Indian Police Threaten to Fine Christians Attacked by Hindu Extremists

NEW DELHI (Morning Star News) – A month after a crowd of village Hindus in Jharkhand state, India summoned 25 Christians, tied up six of them and beat them with sticks, some of the assailants ran into one of the Christians and asked if he was still worshiping Christ.

The Hindu extremists in Hunter village, Palamu District came across Gunni Bhuiya on June 14 on an area road. Bhuiya told them he still believed in and worshipped Christ, and the Hindu extremists manhandled him and threatened to kill him, Christian leaders said.

“They told Bhuiya that as the Christians are still worshipping Christ even after they had received severe beatings, they were now going to kill them,” area pastor Sanjay Kumar Ravi told Morning Star News.

Area Christians are living in fear as the Hindu extremist forbid them to worship, boycott them economically and threaten to kill them, while police threatened to fine them if they continued worshipping publicly, the leaders said.

Hindu extremists led by Dilip Chandra, Ram Chandra Vanshi and Dil Narayan Yadav on May 8 summoned the 25 Christians from six families to a public meeting, forcing them into vehicles and taking them to a middle school on the outskirts of the village.

“About 100 people from three neighboring villages were waiting when we reached the place and started to tell us that it is wrong for us to pray to Jesus and that we should follow Hinduism and perform puja (Hindu rituals) to the idols only,” Pastor Ravi said.

The Christians refused. Rather, Pastor Ravi began sharing his testimony with the crowd, saying Christ had healed him from an illness in 2007, and that he has followed Him since then. – source

This reminded me of an experience I had while working for a computer company. One of our software engineers was Hindu and we became friends. One day I felt an open door from the Lord to share Jesus with this man.  He was SO enraged – I honestly did not expect that reaction. If anything, I thought that he would just say “That is not for me” or something like that.  His eyes were wild and it was quite unnerving.

When the Christians refused, the furious Hindu extremists threatened to kill and bury them.

“They shouted to each other to bring kerosene oil so that they could burn us all,” Pastor Ravi said.

Nandi said the Christians told them, “Do whatever you like, we are not going to leave Christ at any cost.”

The extremists then tied the hands and the legs of six Christian men and punched, kicked, slapped and beat them up with sticks, the leaders said. The assailants then hung them upside down, took them down and beat them again.

As the abuse went for about half an hour, a 5-year-old child, Eraj Ram, begged the assailants to stop beating his father, Naresh Ram.

“He folded his hands and begged them to stop beating his father, however, the extremists caught him by the collar and threw him aside,” Pastor Ravi said.
Shouting that they should not worship Christ anymore, the extremists then pushed the Christian men to the ground and stomped on them, the Christian leaders said.
All six men were bleeding from their mouths, Naresh Ram’s hands were broken and Pastor Ravi sustained an internal injury that left him with severe chest pain, along with cuts on his hands and abrasions over much of his body. Four other unidentified Christians suffered cuts and wounds on their mouths, eyes, hands and legs.

“The extremists threatened to tie up the women as well while they mocked and hurled all sorts of vulgar abuse at them,” Pastor Ravi said.

The assailants told the Christians to leave the village or else they would shave them, burn them and set their houses on fire, he said. The Christians managed to return to their homes and left the village at dawn the next day. At Ramgarh village, they received medical treatment from a local doctor.

Later that morning, the Christians went to Ramgarh police station to report the attack to police, but officers declined to register a case, and on May 10 they summoned the assailants to the police station. About 50 of the Hindus showed up to meet with three area Christian leaders among the 25 Christians who arrived at the station. Police forced the Christians to sign a statement that they would worship only in their homes or else be fined 10,000 rupees (US$150), along with other possible punishments.

“We were forced to sign the bond, we have no other choice as we have nowhere else to stay except in the village,” Pastor Ravi said.

The Christians, impoverished “untouchable” Dalits, lost some benefits when the village head came under pressure from the Hindu extremists to exclude them. The Hindu extremists also ensured that the Christians were denied rice, wheat, sugar and other goods at subsidized rates.

“Our names were also cut off from the list where houses were allotted to the villagers by the state authorities,” Pastor Ravi said.

Likewise, on June 10 the Hindu extremists threatened Dharaya Singh and his wife Sumitra Singh, saying they would keep them from plowing their land and drive them from the village if they continued to worship Christ.

“We can only pray in our homes with our respective family, our movements are closely watched and the extremists told us to leave Christ and threatened to beat us up at every opportunity they could find,” Pastor Ravi said.- source

The mystery of the military-style U.N. vehicles spotted being hauled along Virginia’s highways deepened on Tuesday when two major contractors denied to WND that they had any role in the vehicles’ production or presence.

WND had reported on Monday when a wave of blogs reported online that trucks painted with the United Nations logo were being moved by flatbed through Virginia.

One interested reader pointed out that the trucks likely were made in America and simply needed to be hauled to some port for shipment to customers – most likely overseas.

In fact, the online rumor-busting site Snopes said it had contacted Alpine Armoring, which reported the vehicles “seen in these photographs were purchased by the United Nations for use outside the United States.”

The explanation continued, “A number of defense industry manufacturers are based in and around Washington, D.C. (a region that includes Virginia) for obvious logistical reasons, and the representative confirmed that the trucks were ordered by the U.N. for use in locations abroad.”

But when WND contacted Alpineco, a spokeswoman denied the vehicles were produced by the company.

WND then was referred to another company, BAE Systems, where a spokesman also denied his company’s divisions were in any way connected to the vehicles.

Which doesn’t mean there isn’t some company somewhere that made the vehicles and sold them to the U.N. for some overseas point of action, to which they were being shipped.

But it also doesn’t answer the question of whose trucks they are and to where are they going. – source

Something wicked this way comes….. There is NO reason for these trucks to be in America!

The issue got attention after the story, entitled “UN military vehicles seen rolling down Virginia interstate,” appeared in the American Mirror. Writer Olaf Ekberg asked: “What were United Nations vehicles doing in Virginia! … That’s what motorists were left to wonder when they saw UN tactical vehicles – with bulletproof glass – on a flatbed truck and rolling down Interstate 81.”

Photographs, posted by Jeff Stern on Facebook, soon revealed the look of the vehicles: military style, painted white with U.N. logos.

“Can’t begin to tell you how many of these I passed today on 81 near Lexington, VA. Interesting times ahead!” Stern noted.

From there, readers of Stern’s post expressed concern as well.

“Tactical Vehicles, with bullet proof glass? What ever could those be for, and why are UN vehicles here, in THIS country?!” wrote Fernando Johnson, the American Mirror reported.

Another Facebook reader, Vincent Simmons, also noted, “They are sealed against gas, too.”

And this isn’t the first time U.N. vehicles have been sighted on America’s roads.

A year ago Tim Brown with Freedom Outpost wrote: “There are a lot of stories that are reported about United Nations vehicles being transported on U.S. highways. The latest comes by way of video footage that shows U.N. trucks that seem to be attempting to hide their logo as they are transported on a U.S. highway in Northern Louisiana. The trucks appear to be brand new U.N. medical trucks, as identified with red crosses.”

The site then reported how the brown paper covering the trucks had blown off on one side, revealing the U.N. logo. And on that, Brown wrote: “The question I have is, why cover up the U.N. logo? It certainly isn’t to protect it. After all, there is no covering over the red crosses that adorn the sides and rear of the vehicles.”

Even earlier, in 2014, America’s Freedom Fighters asked, “We have U.N. vehicles being shipped on U.S. highways. One has to wonder why?”

Back to the current events, the Daily Mail noted Bobby Wayne Guinn said in a Facebook post that he’s seen the trucks in Texas and that he was “wondering why 30 United Nations vehicles, fully loaded with combat-prepared troops, were driving down our highway in Dallas, Texas.” – source

In response to Brexit, Angela Merkel of Germany is resorting to strong arming the rest of the EU. She is putting out ultimatums to the countries, and planning an EU “Super State.”   Something about this woman sends chills down my spine. There is something so hitleresque about her.

Merkel has wanted this Super State for many years.  She is now seizing the moment to bring her dream to fruition.

Plans for ‘a closer European Union’ have been branded an attempt to create a ‘European superstate’.

Germany’s foreign minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier and his French counterpart Jean-Marc Ayrault today presented a proposal for closer EU integration based on three key areas – internal and external security, the migrant crisis, and economic cooperation.

But the plans have been described as an ‘ultimatum’ in Poland, with claims it would mean countries transfer their armies, economic systems and border controls to the EU.

Zaoralek added that the four eastern members had reservations about the proposed common security policy.

Eastern members have become increasingly jittery on security issues since Moscow used so-called “hybrid warfare”, or undeclared covert tactics – to annex the Crimean peninsula from Ukraine in 2014.

Poland’s public TVP described the Franco-German proposal as an “ultimatum” designed to create a European “superstate dominated by large nations.”

Ayrault described the Franco-German proposal as a “contribution”, adding that there would be “others”.

According to the Daily Express, the nine-page report has ‘outraged’ its foreign minister Witold Waszczykowski.

He said: ‘This is not a good solution, of course, because from the time the EU was invented a lot has changed.

‘The mood in European societies is different. Europe and our voters do not want to give the Union over into the hands of technocrats.’

The Express reports the document says France and Germany will ‘strive for a political union in Europe’ and ‘invite the next Europeans to participate’.

It comes after the UK voted to leave the EU in a landmark referendum last week, causing shockwaves across Europe.

The result has prompted right-wing European parties in France and Eastern Europe to suggest similar votes, with the EU criticised for its ‘federalism’ and European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker blamed for Brexit within the organisation.

In a joint statement tonight the leaders of Germany, France and Italy say the European Union ‘must dedicate itself to the worries expressed by its citizens.’
In their statement Monday, the three leaders said that the EU is a success and that the bloc is indispensable in securing ‘the economic and social progress for our people, and to assert Europe’s role in the world.’

But German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Hollande and Italian Premier Matteo Renzi acknowledged that the EU can only advance if it is supported by its people. – source

So, the proposed ultimatum insists that the countries belonging to the EU Super State relinquish their armies, economies and borders over to the powers that be.  Merkel is diabolical!

The union and especially its policy makers in Brussels have often been criticized for being detached from ordinary people’s worries – a sentiment that has led to a strengthening of anti-EU movements in several of its member states.

Meanwhile Poland would like to see Britain hold a second in-out referendum on its membership of the EU, the country’s ruling party leader said today.

Jaroslaw Kaczynski, the powerful leader of Poland’s conservative Law and Justice (PiS) party, said the bloc would have to ‘radically change’ in order for Britons to want to return.

The former Prime Minister said that the ‘idea for today… foresees efforts aimed at making Britain return’ which included a second referendum.
But, he cautioned, the ‘EU would have to radically change’ for this scenario to be feasible.

Meanwhile the result continues to cause deep divisions within the UK, with departing Prime Minister David Cameron and Chancellor George Osborne criticised for a lack of leadership, while Leave campaign figurehead Boris Johnson has also come under fire for ‘backtracking’ on arguments he made in favour of Brexit.

A petition demanding a second referendum on the issue has now exceeded 3.7 million signatures, although tens of thousands have revealed to have been falsely registers to the Vatican City, which has a population of just 840. -source (Emphasis mine)

KILLING MACHINE Terrorists ‘actively seeking’ to build deadly army of intelligent killer robots, UN warns

Shock United Nations research highlights the terrifying prospect of extremists unleashing murder machines on the world

Terrorists are working to build armies of artificially intelligent killer robots capable of slaughtering vast numbers of innocent civilians.

That’s the terrifying claim from a piece of authoritative research published by the United Nations, which recently held an urgent meeting to discuss the threat posed by murderous machines.

Experts from dozens of countries convened in Geneva to consider the grim implications of “Lethal Autonomous Weapons Systems” (LAWS) which are capable of killing without needing to have a human at the controls.

These sorts of machines are famous from films like The Terminator, but in reality killer robots could be anything from a smart landmine to a drone fitted with machine guns.

The UN wants to set strict guidelines governing the use of killer robots to make sure they don’t end up being used as indiscriminate weapons of war, but it said terrorists would never abide by these guidelines.

“Whilst these [robotic killing] systems might be available to technologically advanced countries in an initial phase, it is likely that they will proliferate,” it said in a report.

“Terrorists are in fact actively seeking such systems,” the report continued. – source

While reading this, I could not help but wonder if these monstrous robots will be unleashed during the 7 year tribulation. When I would read about the locusts from Revelation 9, I would always think that God Himself sent these creatures. Could these locusts be the army of killer robots?

“Illegal transfers might mean that LAWS would become available to non-state actors [terrorists]. It was noted there may be no incentive for such actors to abide by international norms and this may further increase global or regional instability.”

The world is on the edge of a robotics revolution which is expected to see machines take on humans roles and potentially cause unemployment on a truly catastrophic scale.

But as robot tech becomes commonplace, it could end up being hijacked by terrorists and used to kill innocent people.

The UN report continued: “Due to the inherent dual-use character of many robotic technologies, many systems originally intended for civilian purposes could easily be modified to serve military functions.

It is likely that powerful countries will build war machines capable of fighting battles without needing to be controlled by a human operator.

These “swarms” of killing machines could go rogue and end up pitilessly slaughtering humans on a scale far in excess of the original mission plan.

“Swarms of such systems with complementary capabilities may carry out attacks,” the report said.

“In these scenarios where swarms of LAWS act as force multipliers, it would be unclear how meaningful human control could be maintained over the use of force, especially as the available time frame for human intervention is likely to be restricted.

“This would be exacerbated where speed becomes a motivation to deploy such systems in the first place.”

Brethren, we will not be here to experience the Tribulation period.  God in His great mercy will take us away from this wicked place.  There would be absolutely no reason for Him to leave His bride on the earth during this time!
