A Jewish professor was bared from entering Columbia campus, his ID card reportedly deactivated by Columbia University’s staff
Yale University witnessed a significant police intervention as “scores” of students participating in an anti-Israel, pro-Palestinian demonstration faced arrest for setting up a protest encampment on campus.
In images circulating on social media, law enforcement officers can be seen urging protesters to vacate the Connecticut campus premises or risk arrest.
The precise number of arrests was not disclosed, though numerous protesters were reportedly detained for trespassing and transported away via Yale University shuttle buses.
Some officers were reportedly outfitted in riot gear.
Chants such as “YPD (Yale Police Department) or KKK, IDF they’re all the same” and “Arab blood is not cheap, for the martyrs we will speak” echoed during the demonstration, according to eyewitness accounts.
Despite the arrests and the continued police presence, reports indicate that pro-Palestinian demonstrators relocated to another area on campus.
The confrontational atmosphere of the protest culminated in several violent incidents, including an attack on a Jewish student journalist who sustained injuries to the eye from a Palestinian flag. The student, identified as Sahar Tartak, the editor-in-chief of Yale Free Press, recounted being targeted for wearing Hasidic Jewish attire and subsequently subjected to taunts and harassment from protesters.
Meanwhile, at Columbia University protestors are also setting up encampments. Earlier, an instance took place where Shai Davidai, a Jewish professor was not allowed to enter a part of Columbia campus protestors are calling a ‘liberated zone.’ Davidai’s ID card was deactivated and Columbia faculty are attempting to stop the Jewish, pro-Israel professor from entering. source

It is jolly to see her quoted even here 🙂 And you are spot on regarding places of education — so many here have been either leaning, or totally lying (how apt, hahaha! 😀 ), that way for many decades now, and have warped the minds of so many people — not just British people, of course, but also all the foreigners who come here to attend the universities and public schools in particular. I do not know which ones of them are especially bad, but the people who come out of them (quite a few of the politicians have attended one or other of the public schools (Boris Johnson was an Etonian, for instance — not because he was a gentleman, because he certainly isn’t, but because his folks had the pelf to send him there) and of course most of them have been to at least one of the universities for different degrees — and most of them display the usual warped leftie thinking in everything they say and do — even so-called Conservatives! We used to joke about donning a red tie (he loves his fancy ties, does Mr. Cameron) as, despite their staged bickering in Parliament, one often had to look very hard to discern much difference between the Labour and Conservative parties, and a red tie seemed to show the true colours of the party he headed at the time — and it still does….
Columbia University was the home of the Frankfurt School, one way Marxism came to our country. Hillary Clinton was a student there. She and B.O. were devotees of Saul Alinsky who had some influence at Columbia University.
One thing is true from their “chant,” – Arab blood. NOT Palestinian ethnicity. No inheritance to the land but the Arabs are the actual occupiers. They were given a fruitful piece of land and destroyed it. Eviction time for wasteful freeloaders. Israel alone has title deed and only God has the final say and He has through His inerrant Word.
