About the surgery

There is a chance that I will not be having the surgery on the 19th. My cardiac clearance was not good for going under anesthesia. On the EKG I fluctuate from bradycardia (slow heart) to tachycardia (fast heart).

We are going for a second opinion to Tim’s gastroenterologist on Tuesday so he can look through all the notes and tests done on me in the ER.

I’m sorry this is so confusing but we’re trying to do the right thing for me.
Would you please continue to pray for us? We will keep you posted.

    Continued prayers for you Geri! Are you symptomatic with this arrhythmia? The bradycardia alternating with tachycardia could perhaps be something called sick sinus syndrome. Good that you are going for a second opinion. You should be seen by a cardiologist. It is best that they get to the bottom of this before you have surgery! Praying for answers and peace for you Geri!!!

    1. I just got the ‘second opinion’ about the surgery. The doctor is a well known gastroenterologist and looked through all of my notes and test results from the ER. He said that there was absolutely NO reason to have my gallbladder removed!! PRAISE JESUS!!
