“Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? What harmony is there between Christ and Belial? Or what does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: “I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be my people.” “Therefore, come out from among them and be separate,” says the Lord. “Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you.” And, “I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.” 2 Corinthians 6:14-18
Here we have a clear call from the Holy Spirit that forbids believers in Christ Jesus to have fellowship with unbelievers: calling it fellowship with the Devil, wickedness and darkness.
The biblical definition of an unbeliever is equally clear. An unbeliever is anyone who denies Christ; who denies Jesus was God come in the form of human flesh; the Son of God born of a virgin; who denies that Jesus was true God and true Man; who denies that, as a man, He died on the cross for the sin of the world, and was raised from the dead three days later; who denies that Christ Jesus is Lord and is returning to this earth to set up an everlasting kingdom.
We are seeing this forbidden fellowship taking place before our very eyes, and in high places. The prime example is the head of approximately 1.6 billion Catholics, Pope Francis. Last year he signed a document openly embracing spiritual fellowship with Muslims and Jews, both of which deny Christ as God in the flesh, identifying them as unbelievers. At the present time, Francis is actively promoting harmony and fellowship with all the religions of the world, all of whom reject Christ.
Now it may sound like a wonderful thing: “All the religions of the world need to embrace one another for the sake of peace and harmony among men on earth.” But here’s the problem: this inclusive brotherhood that is being promoted as the answer to world peace is of the Devil. Satan is a deceiver and the father of lies. The Devil’s plan and intention for this world is not peace, but to steal, kill and destroy.
As the spiritual and political leaders of the world cry, “Peace, peace,” all you have to do is look at the landscape of America today. Daily we see violence from coast to coast; daily we hear of corruption and wickedness in high and low places. Unbelievers reject the Prince of Peace, and will openly embrace the coming lawless one, and in doing so, will seal their fate of everlasting destruction.
To imagine that bringing all the religions of the world together in some kind of spiritual fraternity, is a plan straight from the Devil’s playbook. A union of all religions in order to bring peace on earth necessarily rejects God and the Man He has appointed to be the Lord of this earth: Jesus Christ. Those who promote and advocate such a plan, not only are heading for everlasting destruction, but are leading their followers to the same end.
Therefore, the Spirit calls out to all who have ears to hear: come out from among them and be separate; have no fellowship with them. This call extends into the professing churches which embrace and promote the sexual perversion of our generation.
“For of this you can be sure: no immoral, impure or greedy person—such a person is an idolater—has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. Let no man deceive you with empty words…God’s wrath comes on those who are disobedient. Therefore do not be partners with them.” Ephesians 5:5-7

There are so many apostate churches now, even the evangelical and non-denominational churches, let alone Mormon, Jehovah’s Witnesses, along with Hinduism, Buddhism and the rest. Now there is only a small remnant of true Believers in, and lovers of, The Son of God, Jesus Christ.
Which is very sad but also means He is at the door!
Amen. Insightful teaching.
