    This bill is not the will of the majority of America. Our federal govt is not a govt for the people or by the people. It is the govt of Satan. What decent parent or any common sense individual would wish this kind of all encompassing child abuse on any kid? Federally protected child abuse & harsh punishment for those who even speak out against it. One may ask God, why are You judging America?
