This morning, a FB friend messaged me. It was the first time that he and I had ever spoken. Here is the message:
“I saw an ad yesterday on Facebook that disturbed me, and thought you might want to look into it and maybe write an article about it. It is an Amazon prime original show called Good Omens. It tries to paint the antichrist as a savior, saving earth from the apocalypse and the end, with angels and demons working together. You would be horrified at the positive response it is getting from saved and unsaved alike. I would write an article myself, but am currently in school, and am not the skilled writer you are. Just felt I should bring it to your attention.”
Saved AND unsaved?
It is shocking to me at the lack of discernment within the body of Christ. But perhaps these people have never truly been saved – I just don’t know. When I viewed the trailer for this Evil movie, I realized that it has only been out for four days yet has over 707,000 hits!!
And as my brother in Christ said, the people who are viewing and commenting (positively) are a mixture of Christians (perhaps in name only?) and unbelievers.

Brethren – could it be any clearer to us that Satan is no longer just “Roaming the earth, seeking whom he will devour” but he is POPULAR!! We who love the Lord Jesus Christ are now called the “Enemy” and when we speak truth, it is called ‘hate speech.’
Please use this article to share with family and friends who are looking forward to this demonic series. God can use this as a way to show these people TRUTH.
Lord God, I pray that many of Your people will feel emboldened to share the truth of Your Word with those who are lost, because of this demonic series. Use what Satan means for evil and turn it around for Your Good! I ask this in the name of Jesus, Amen.
