Oh yes!!! This is ever so good to hear! Such fun! I’m sure we are seeing a little of God’s sense of humour here: France sets themselves to divide the land of Israel, and Israel promptly trounces them at sport — on European ground too! Jolly!!! 🙂
And God does have a sense of humor!!
Yes! He jolly well does — a very deep one! We only have it because we are made in His image; so, I imagine His sense of humour is deeper and more full than we can even comprehend from this side of eternity. But soon we will know as we are known; so, we will know the fullest extent of His humour then, along with all the rest of His marvellous nature 🙂
And WHAT glorious day that will be!!
I doubt Israel praised the Lord Jesus after this game. That would have undoubtably been their truly greatest game, but I guess we’ll have to wait until the Millenium, when the Jews finally worship the real Messiah, to witness anything like that.
Unfortunately, that is most likely the case — though one or two of the players might be a Christian. But, as you say, they will; and that will be wonderful to witness 🙂
