SPIRITUAL DECEPTION

Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap. For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. (Galatians 6:7–8)

Can Christians Be Spiritually Deceived, and How Can They Avoid

It is so dangerous for us to believe that we could never be deceived. When we read the Word of God and study it carefully, we are much less likely to be caught in a web of deception. The Bereans are used in Scripture to show the importance of comparing everything that is taught to us against the Holy Scriptures to be sure that what we have been told is sound and matches God’s Word. “Now these people were more noble-minded than those in Thessalonica, for they received the word with great eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily to see whether these things were so(Acts 17:11)

Geri Ungurean

There is now, as has always been, a spiritual war brewing in the unseen. Make no mistake, there are utterly wicked forces in play here making the worst of us humans look minuscule in actions of unrighteousness. It is easy to look at all these political conspiracy theories under the sun and become HYPER focused on man. There is no boardroom with Rothschild’s, George Soros, and Bill Gates plotting the demise of mankind. They are merely useful idiots to a greater power you cannot readily see.  For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. (Ephesians 6:12)

I’m not here writing about the world being deceived. For if indeed you are a child of God (Truly Born Again) you already know this. This is the age-old tactic of the enemy Satan (lit. Adversary).  I’m not writing about the plethora of false teachers, false prophets, and corrupted churches. When you drive by the local Presbyterian (or insert denomination here) church and see a rainbow flag flying as the APOSTATE church must conform to the world and not to God… I’m not writing about those deceivers either.

I’m writing this warning to YOU the believing remnant. Stop diving down the rabbit hole of nonstop media garbage, nonstop conspiracy theories true or not, and nonstop divisions. Look, I have written before, do not be uninformed and seek truth always. Unfortunately, there is only ONE trust worthy source out there, The Bible. If we (yes me included) spend more time in the Word of God, WE will be better prepared for what is coming. Stop putting your hope in any politicians Be it Trump, or DeSantis, or whoever… Do not put your trust in princes, Nor in a son of man, in whom there is no help. (Psalm 146:3)

As much as I politically align with them, they are not saviors. Understand that it is by the WILL of God whoever rules over us. “It is He who changes the times and the epochs; He removes kings and establishes kings; He gives wisdom to wise men And knowledge to men of understanding. (Daniel 2:21) Of course we must nevertheless vote our conscious as true believers.

Know all things that occur are by the sovereign will of God (He allows it). There is nothing puny man can do to circumvent the Will of the Almighty. Once you understand this, then you are free from the rabbit hole of distraction. Know this, both sides of the political sphere are pitted against one another with some truths and a lot of lies…. There is an enemy dividing mankind with the goal to KILL you. “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly. (John 10:10) We need understand this and identity the true enemy. He knows his time is short…

How best to deceive a believing remnant? Yes, by distracting them. Know that judgement always begins with the house of God. For it is time for judgment to begin with the household of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the outcome for those who do not obey the gospel of God? (1 Peter 4:17) Do YOU (myself included) get that? Hence the Apostasy is underway. Do not think you will escape the coming torrent, because we the people of God are being judged. Why is it in Christianity, we have no problems devouring ourselves. Perhaps is it that not all are truly saved? “For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it. (Matthew 7:14)

I believe for over the last several decades the house of God has and is being judged. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires, and will turn away their ears from the truth and will turn aside to myths. (2 Timothy 4:3–4)

  1. Perhaps we allow the enemy into our own camp?
  2. Perhaps we are distracted from our calling?

We have opened the door for wolves to flourish among us. By being ignorant of God’s Word, we all but willingly allowed ravenous wolves into our house. Either we compromised worldly lusts as being godly behaviors such as: Love of Money, Love of Self, and gross Idolatry. AND we forsake the LAW of God and abuse the GRACE of God. Since the Law is fulfilled, and the propitiation of our sins paid, we truly are forsaking Jesus.

Therefore, we undermine our foundations and then build upon shifting sand. “Everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not act on them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand. “The rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and slammed against that house; and it fell—and great was its fall.” (Matthew 7:26–27) Here, the Lord tells of hearing His word and not doing it…. Therefore lay aside all filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls. But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. (James 1:21–22) Ah, the worst form of deception… Self Deception.

We allowed false teachers to multiply more so in recent times than any other time of history. I suggest from the late 1970’s to now more damage had been done to give bad testimony of our Lord Jesus Christ than at any time of history.

Therefore, I exhort you all to remain in the WORD of God. QUIT – STOP – CEASE, worrying about men and bad actors in the world. Stop wasting your time glued in front of a television and/or computer screen with non-stop current events, because the prince of the airways is creeping into our camp. If you, with equal vigor study the Word of God. You will be prepared for this coming spiritual war. You will clearly identify the enemy and wield the sWORD of truth. Stop forsaking fellowship with other believers, find a local gathering where Sola Scriptura (The Bible as the Inspired Word of God) is practiced. If you do such, you will mitigate any deception that the enemy comes at you with. And they will come!

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. (Romans 12:2)

It is time to repent of worrying of worldly politics, evil men, and economic conditions. This is distracting you from the Word of God. Get in the WORD! By reading scripture, we rely on God’s word as essential food, and as a two-edged sword. We all ought to be Bible students and in His word every day. It is there that we are preparing our spiritual muscles to be of useful service to the Kingdom and guarding ourselves as well as others from deception.

“All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work” (2 Timothy 3:16-17).

So, men and women of God. Are you equipped for every good work? Can you defend your faith to others? “But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear” (1 Peter 3:15). Most important, to know the word of God is to truly know God Himself. Every word in the Bible points to one name and one person, The Lord Jesus Christ: “And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12).

Remember the Word of God has a personal name. Jesus (Yeshua) In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (John 1:1)

Time is getting short. It’s time to put your eyes on Jesus and not the storm.. Repent from any ungodliness. Test your faith. Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not know yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you are disqualified. (2 Corinthians 13:5) Stop distracting away from God’s word and avoid deception. Hear me loved ones, it is upon us already.

Shalom, Brian

EVERLASTING COVENANT: Debunking Replacement Theology (Supersessionism)

In reply to a comments recently read…

God’s people, “Israel,” are those who have been following Christ during the last 2000 years. There is no proof even of descendancy since then. The current political system which calls itself “Israel” is not part of the Bible prophecies to which you are referring.

Apostolic Replacement Theology»? - European Apostolic Leaders

Right then,  I’m going to opt for copious use of scripture. Of course, we will use literal Bible interpretation as it should be. Naturally there are scriptures of allegory strewn in the Word of God such as: And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell. (Matthew 5:30) Jesus does NOT want you to literally cut off your hand! This is an example allegory in scripture.

What is Replacement Theology? Replacement Theology (supersessionism) Is that the church replaced Israel for all the promises and blessings of the Old Testament. ~BUT~ Somehow, they do not get any of the curses of the Old Testament????????? How in creation do they surmise that? Of course, there are apologetics galore within reformed circles all of which fail to stand the test of scripture. Every debate I have ever had with RT adherents always ends in “I Don’t know what that scripture means, but it doesn’t mean what it says” OR “Oh, that scripture is Allegory” WOW, if only it worked in the real world like that. The Bible is called the WORD of God, containing the Words of God, revealing the Living WORD of God (Jesus), containing hundreds and hundreds of fulfilled prophecies. It reveals the nature of God, in that God always means what he says. God never Lied. God never failed. Therefore, we can deduce that:

  • GOD CAN NOT LIE
  • GOD CAN NOT FAIL
  • GOD CAN NOT DENY HIMSELF
Everlasting Covenant – Three Eternal Destinies of Man

Knowing that fact, read these scriptures and tell me they do not mean what they say.

EVERLASTING COVENANT

And I will establish My covenant between Me and you and your descendants after you in their generations, for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and your descendants after you. Also I give to you and your descendants after you the land in which you are a stranger, all the land of Canaan, as an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.” (Genesis 17:7–8)

Speaking to Abraham. Oh Wait, they say. “We are Spiritual children of Abraham”. Indeed, that is true we (True Believers) are. BUT God continues:

Then God said: “No, Sarah your wife shall bear you a son, and you shall call his name Isaac; I will establish My covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his descendants after him. And as for Ishmael, I have heard you. Behold, I have blessed him, and will make him fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly. He shall beget twelve princes, and I will make him a great nation. (Genesis 17:19–20)

Oh wait, this Everlasting Covenant is affirmed through Isaac not Abraham’s other son Ishmael. Well then, there goes we (the Church) are the descendants of Abraham getting all the Covenants. God is being specific here folks. Yet again, God affirms this promise specifically to yet another descendant of Abraham:

And behold, the Lord stood above it and said: “I am the Lord God of Abraham your father and the God of Isaac; the land on which you lie I will give to you and your descendants. Also your descendants shall be as the dust of the earth; you shall spread abroad to the west and the east, to the north and the south; and in you and in your seed all the families of the earth shall be blessed. Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you.” (Genesis 28:13–15)

Houston, we have a problem. If we literally read this, we clearly see that the Everlasting Covenant made with Abraham in Gen 17:7-8 is affirmed to Jacob here. It is a covenant of being ~Chosen~ to be ~Holy~ to God as well as Land granted that these descendants literally would occupy.

then I will remember My covenant with Jacob, and My covenant with Isaac and My covenant with Abraham I will remember; I will remember the land. (Leviticus 26:42)

I could go crazy with replete scriptures reaffirming this covenant but for sake of brevity I’ll only use two such summaries:

He remembers His covenant forever, The word which He commanded, for a thousand generations, The covenant which He made with Abraham, And His oath to Isaac, And confirmed it to Jacob for a statute, To Israel as an everlasting covenant, Saying, “To you I will give the land of Canaan As the allotment of your inheritance,” (Psalm 105:8–11)

AND

He is the Lord our God; His judgments are in all the earth. Remember His covenant forever, The word which He commanded, for a thousand generations, The covenant which He made with Abraham, And His oath to Isaac, And confirmed it to Jacob for a statute, To Israel for an everlasting covenant, Saying, “To you I will give the land of Canaan As the allotment of your inheritance,” (1 Chronicles 16:14–18)

So then, literal interpretation tells us that the descendants of Jacob (Israel) are the Chosen People God is referring to in this covenant. Who are those Chosen People today? They most certainly will need to be blood descendants of Jacob and maintain a national identity. Can the Church say this? No! Does the Church have a national Identity? No! Does the Church have a physical geographical land promised? No!

These Chosen People therefore are what we call the Jewish People today. What other Group of people have maintained a national identity for nearly 1812 years (dispersed circa 135-136 A.D. by Hadrian until 1948 reformation of Israel in the Promised Land)? No other group of people in world history has been uprooted (exiled) for that length of time and maintained traditions, culture, and identity other than the Jewish People.

Not only that, but God keeping His Word and promises 100% of the time also said this concerning returning the Jewish People (Jacob) to the land He promised:

It shall come to pass in that day That the Lord shall set His hand again the second time To recover the remnant of His people who are left, From Assyria and Egypt, From Pathros and Cush, From Elam and Shinar, From Hamath and the islands of the sea. He will set up a banner for the nations, And will assemble the outcasts of Israel, And gather together the dispersed of Judah From the four corners of the earth. (Isaiah 11:11–12)

OK… That literally has been and is in process of being fulfilled. Oh, by the way God even tells us “Second Time” 1st being diaspora of Judea by Babylon 598ish BC and the 2nd diaspora being by the Romans in 136ish AD. He even tells us that the Nation will be born in a day before there was travailing meaning: Israel became a Nation then war followed. Most nations are born is a struggle of conflict. The American Revolution was struggle and war follows by the birth. Israel was simply born and then war followed. Just as God says:

“Before she was in labor, she gave birth; Before her pain came, She delivered a male child. Who has heard such a thing? Who has seen such things? Shall the earth be made to give birth in one day? Or shall a nation be born at once? For as soon as Zion was in labor, She gave birth to her children. Shall I bring to the time of birth, and not cause delivery?” says the Lord. “Shall I who cause delivery shut up the womb?” says your God. (Isaiah 66:7–9)

Literally fulfilled in 1948

These scriptures are fulfilled and are actively in the process of being fulfilled in this present day

Can you say Replete?

“Then say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “Surely I will take the children of Israel from among the nations, wherever they have gone, and will gather them from every side and bring them into their own land; and I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king over them all; they shall no longer be two nations, nor shall they ever be divided into two kingdoms again. They shall not defile themselves anymore with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions; but I will deliver them from all their dwelling places in which they have sinned, and will cleanse them. Then they shall be My people, and I will be their God. (Ezekiel 37:21–23)

“Thus says the Lord of hosts: ‘Old men and old women shall again sit In the streets of Jerusalem, Each one with his staff in his hand Because of great age. The streets of the city Shall be full of boys and girls Playing in its streets.’ “Thus says the Lord of hosts: ‘If it is marvelous in the eyes of the remnant of this people in these days, Will it also be marvelous in My eyes?’ Says the Lord of hosts. “Thus says the Lord of hosts: ‘Behold, I will save My people from the land of the east And from the land of the west; I will bring them back, And they shall dwell in the midst of Jerusalem. They shall be My people And I will be their God, In truth and righteousness.’ (Zechariah 8:4–8)

My Favorite Scriptures | Joyce Meyer

‘Thus says the Lord God: “On the day that I cleanse you from all your iniquities, I will also enable you to dwell in the cities, and the ruins shall be rebuilt. The desolate land shall be tilled instead of lying desolate in the sight of all who pass by. (Ezekiel 36:33–34)

Fear not, for I am with you; I will bring your descendants from the east, And gather you from the west; I will say to the north, ‘Give them up!’ And to the south, ‘Do not keep them back!’ Bring My sons from afar, And My daughters from the ends of the earth— (Isaiah 43:5–6)

“But I will gather the remnant of My flock out of all countries where I have driven them, and bring them back to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase. I will set up shepherds over them who will feed them; and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, nor shall they be lacking,” says the Lord. (Jeremiah 23:3–4)

Even Jesus said this would happen: And they will fall by the edge of the sword, and be led away captive into all nations. And Jerusalem will be trampled by Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled. (Luke 21:24)

So, for those that try to say, “All those scriptures of return are concerning exile in Babylon”. Oh yeah? If that were the case explain this:

“Also I will restore the captivity of My people Israel, And they will rebuild the ruined cities and live in them; They will also plant vineyards and drink their wine, And make gardens and eat their fruit. “I will also plant them on their land, And they will not again be rooted out from their land Which I have given them,” Says the Lord your God. (Amos 9:14–15)

Hmm… Wait…. It says NOT AGAIN BE UPROOTED?!?!?!?! OK, when was this fulfilled? If it was concerning the exile in Babylon, then explain the uprooting by Rome in AD136????????? Did God Change His mind? May it NEVER BE! If then God changed His mind concerning His covenant with Israel, then tell me… How secure is your salvation in Christ? I mean, if God can (in fact He CAN NOT) change His mind about Israel, He then therefore could change His Mind about the Church. To imply God could change His mind to to imply God can make a mistake, and that is impossible!

Ancient Jewish Diaspora | My Jewish Learning

The Hebrew word of Everlasting is Olam. It means without end, eternity; remotest time; perpetuity. However God said this is when he would forsake Jacob and His Covenant: Thus says the Lord, Who gives the sun for light by day And the fixed order of the moon and the stars for light by night, Who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar; The Lord of hosts is His name: “If this fixed order departs From before Me,” declares the Lord, “Then the offspring of Israel also will cease From being a nation before Me forever.” Thus says the Lord, “If the heavens above can be measured And the foundations of the earth searched out below, Then I will also cast off all the offspring of Israel For all that they have done,” declares the Lord. (Jeremiah 31:35–37)

Well, I am quite positive the fixed order is still there. Yep, I just looked outside, and the sun is still there. Therefore, God has NOT cast Israel from being a nation before Him.

So, if you wish to allegorize all these scriptures, do so at your own peril. Even though the Jewish People are VASTLY not in belief, they nevertheless are beloved and chosen. God is not done with them by far sight and one day they will know their Messiah and King Yeshua (Hebrew for Jesus) For I do not want you, brethren, to be uninformed of this mystery—so that you will not be wise in your own estimation—that a partial hardening has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in; and so all Israel will be saved; just as it is written, “The Deliverer will come from Zion, He will remove ungodliness from Jacob.” (Romans 11:25–26)

“I will pour out on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the Spirit of grace and of supplication, so that they will look on Me whom they have pierced; and they will mourn for Him, as one mourns for an only son, and they will weep bitterly over Him like the bitter weeping over a firstborn. (Zechariah 12:10)

As it is, we have descendants of Jacob living in the Promise Land just as the Covenant stated. It is for Gods Namesake and the Promise to their Fathers that He will Keep His Word. God even tells us this:

“Thus says the Lord, the King of Israel, And his Redeemer, the Lord of hosts: ‘I am the First and I am the Last; Besides Me there is no God. And who can proclaim as I do? Then let him declare it and set it in order for Me, Since I appointed the ancient people. And the things that are coming and shall come, Let them show these to them. Do not fear, nor be afraid; Have I not told you from that time, and declared it? You are My witnesses. Is there a God besides Me? Indeed there is no other Rock; I know not one.’ ” (Isaiah 44:6–8)

Just take God’s own Words for it. Explaining away things, you do not like by claiming Allegory will not fly. Nor should eisegetically reading into Scripture what your theology is. Read scripture exegetically (take from). If you have a problem with what the scripture plainly states, maybe you are the problem and not the scriptures?

Shalom,

Brian

JEW-HATRED

I’m getting sick and tired of seeing hearing the war-cry of Jew hatred rising as a cloud of red mist over the eyes of a GROWING number of people. Just look whats going on in the streets and on the news. There is a rising spirit and I MOST certainly discern it. The world is screaming for the destruction of Israel the Jewish state and if that succeeded (it won’t) it still would not be enough. The red mist of satanic delusion would spew forth to ensure ALL the Jews destroyed.

Palestinians prepare to burn Israeli flags on third weekend of protests - The Jerusalem Post

CLUE>>>> God will forsake Israel and reject the Jews. When? Well, let’s see: Thus says the Lord, Who gives the sun for a light by day, The ordinances of the moon and the stars for a light by night, Who disturbs the sea, And its waves roar (The Lord of hosts is His name): “If those ordinances depart From before Me, says the Lord, Then the seed of Israel shall also cease From being a nation before Me forever.” Thus says the Lord: “If heaven above can be measured, And the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel For all that they have done, says the Lord. (Jeremiah 31:35–37) Hmm.. OK, that means NEVER!

WARNING>>>> You do not want to be on the wrong side of God’s wrath. Only a foolish person would poke God in the eye. For thus says the Lord of hosts: “He sent Me after glory, to the nations which plunder you; for he who touches you touches the apple of His eye. (Zechariah 2:8)

FYI>>>>This Jesus whom you worship. He IS a Jew and the King of the Jews.

THE REVELATION OF JESUS FOR THE FINAL GENERATION - 3--Wrath of God

The King is Coming!

If we claim to love Jesus then we need to love what Yeshua (oh my Jesus has a Hebrew name too) loves. the one who says he abides in Him ought himself to walk in the same manner as He walked. (1 John 2:6)

Jesus is the King of the Jews. If we claim to Love Jesus, how can we not love His people. We are to provoke them to jealousy: if somehow I might move to jealousy my fellow countrymen and save some of them. For if their rejection is the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead? (Romans 11:14-15)

God partially hardened His people so that their rejection became our salvation. For I do not want you, brethren, to be uninformed of this mystery—so that you will not be wise in your own estimation—that a partial hardening has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in; (Romans 11:25)

I believe we are nearing the days of the fullness of the Gentiles. The King will soon return for His people. The Jews are “The least of these” that Matthew refers to.  “Then He will answer them, ‘Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.’ “These will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.” (Matthew 25:45-46)

Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, And you perish in the way, When His wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all those who put their trust in Him. (Psalm 2:12) I’ll opt for trusting Him…

My friend Ted Pearce did this music video several years ago along with Pastor Jobst Bittner, from of the March of Life movement. He illustrates the same spirit between the Nazi’s and today’s Radical Muslims.

We MUST stand to oppose antisemitism every place it pops up and when and if it becomes a popular fad to kill Jews again, stand up for them! And if the Jew is to die on my watch, then I will die along with them!

“I will bless those who bless you (the Jewish people through Isaac), and I will curse him who curses you; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed” (Genesis 12:3)

My good friend Pastor John Pisarek (a Jew) once asked these questions:

  • Why do you hate the Jew?
  • Are you better than he is?
  • Do you hate others as much, or have you singled him out?
  • Are you aware of the eternal consequences of going against his God?
  • Have you no shame?
  • Do you seek to curse him whom God has blessed?
  • Would you do the same to Jesus as you would to the Jew? (He is Jewish, you know)!
  • Have you forgotten that “what goes around, comes around?”
  • Are you lying about history, claiming that the Holocaust never happened?
  • Don’t you know that you will personally be held accountable?

Throughout the world, and yes, also in the United States, anti-Semitism is on the rise. It is a blind hatred (read: hate crime) against the Jews and their land, Israel. Entire countries, “Christian” denominations, religions, media outlets, publications and institutions of higher learning have massive amounts of shameless hate-mongers who follow Satan himself in seeking to destroy the people who are of special interest to the God of the Bible. You don’t want to mess with Him – – you’ll lose (clue: just study human history)! Do you have the courage to stand for the Truth? If you bless the Jew, God will bless you!

John P. Pisarek

“For the day of the Lord upon all the nations is near; As you have done, it shall be done to you; Your reprisal shall return upon your own head. (Obadiah 15)

Female Student Murdered, Body Burned by Classmates in Nigeria

From Persecution.org

Mob Attack Spurred by Supposedly Blasphemous WhatsApp Message

05/12/2022 Nigeria (International Christian Concern) – Deborah Emmanuel, a 25-year-old Christian student at the Shehu Shagari College of Education in Nigeria’s Sokoto State, was fatally beaten and her body was burned earlier today, May 12. Her classmates were incensed at a supposedly blasphemous message she had sent to a school WhatsApp group.

Deborah, who attends an ECWA church and resides with her parents in Sokoto according to International Christian Concern’s (ICC) contacts, apparently got into an argument with her female classmates after sending a WhatsApp message her classmates interpreted as blasphemous.

A video of Deborah being beaten went viral on local social media channels and has been reviewed by ICC staffers on the ground and analysts overseas. The video shows her lying still on the ground with her bloody left arm attempting to cover her head as male and female students gathered around, beating her with sticks, throwing large stones, and shouting, “Allahu Akbar.” She pleaded with her classmates not to kill her.

A student from the school who spoke with ICC said, “Muslim students and teachers don’t like Christians in the school.” The student told ICC that school authorities watched as the frenzied mob killed Deborah, but could not stop the Muslim students, though they tried.

The road to the school and Deborah’s house is currently blocked by students, making it difficult for Christians to move around. The governor of the state asked for the closure of the school without asking for the arrest of the students who committed the crime.

Despite the intense persecution that Christians in Nigeria face, Nigeria was removed from the U.S. State Department’s Countries of Particular Concern list in November 2021.  [Source]

Dear ones, we are promised not to suffer God’s Wrath (those truly in Christ). But that doesn’t exclude us from mans satanically inspired wrath. Persecution of Christians is more frequent now than ever in history. Even in Western Countries. Look up the name Artur Pawlowski.

Be ready for it. It’s coming.. But Why?

If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you. (John 15:18)

Do not marvel, my brethren, if the world hates you. (1 John 3:13)

Remember the word that I said to you, ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you. If they kept My word, they will keep yours also. (John 15:20)

When/If it visits you, God counts it as a blessing:

Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.“ Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you. (Matthew 5:10–12)

Blessed are you when men hate you, And when they exclude you, And revile you, and cast out your name as evil, For the Son of Man’s sake. (Luke 6:22)

Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you; but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ’s sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy. If you are reproached for the name of Christ, blessed are you, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you. On their part He is blasphemed, but on your part He is glorified. (1 Peter 4:12–14)

It strengthens your faith and relationship with Father God:

Therefore I am well content with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, with difficulties, for Christ’s sake; for when I am weak, then I am strong. (2 Corinthians 12:10)

And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope. Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us. (Romans 5:3–5)

Be not afraid:

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? (Romans 8:35)
