader for Goldman Sachs. Among the high-profile backers are Michael Moritz, a venture capitalist; Reid Hoffman, the co-founder of Linkedin and a leftist misinformation spreader; Laurene Powell Jobs, the widow of Steve Jobs called the “new Soros” by Breitbart News editor in chief Alex Marlow; Marc Andreessen, an investor and software developer; Patrick and John Collison, the sibling co-founders of the payment processor Stripe; and entrepreneurs Daniel Gross and Nat Friedman.

Flannery Associates has been acquiring farmland and vacant plots for the past five years but has only recently begun interacting with local officials and residents. It has been reported that Flannery has acquired land from local farmers, paying them prices significantly higher than the market value. As a result, Flannery has become the largest landowner in Solano county. The land acquired by the group surrounds Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield, a city of about 120,000 residents.

The group has also been sending out opinion polls to local residents to determine their feelings on an initiative that could appear on Solano county voter’s ballots. “This project would include a new city with tens of thousands of new homes, a large solar energy farm, orchards with over a million new trees, and over ten thousand acres of new parks and open space,” reads a screenshot of the survey obtained by SF Gate.

Despite the grand vision, Flannery Associates faces a multitude of challenges. The group has already initiated lawsuits against landowners over what it describes as an “illegal price-fixing conspiracy.” Moreover, the firm will need to secure approvals from officials at both local and state levels and navigate a labyrinth of environmental and zoning roadblocks. source

So, with each passing day the plans of the elitists are coming into sharper focus. They are building Smart cities and Utopian cities for THEM to rule over the little people (my friend, Leo Hohmann, calls them “plebes”) and that is very accurate.

If you thought the pandemic was over, we’re sorry to say that you’re wrong.

As the 2024 election looms closer and the presidential candidates are increasingly at each others’ throats, so it seems COVID is at ours. And Lauren Chen is well aware.

“It does seem like COVID part two is back. That’s right, the pandemic strikes back,” Chen says. “A lot of people, if you ask me, have been a little too quick to move on and forget that hey, you actually had neighbors who are calling the police on you if you tried to have guests over.”

“There were actually people who were dying that were prevented from seeing their loved ones,” she adds.

We need to remember, because if we don’t, then it could easily all happen over again. And in some ways, it already is.

Lionsgate, a production company based in California, has re-implemented a mask mandate for some employees after a few employees tested positive for COVID

The employees were told in an email to “wear a medical grade face covering (surgical mask KN95 or N95) when indoors except when alone in an office with the door closed, actively eating, actively drinking at their desk or workstation, or if they are the only individual present in a large open workspace.”

“If you are still afraid of COVID in this day and age, you haven’t been paying attention and you should probably go see some sort of mental health professional, rather than place all of your concern in something like COVID,” Chen says.

It’s not only the Hollywood studio that’s making a big deal out of re-implementing mask mandates. Morris Brown College has also reintroduced a mask mandate for both students and staff.

The college made this decision because there have been reports of students testing positive for COVID.

“Yes, the fatality rates for COVID are very similar to that of the flu. Do we institute mask mandates for the flu now? Absolutely not. It’s just something we live with and we understand that we live in a society. People get sick. So, the fact that some people out there still have this irrational fear when it comes to COVID,” Chen says. “It’s not based in science. It’s not based in medicine. This is an ideological thing.”

Brothers and sisters in Christ – DON’T let them make you FEAR!!  Focus on our Lord Jesus! If enough of us say NO NO NO to the masks, I believe that the fear mongers will drop it!
