I remember a time when women were cautioned when taking a rape case to court. Their attorneys would warn them that during the trial proceedings, their lives would be opened for the world to see, and anything the defense might use to infer that the woman was “loose” was considered fair game. For this reason, many women suffered in silence after being raped, and chose not to talk to the authorities.

This gross unfairness changed through the years as we saw more cases against rapists, and more victims of rape saw their attackers go to jail.  Justice was finally served.

Minnesota Students and Parents File Lawsuit Against Obama’s Bathroom Mandate

A group of students and parents from Minnesota filed a lawsuit Wednesday against the federal government and their school district for allowing a transgender student who was born male but identifies as female into the girls’ locker rooms, showers, and restrooms.

The lawsuit is the latest in a series of challenges to the Obama administration’s bathroom mandate issued in May that requires public schools and universities nationwide to give transgender students full access to school facilities based on their gender identity instead of their biological sex. Schools that do not comply with the administration’s guidance could face legal action or loss of federal funding.

The lawsuit was filed by the conservative nonprofit Alliance Defending Freedom representing concerned parents and students who formed a group called Privacy Matters. The group is suing over Minnesota’s Virginia Public Schools’ policy for transgender students, arguing that the current policy is an invasion of personal privacy.

According to the complaint, a transgender student in Duluth, Minnesota, was allowed to enter the girls’ locker room and would dance “in a sexually explicit manner—‘twerking,’ ‘grinding,’ and dancing like he was on a ‘stripper pole’ to songs with explicit lyrics, including ‘Milkshake’ by Kelis.”   (emphasis mine)

“On another occasion,” the complaint noted, “a female student saw the male student lift his dress to reveal his underwear while ‘grinding’ to the music.”   (emphasis mine)

“School policies should promote the rights and safety of every student, but that’s not what Virginia Public Schools is doing—and it’s certainly not what the departments of Education and Justice are doing,” said Gary McCaleb, a lawyer with Alliance Defending Freedom.

“No child should be forced into an intimate setting, like a locker room, with someone of the opposite sex,” he added. “Telling girls that their privacy and modesty don’t merit a private and secure changing area is an attack on women. The school district should rescind its privacy-violating policies, and the court should order the [Department of Education] and [Department of Justice] to stop bullying school districts with falsehoods about what federal law requires.” (emphasis mine)

The group, Privacy Matters, is suing the Education Department, the Justice Department, and Minnesota’s Virginia public school system.

The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, argues that the Obama administration unlawfully redefined the meaning of Title IX to provide transgender students protection against discrimination based on their gender identity.  (emphasis mine)

The issue of whether Title IX applies to gender identity has divided the country, with liberals arguing that access to private facilities in accordance to a student’s gender identity is a basic civil right, while conservatives say opening bathrooms, locker rooms, and showers to students of the opposite biological sex would violate the safety and privacy rights of the rest of the student body.

Title IX is the federal statute that bans discrimination on the basis of sex in any educational institution that receives government funding.

In August, the Supreme Court signaled an interest in weighing in on the issue, allowing a school system in the state of Virginia to temporarily keep its bathrooms separated by biological sex until lawyers for the school district file their appeal asking the Supreme Court to hear their case. Later that month, a U.S. District judge in Texas followed suit, arguing the Obama administration did not follow proper rulemaking procedures when mandating that public schools open their restrooms, locker rooms, and showers to transgender students based on their gender identity instead of their biological sex.

A total of 24 states are challenging the Obama administration’s bathroom directive, in addition to the private lawsuits being brought by students and parents in different school districts across the country. -source

Are we simply waiting for an horrific sexual attack on a group of girls by a transgender who might ‘change his mind’ on a particular day, and feel more like his biological sex? After all, we’ve heard that some people just “feel like women/girls” on a specific day.  This implies that transgenders may casually change their minds about their role playing  – YES I said role playing, because that is what I think this is!

I wrote a piece not long ago about a top psychiatrist at Johns Hopkins. He deems transgenderism as a mental disorder. His assessment was so compelling that Johns Hopkins Hospital no longer does sex reassignment surgeries.

Obama and his administration are putting the lives of girls and women in America in grave danger.  This is despicable, disgusting and evil.

If your children are attending public schools, I hope that you take this very seriously. I hope that you speak out and get involved in any way possible to make your voice hear that this nonsense MUST STOP.  I really don’t know how people can be so blind to the ramifications of these perverted laws.

NY Times: Your Comparison Between WWII Jews Fleeing Nazi Germany and Muslim Migrants From Syria is Ludicrous

Without Political Correctness, there would be no NY Times.

Their despicable spinning of every news worthy story to fit their PC agenda, makes me sick to even have to read such drivel. And unless I am forced to read this journalistic propaganda, I do not.

For the sake of my article, I had to subject myself to the ignorance of the staff and writers of the NYC journalistic arm of the Democratic Party. The story in question hit me hard, as I am a Jew. Unlike the Jews on staff at the Times, I love my people and I love Israel.  The Times is filled with self hating Jews.  You know the type. Think Rahm Emanuel.

Would You Hide a Jew From the Nazis?

I was originally going to publish this article in its entirety – I have chosen not to do so.  It will take up precious space needed for words of truth.

  1. Jews are by nature not terrorists nor murderers
  2. Although, not every Muslim is a jihadist – many are, and there is virtually no way at this time to fully vet them to keep our citizens safe. If two jelly beans in a jar of hundreds were laced with poison, would you have your child reach in and take a hand full?
  3. Jews have been persecuted from time immemorial.

I highly recommend the reader to at least peruse the article.  Most will be shocked at the slaughtering of my people throughout the ages – many at the hand of the Vatican.  The article speaks of forced conversions, especially during the Spanish Inquisition. It chronicles centuries of my people being expelled by country after country during the Diaspora. Hitler’s Germany seemed to be the pinnacle of Jew hatred, although presently, every nation on earth stands against Israel.

It’s Disgraceful to Compare European Migrants to Holocaust

If we are to believe Robert Frolich, Hungary’s chief rabbi, we’re witnessing scenes not seen in Europe since the Holocaust. “It was horrifying when I saw those images [of migrants in Europe],” Frolich told The New York Times. “It reminded me of Auschwitz.”

What were those images? Thousands of migrants had entered the Czech Republic illegally, and police had written numbers on the arms of some with markers, to help keep track of them. This simple procedure reminded the rabbi of the tattooing of concentration camp inmates marked for death. Meanwhile, Hungary, Bulgaria, Greece and France have been erecting flimsy razor-wire fences in a desperate and unsuccessful bid to keep out illegal immigrants who have been pouring across their borders en masse for weeks and months.

Another outrage caused Kenneth Roth, Human Rights Watch’s Jewish executive director, to trot out his own Holocaust comparison. “Certainly those images of the trains can’t help but conjure up nightmares of the Holocaust,” he pontificated.

Roth was referring the trains carrying thousands of migrants from their points of illegal entry in sovereign nations like Hungary towards Germany, via Austria, where they had insisted on going, and where they would be housed in relative comfort – not shuffled off to their deaths in concentration camps.

“They tell them that the train was going to Austria and then take them to a camp instead,” Frolich chimed in. “[I]t is very similar to what happened to Jews in the 1940s.”

Is it? Such gratuitous comparisons to the fate of Jewish Holocaust victims are not only fatuous; they are disgraceful – especially coming from a rabbi and a human rights activist, both of whom should know better. It was the migrants themselves who had insisted on getting on those trains in the first place. When Hungarian authorities in Budapest tried to stop them, the asylum-seekers came close to rioting.

Nevertheless, Jonathan Greenblatt, the Anti-Defamation League’s national director in New York, couldn’t resist his own Holocaust comparison. “[T]he insensitivity and the ignorance of the imagery [the police’s] actions evoked is stunning; it’s just sickening.”

That’s not what’s sickening. It’s cheap moralizing and spurious comparisons that arouse nausea. Nor is it particularly commendable to keep reminding Europeans – be they the descendants of Nazi perpetrators or their erstwhile victims, like the Czechs – of the Holocaust any chance we get.

So let us remind Messrs. Frolich, Roth and Greenblatt: Jews who ended up being butchered by the Nazis were not stampeding across the borders of several sovereign European states to seek a better life. They were taken against their will. My grandparents’ generation in Hungary, hundreds of thousands of whom perished in Auschwitz, would surely have appreciated the kind of hospitality that Europeans, Germans included, have generally been showing these asylum-seekers.

Let us also remind these gentlemen that there are already hundreds of thousands of newly (and illegally) arrived people in Europe, a continent facing a massive humanitarian crisis, with potentially millions more on the way. Most of them happen to be young males, many of whom hail from as far away as Pakistan and Bangladesh, who surely could have found plenty of other safe havens en route if they had needed one.

Since most migrants carry no IDs of any sort (presumably on purpose), and routinely refuse to be processed administratively at their points of forced entry, we have no way of knowing who exactly they really are. Many are surely genuine refugees; many others almost certainly aren’t. The Islamic State has repeatedly boasted of embedding their fighters among the ranks of refugees, some of whom have burned off their fingertips with acid to foil efforts at being properly registered or potentially identified through fingerprinting.

Yet any attempts by European authorities at enforcing even a semblance of order and verification instantly remind Frolich, Roth and Greenblatt of the industrial-scale genocide of Jews. And this when Jewish communities across much of Europe are increasingly being targeted by militant Islamists.

Most of my readers know that I am a Jewish believer in Yeshua (Jesus). Why is no one addressing the mass slaughter of Christians in the Middle East?  And why are they but a  miniscule percentage of the so-called refugees who are being transported to safety?  Is mass genocide of Christians not a problem for the U.N.?  (a rhetorical question, of course)

Hillary’s Pneumonia is Back: Cancels Event in California

Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton has again cancelled an event in California as a result of her health and the campaign is claiming she is being treated for pneumonia. The cancelation marks the third day–following Monday and Tuesday of last week–that the candidate’s health has pulled her from the campaign trail.

Questions surrounding her health ramped up after she collapsed at the 15th memorial service for the September 11, 2001 terror attacks.

On Sunday, Mrs. Clinton held a brief presser and spoke to reporters on her campaign airplane to respond to her rival Donald Trump regarding his comments after the terror attacks in Minnesota, New Jersey and New York. Critics claim she appeared to be heavily sedated, or at least extremely fatigue, which kicked off the hashtag #ZombieHillary on Twitter [previously read spoke].

The development comes after a new [content_tooltip id=”39935″ title=”YouGov”] conducted for the Huffington Post finds just 39% of Americans currently believe that Clinton is in good enough physical condition to effectively serve as president for the next four years. According to the poll, an almost equal 38% say she isn’t in good enough condition and 23% say they are unsure.

The results represent a significant shift in the numbers from just over a week ago, when the same survey found that 52% of Americans believed Clinton was in good enough shape, 33% didn’t think she was and 16% didn’t know.

It is obvious to most people that Hillary Clinton is a very sick woman. I do pray for her – especially for her soul.

U.N. Human Rights Chief Zeid Ra’ad al-Hussein Condemns Trump: Compares Him To ISIS

We have seen the global effects of forced migration. Ironically, today we find ourselves in the wake of yet another terrorist attack in NYC. The perpetrators – Islamist terrorists.

Today, I found this on the United Nations website (my commentary will be indented:

New York Declaration for Refugees and Migrants adopted by all Member States at historic UN Summit

UNITED NATIONS, New York – Monday, 19 September 2016 – World leaders came together at the United Nations General Assembly today to adopt the New York Declaration for Refugees and Migrants which expresses the political will of world leaders to protect the rights of refugees and migrants, to save lives and share responsibility for large movements on a global scale.

The “political will of world leaders?”  Do you understand that the “will” of the U.N. is being forced upon this world? Notice the end of the above paragraph: “…..share responsibility for large movements on a global scale.” The U.N. is not hiding the fact that they are the ones who adopted this “forced migration” initiative; and has stated that the future of forced migration will be in “large movements on a global scale.”

United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon congratulated Member States saying: “Today’s Summit represents a breakthrough in our collective efforts to address the challenges of human mobility.” He said the adoption of the New York Declaration will mean that “more children can attend school; more workers can securely seek jobs abroad, instead of being at the mercy of criminal smugglers, and more people will have real choices about whether to move once we end conflict, sustain peace and increase opportunities at home.”

Human mobility? More children can go to school – more workers will find jobs?  Do you realize how many people in the U.S. are grossly under-employed or Unemployed?

“I will take forward the commitment of the membership to begin a process leading to a global compact on migration, as well as to support a global compact on refugees,” said H.E. Peter Thomson, President of the UN General Assembly.“I will be urging Member States to maintain their high levels of ambition throughout these processes, and to always reach for the higher ground.
The fate of millions of refugees and migrants rests with us.”

And the “fate” of millions of unsuspecting citizens of civilized countries are at risk for terrorism and gangs of murderous rapists – is this not a concern for the world?

By adopting the New York Declaration, Member States are making bold commitments including: to start negotiations leading to an international conference and the adoption of a global compact for safe, orderly and regular migration in 2018; to develop guidelines on the treatment of migrants in vulnerable situations; to achieve a more equitable sharing of the burden and responsibility for hosting and supporting the world’s refugees by adopting a global compact on refugees in 2018. (emphasis mine)

**Please see the  bolding of verbiage in the paragraph above – it is self explanatory.

As called for in the Declaration, the Secretary-General also launched a new campaign called “Together – Respect, Safety and Dignity for All” to “respond to rising xenophobia and turn fear into hope”. He urged “world leaders to join this campaign and commit together to upholding the rights and dignity of everyone forced by circumstance to flee their homes in search of a better life.”

Safety  for all…….respond to rising “Xenophobia”……..turn fear into Hope?  I am sick to death of the PC jargon!

Also today, the Secretary-General and the Director-General of the International Organization for Migration signed the new agreement by which IOM becomes a related organisation of the United Nations, thus strengthening the comprehensive global approach to migration.  -source

Dear Friends,

I wish to address this short statement to Mr Geert Wilders, his acolytes, indeed to all those like him – the populists, demagogues and political fantasists.

To them, I must be a sort of nightmare. I am the global voice on human rights, universal rights; elected by all governments, and now critic of almost all governments. I defend and promote the human rights of each individual, everywhere: the rights of migrants, asylum seekers and immigrants; the rights of the LGBTi community; the rights of women and children in all countries; minorities; indigenous persons; people with disabilities, and any and all who are discriminated against, disadvantaged, persecuted or tortured – whether by governments, political movements or by terrorists.

Is he a defender of the rights of persecuted Christians?  I think NOT. And why insert in his speech the rights of the LGBT community?

I am a Muslim, who is, confusingly to racists, also white-skinned; whose mother is European and father, Arab. And I am angry, too. Because of Mr Wilder’s lies and half-truths, manipulations and peddling of fear. You see, twenty years ago I served in the UN peacekeeping force during the Balkan wars – wars so cruel, so devastating, which flowed from this same factory of deceit, bigotry and ethnic nationalism.

Oh, we are racists because we want to keep our people safe from Islamic terrorism?

Geert Wilders released his grotesque eleven-point manifesto only days ago, and a month ago he spoke along similar lines in Cleveland, in the United States. I will not repeat what he has said, but there are many who will, and his party is expected to do well in the elections in March.

I am sure that Mr. Wilders WILL do well in the elections in his country!

And yet what Mr Wilders shares in common with Mr Trump, Mr Orban, Mr Zeman, Mr Hofer, Mr Fico, Madame Le Pen, Mr Farage, he also shares with Da’esh.

Mr. al Hussein compares Donald Trump and other like minded leaders with ISIS!

All seek in varying degrees to recover a past, halcyon and so pure in form, where sunlit fields are settled by peoples united by ethnicity or religion – living peacefully in isolation, pilots of their fate, free of crime, foreign influence and war. A past that most certainly, in reality, did not exist anywhere, ever. Europe’s past, as we all know, was for centuries anything but that.

Europe’s past?  We should instead look at the bloody and violent past of the Middle East!

The proposition of recovering a supposedly perfect past is fiction; its merchants are cheats. Clever cheats.

History has perhaps taught Mr Wilders and his ilk how effectively xenophobia and bigotry can be weaponised. Communities will barricade themselves into fearful, hostile camps, with populists like them, and the extremists, as the commandants. The atmosphere will become thick with hate; at this point it can descend rapidly into colossal violence.

Xenophobia and bigotry……… How about ISLAMIST TERRORISM?

Do not, my friends, be led by the deceiver. It is only by pursuing the entire truth, and acting wisely, that humanity can ever survive. So draw the line and speak. Speak out and up, speak the truth and do so compassionately, speak for your children, for those you care about, for the rights of all, and be sure to say clearly: stop! We will not be bullied by you the bully, nor fooled by you the deceiver, not again, no more; because we, not you, will steer our collective fate. And we, not you, will write and sculpt this coming century. Draw the line! -source

That is the problem! We are trying to “draw the line” but the left wing liberals continue to condemn any line drawn, which will keep citizens safe from terrorism!!
