The Supreme Court is planning to vote to strike down the decision of Roe v. Wade, long considered a vanguard of guaranteeing a right to an abortion in the United States.
The opinion draft – originally obtained by Politico – was written by Justice Samuel Alito, one of the six justices appointed by Republican presidents on the nine-member court, repudiating both Roe and the 1992 Planned Parenthood vs. Casey decision.
‘Roe was egregiously wrong from the start,’ Alito writes. ‘We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled,’ he continues in the document, titled ‘Opinion of the Court.’
‘It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people’s elected representatives.’
Politico noted that this is the first such case in modern history of a Supreme Court draft decision being leaked to the public while the case was still pending.

Lots of prayer has been going up since 1973 against abortion. More prayer needed for it to be finalized as the deep state does its nefarious devilish best to cause SCOTUS to change opinion.
Interesting that nutty Cal “health” committee, just a few days ago, wanted a law to permit moms to kill their newborn up to 28 days after birth.
It wil be a battle victory indeed, and to God be the glory; yet, it won’t end the war on abortion. It will revert litigation to the states and allow states to protect against infanticide. So we must still be constant in prayer because we know the demonic leftists will rebel.
There will be bloodshed on the streets – I’d rather see that than bloodshed in the killing mills!!

That would be Awesome! For the first time in a long time, there’s a 6-3 Conservative majority on the SCOTUS, so this is the time to make it happen! Praise God!
But, I remain skeptical about it. This is only a “leaked memo” so we must be PRAYERFUL and Patiently waiting to see what will actually happen. It would be wonderful if it’s true. Then the
individual states will have the ability to make their own laws on abortion.
Just looking at the darkness in the hearts of the country today, and the evil, immoral Anti God sentiment prevailing in the country there will still be abortions happening. Hopefully, a lot less, but still with a nation that’s running away from God, and all of the LGBTQ garbage increasing, and the falling away that I believe will get a lot worse in the end days, as God said it would in the Bible, the news of a possible overturn of a law that has caused the murder of millions of innocent children, this should be a Call to PRAYER like never before!!
As God has said in 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 we should PRAY WITHOUT CEASING!!!

Agree fully with this correct decision. For the record before God i sure hope they overturn this murderous thing.
But do stop and ask about timing, why suddenly now? I think to push america into anarchy as baby murder & homosexuality is the sacrosaint doctrines of the left.
My husband and I were just talking about this. Timing is everything and we feel that it was done because it will cause such turmoil on the Left – possibly riots, and the midterms are coming up……..
unless this is from God, I fear, it is for more Nefarious reason. If they give up “Roe vs Wade” the clot shot argument “my body, my choice” will be nullified and therefore they can force the shot or the MOTB upon us.
As far as “Nefarious reasons”…have you ever in recent history seen a doctrinaire liberal disturbed by hypocrisy? They would be quite happy to mandate poisons on the one hand and mandate murderous choice nationwide on the other.
The “nefarious reason” which disturbs me is the possibility…er, quite likely a probability…of court packing. Expansion of the Supreme Court for partisan purposes was a dead letter, supposedly, but with these people nothing evil is ever dead, just dormant. I fully expect them to appoint six new “justices” as soon as this decision is made public.
Even so, it is long past time for this decision and I don’t counsel compromising what is right for fear of what the wrong will do. I simply trust that when all is said and done, the Righteous Judge will take all of it under appeal…and I expect that, when He does, there will be weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth. Quite likely more from one side of the aisle than the other–although, to our shame, both sides are largely complicit. Mouthing the right words to your supporters but turning around and playing to lose when you’re actually in the arena is not a strategy that I believe Our Lord will have much enthusiasm for.
This morning Tim, (my husband) said that he believed that the Left would use this to justify packing the court. I don’t put anything past them…….
