The Election Night Republican Victory

Pa. voting issues resting primarily in the courts | Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

I see a lot of encouragement over the other night’s election results in political circles. To be honest I am happy to see the push-back in-light of last Novembers election debacle where many believe (I AS WELL) that there were nefarious actors that coordinated stealing the election. Many said “I will never vote again”. However, the other night proved the opposite. There is little control I (We) have in this Democratic Republic other than my (our) vote. So indeed I will still exercise this RIGHT to elect Godly and Pro_Life,representation on ALL levels, from the school board to the office of the President of the United States. Even so, while I do retain and practice this right, there is only truly ONE that determines rulers:

And He changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings and raises up kings; He gives wisdom to the wise And knowledge to those who have understanding. (Daniel 2:21)

Indeed Almighty God is Sovereign and determines leaders. He does so in Mercy and Grace as well as Judgement:

Therefore submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord’s sake, whether to the king as supreme, or to governors, as to those who are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers and for the praise of those who do good. For this is the will of God, that by doing good you may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men—as free, yet not using liberty as a cloak for vice, but as bondservants of God. Honor all people. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the king. (1 Peter 2:13–17)

Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. (1 Timothy 2:1–2)

The instant I speak concerning a nation and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, to pull down, and to destroy it, if that nation against whom I have spoken turns from its evil, I will relent of the disaster that I thought to bring upon it. (Jeremiah 18:7–8)

EXHORTATION by Exhortation | Podchaser

Dennis, a dear brother of mine from my local church circulated this exhortation. With his permission I share it with you:

Let us put our trust in the Lord and not in man. Too many Christians still vote for the other side because they are brainwashed by the believing or replacing God with the government. You cannot do this. We all may stand for righteousness and good. The government should go to God first instead of ourselves, our might, and our intellect.

The Democrats have taken God out of their platform and are looking to themselves just like man did at the tower of Babel and looked to Nimrod as their leader who told them not to trust in God. Republicans can do the same thing. For instance, they had control of Congress in the 80s, 90s and part of the 2000s up to 2018 yet did not take the stand to remove Roe vs Wade. God let them have power yet did not go all the way to for fear of man.

We must turn to the gospel this is what people need, democrat or republican. If people’s hearts are changed, then we will not have all these issues. But the tower of babel is in us because we are looking for a solution in ourselves and the government instead of God. Yes, God has given us government, but government cannot replace God.

Republicans and Democrats need Jesus. We are too divided even in the Church of our Lord and Savior Yeshua. Democrat Christian against Republican Christian. Yes, I will vote for Republicans because most (not all) hold to my Christian values, but what about Democrat Christians, especially the black community. I am black, but I vote Republican because I am putting God first. They vote democrat because they promise them a loaf of bread or money. Their communities have been forgotten. They are in economic strife. They feel they are forgotten and left.

We, the church, need to repent. The black church needs to repent and forgive the past. There is one blood and one human race. We must be born again! Yeshua said, unless you are born of the water and Spirit, you shall not enter the Kingdom of God. God made us all in the image of God. The White church, Black Church, Asian Church, Hispanic Church, Indian Church, first nations Church and Jewish Church are all part of the body of Messiah if indeed born again. We need to help each other out and get rid of our preconceived ideas about each other and walk together in love and TRUTH. This is how we stop the divide that the media creates.

The devil comes to divide and steal. There are too many people going up to the tower of Babel (the one world government that is coming). Man is trying to go back to that. It has a sinister beginning and is rebellion against God and His ways. So Church, we do not want that. We are to live in this world, but not be part of it. Render the things of Caesar’s to Caesar but that to God, God.

Be still and trust God! — Power Packed Promises

To that I say AMEN. Everything Dennis stated can be summed up here:

Do not put your trust in princes, Nor in a son of man, in whom there is no help. His spirit departs, he returns to his earth; In that very day his plans perish. Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, Whose hope is in the Lord his God, (Psalm 146:3–5)

Remember the world is drowning and we as Believers are in a Life Boat (Jesus). We need to constantly be working the fields. Then He said to them, “The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few; therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest. (Luke 10:2). So then Brethren, get busy evangelizing!

Rally yourselves and get BACK IN THE FIGHT!

Shalom, Brian

Everything you say is true, but when the government goes against the word of God it is at that time that we have to stand in opposition and declare God first… So there is a balance.

Indeed so. When government forces you to obey them rather than God, we must obey God. Such is the case in Acts 5:29 But Peter and the other apostles answered and said: “We ought to obey God rather than men.
