JD Vance Puts Left’s ‘Nazi Rally’ Hullabaloo to Rest by Asking a Simple Question

From westernjournal.com

No matter its outcome, the 2024 election almost certainly will test our commitment to Christian forgiveness.

In the meantime, Republican vice-presidential candidate J.D. Vance has shown how to blunt even the sharpest and most slanderous attacks.

Monday on the social media platform X, Vance posed a simple question that exposed the insanity of the latest “Hitler”- and “Nazi”-related smears against former President Donald Trump and his supporters.

In a clear sign of desperation, Vice President Kamala Harris and her allies have spent the closing weeks of the presidential campaign falselyaccusing Trump of admiring Adolf Hitler’s generals and even insinuating that the former president aspired to govern like the Nazi dictator.

On Sunday, for instance, Trump held a mega-rally inside New York City’s iconic Madison Square Garden. Unhinged leftists likened the event to a Nazi rally held in that venue in 1939.

(Of note, while still technically Madison Square Garden, the 1939 Nazi rally took place in a different building in Manhattan.)

The whole Hitler/Nazi narrative reeks not only of lies but also — perhaps especially — of reckless disregard for human life. After all, the former president has already survived two assassination attempts since July.

Vance, therefore, would have had good reason to erupt in outrage and denounce the Harris-led smears.

Instead, the GOP’s impressive vice-presidential candidate responded with his characteristic levelheadedness.

“Who do you actually think the gross majority of the men who stormed the beaches at Normandy would vote for?” Vance posted to social media platform X.

“The answer is obvious: Donald J. Trump,” he added.

Vance, of course, made a mostly unassailable argument.

Admittedly, one cannot know for certain what the men of 1944 would think about the 2024 election.

On the other hand, we do know that modern military veterans have overwhelmingly backed Trump.

In fact, according to a Pew Research Center survey conducted in September, veterans prefer Trump to Harris by a margin of 24 percentage points, 61-37.

Furthermore, that number aligns with recent trends. In the 2020 election, for instance, veterans preferred Trump to President Joe Biden, 60-39. In 2016, veterans gave Trump a whopping 26-point edge over former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, 61-35.

Thus, unless World War II veterans somehow qualified as more woke than their modern-day counterparts, we might safely assume that the men who fought actual Nazis would also have supported Trump.

Alas, one glaring problem remains. Namely, Vance dealt in argument and persuasion, as he always does.

But Harris and her allies have resorted to something quite different — something so absurd and vicious that one wonders how, short of direct intervention by the Holy Spirit, one could possibly muster forgiveness toward those who have so much hatred in their hearts that they would compare you and others like you to history’s most grotesque mass murderers. source

‘Nazi Rally’ Fail: Hasidic Jews Endorse Trump After MSG Event; Harris a ‘Threat to the Jewish People’

From breitbart.com

A major Satmar group of ultra-Orthodox Hasidic Jews in New York officially endorsed former President Donald Trump on Monday for president, despite Democrat claims that he held a “Nazi” rally in Madison Square Garden on Sunday.

Israel’s Arutz Sheva reported the endorsement on Monday, under the headline “[Kamala] Harris Is Bad for Jews”:

Grand Rabbi Aharon Teitelbaum’s Satmar hasidic sect in New York has announced that it will officially support former US President Donald Trump’s candidacy for US president.

The decision follows a set of discussions by the Satmar leadership, due to concerns that US Vice President Kamala Harris may pose a threat to the “Jewish people” if she is elected president.

The founder of the group, Rabbi Joel Teitelbaum, was rescued from the Nazis. Another faction of the Satmar group is also expected to endorse Trump. Eric Trump recently met with both factions, according to a report by VINews.

As Breitbart News noted, the Harris campaign claimed Sunday that Trump was trying to reenact a Nazi rally from February 1939, based on the simple fact that the two events are being held in similar (not the same) buildings.

Harris reiterated the claim herself on Monday, when prompted by a sympathetic reporter to condemn the “Nazi” rally.

The Hasidic endorsement for Trump came just hours before Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff, who has newly discovered the relevance of his Jewish identity, was to deliver a “closing argument” against Trump on antisemitism.

As Breitbart News reported, there is no truth whatsoever to the claim, and Jews attendedthe rally in large numbers.

Madison Square Garden is the home of the New York Knicks and also hosts many Jewish and pro-Israel events.

Watch: 49ers Nick Bosa in ‘Make America Great Again’ Hat Crashes NBC Post-Game Interview

From breitbart.com

Showing off his Donald Trump “Make America Great Again” hat, San Francisco 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa crashed quarterback Brock Purdy’s postgame TV interview Sunday after the 49ers beat Dallas.

Bosa snuck up behind Purdy and poked his face between the quarterback and NBC sideline reporter Melissa Stark while pointing to his Trump hat as the interview went out live over the air.

Also on the screen with Purdy, Stark was also talking to George Kittle and Isaac Guerendo on the Levi’s Stadium field.

Both Kittle and Guerendo laughed when they saw what Bosa was doing.

“Alright, Nick Bosa with a message there,” Stark said grinning.

During the team’s post-game event, Bosa was asked about his little stunt, but he didn’t want to get too far into it.

“I’m not gonna talk too much about it, but I think it’s an important time,” Bosa said, according to Fox News.

San Francisco beat the Dallas Cowboys 30-24, due to a 21-point third quarter. source

Jewish Trump Supporters Completely Annihilate ‘Nazi Rally’ Narrative with a Simple Move

From westernjournal.com

Apparently, nobody told Jewish voters they were going to a rally that was literally supporting Hitler in New York City on Sunday.

I know, you would think that they would stay away. Democratic luminary after Democratic luminary warned that GOP standard-bearer Donald Trump’s event at Madison Square Garden was a not-so-secretly neo-Nazi event because, before World War II, a pro-Hitler group held a rally at a different building in a different part of Manhattan also called Madison Square Garden.

The parallels are almost eery! Why, there’s that, and … oh wait, that’s it. They really only have the fact that in February of 1939, the Nazi-boosting German-American Bund held a rally at the old Madison Square Garden, which drew tens of thousands.

“The event, orchestrated to coincide with Washington’s birthday, (February 22nd), featured a thirty-foot image of the first President flanked by red, white and blue bunting and swastikas as the visual backdrop,” NPR affiliate WNYC noted.

The 2024 version included, um, Dr. Phil. Totally alike! Are you not frightened, America?

But nevertheless, the Democrats persisted. First, you had former Clinton adviser James Carville, who would tell it to anyone who would listen …

Then you had one of the Clintons themselves, this time Hillary, spouting the same nonsense.

Heck, you even had one half of the Democratic ticket, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, also making the comparison between the rallies:

“There’s a direct parallel to a big rally that happened in the mid-1930s at Madison Square Garden. And don’t think that he doesn’t know for one second exactly what they’re doing there,” Walz said, absent any evidence.

But, as Jeff Charles noted at Red State, there was ample evidence on social media that Jewish Trump supporters didn’t get the message about a Nazi rally.

How do we know? Well, obviously first, because they were there:

This is important since — well, do you know what you kind of need to have in order for an explicit comparison to a Nazi rally hold up? For the speakers and the arena to have a near-monomaniacal focus on alienating, deprecating and threatening Jews.

This includes, first and foremost, scaring them away. It’s almost like the left determined to say this was a Nazi rally without asking whether it fit the one attribute that would tie it to the Nazis. source
