They didn’t kill enough of us with the Jabs, so they are becoming more creative…..

From articles.mercola.com

The non-profit organization Moms Across America initiated an extensive food testing program that tests for a variety of toxins in cereal brands, school lunches, and even fast-food chains. CLICK HERE to read the full story: https://katv.com/news/health/toxins-f…

Brethren, please purchase organic food, and whenever possible, look for the ‘butterfly’ non GMO label to keep your families safe! The demonically inspired ‘powers that be’  continue in their quest for depopulation of our world.

I’m too used to the taste of toxic food to quit now. I love heavy metal in my cereal as much as I loved the smell of napalm in the morning.

So very sad. I receive notifications of food recalls every week. It was just ice cream. Please check your lables for BIOENGINEERED products as well Use an app too – but check all ingredients. Get informed. Join a FB group on it. Even HELLMANs mayo says it is bioengineered.

I recently read somewhere that Hellman’s is now owned by & made in China. I guess the name should be believed.

  3. I enjoyed the vet’s wry humor:)

When my kids were young, I made overnight oatmeal.
( it’s in bulk bins in some stores& was actually cheaper & better quality than boxed). Throw in crockpot, with your own add ins, chopped nuts, raisins, Ceylon cinnamon, stevia, butter, honey or jam, dash salt)Cook on low, turn to warm if cooked a while before bedtime . Ready to go. Add cream- it’s like dessert. Convenient. Warms up well for another morning, too. Can make a day ahead & reheat. I hate fixing breakfast in the morning , so do it before bedtime.

I read somewhere that the non GMO label does not require that it is totally pure. It is allowed to have a small percentage of GMO in it. As for me, i seem to be addicted to sugar. It takes a long time to get the cravings for the junk out of your system and to retrain your body to convert energy out of natural foods. Still trying.

  5. Intermittent fasting( don’t eat for 16 hours; eat during the 8 hour span. ) It took me 2 years to beat type 2 diabetes. Low carb diet. Stevia.Keto bread.I allowed myself a few squares off of a 70 or 72 % dark chocolate bar, with decaf coffee at lunch- so as not to feel deprived. Sweet potatoes , nuts are my favorites. Eggs every morning. Grapefruit.
