This morning, a FB friend messaged me. It was the first time that he and I had ever spoken. Here is the message:
“I saw an ad yesterday on Facebook that disturbed me, and thought you might want to look into it and maybe write an article about it. It is an Amazon prime original show called Good Omens. It tries to paint the antichrist as a savior, saving earth from the apocalypse and the end, with angels and demons working together. You would be horrified at the positive response it is getting from saved and unsaved alike. I would write an article myself, but am currently in school, and am not the skilled writer you are. Just felt I should bring it to your attention.”
Saved AND unsaved?
It is shocking to me at the lack of discernment within the body of Christ. But perhaps these people have never truly been saved – I just don’t know. When I viewed the trailer for this Evil movie, I realized that it has only been out for four days yet has over 707,000 hits!!
And as my brother in Christ said, the people who are viewing and commenting (positively) are a mixture of Christians (perhaps in name only?) and unbelievers.

Good article. Correct me if I’m wrong, but seems that the story line is written in the scriptures themselves, other than maybe God’s angels and the fallen “working together”
Is it not written that in the end they will be neither hot nor cold? Lukewarm? Is it not written that the ww3 scenario, armegeddon, is going to be “stopped” by the false mesiah?
Perhaps the show serves to wake up people as well as delude them, double edged sword? Fuel for debate and discussion and can help the lukewarm get hot, as was the case with that lucifer series that went how many seasons?
Not that I agree, but I did watch that series in it’s entirety when airing on the networks then downloaded all the full seasons and binge watched it too. Yes, they glamorize it to the sheep, but, I believe somewhere the scripture says that they are going to willingly bring it upon themselves and make it ready for the anti-christ.
Are we not in the end times after all? Many Christians feel it is wrong to ‘evangelize” and are even frightened to with so much hate. Is the ‘remnant that will be saved” going to be comprised of many “closet Christians” and believers meeting in secret to avoid hollow martyrdom and persecution?
Just a thought.
Trouble is that after this false mesiah ‘stops’ ww3, he’s going to make the believing people chip or die and when the world attacks Israel, the real armegeddon will be. The “arms will get it on” against Isreal and the True Mesiah appears exactly at the time that if the events of mankind, uncontrolled, on the planet will result in the destruction of “all that exists”. Hmmmm, pretty big consequences, “all that exists” encompasses much more than this spinning ball, or flat plane, whichever it actually is.
This is as bad as Christians watching and reading Fifty Shades Of Gray.. and being angry at those who shared the warning against it.. Philippians 4:8
Hi I heard that two comic book DC Comics put out a comic book blaspheming Jesus but later pulled it well the writer or head of that comic book wants publish it with a different comic book company and Image Comics is coming out with a comic book blaspheming Jesus we must pray against this and for those who wrote these comic books it makes my blood boil.
I did not know that Bibleguy, thank you for the info. It bothers me too when people blaspheme Jesus and simply make a mockery of Him.. One day they will regret it.. we are living in the last days and they do not have much time to repent.. I will be praying against the evil at hand.

Your welcome it really upset me that they do to the One Who died to save them and the irony is they will stand before Him one day and give an account at the Great White Throne Judgement and we need to pray for them they need Jesus just like we did before He saved us we did they same thing they did. We are living in the last days for sure not much time left for the unsaved to repent.
