Oh, Geri thank you for this wonderful video! As a gentile I too was “driving on automatic” through this holiday. This discussion has opened my eyes, and never again will I call it Easter. My desire to go deeper and deeper into the words of our Lord will start right here.
    Thank you!!!

Baruch haba b’Shem ADONAI! The New Testament greek tells us to celebrate the Pashca which is Passover. Roman Catholicism’s separation from anything Jewish was carried over to Protestanism and still exists today. The triumphal victory over death on Ressurection Sunday should be the most Holy day; yet, many Christians callously continue in pagan rituals of fertility. “You cannot drink from the Lord’s cup and the cup of demons. You cannot eat at the Lord’s table and the table of demons.” As a gentile believer redeemed by our Jewish Messiah, I have to wonder why on the two Holy Days ham is the main dish. “All things are lawful, but not all edify.” The seder is both a remembrance and a future hope. We as Christians should do the same.
