I have read many books written by Holocaust survivors and I am horrified that co-called Christians didn’t do anything while the trains full of the chosen of God were suffering and crying out through the countrysides, and towns throughout Germany and Poland to the death camps, as well as concentration camps, and the transit camps in Europe. How could they deny or act ignorant when such atrocities were being executed?
I have cried and cried and questioned God as to why He would allow such suffering. I asked a pastor about it and his reply was that he believed that God allowed it to fulfill prophecy and be the catalyst that would bring the Jews back to Israel.
I always think of Proverbs 24:11-12: If thou forbear to deliver them that are drawn unto death, and those that are ready to be slain; v12: If thou sayest, behold, we knew it not; doth not he that pondereth the heart consider it? and he that keepeth thy soul, doth not he know it? and shall not he render to every man according to his works?
Those who stand by and let the Jewish people, God’s chosen people be slain will be judged by God on Judgement Day. Can anyone imagine standing before HIM and have to answer to Him why they didn’t speak out against the slaughter of Jews during the Nazi Regime? I pray that WE won’t have to answer to Him for the same. (We believers know that there is forgiveness for true repentance, but how many of us are standing by as babies are killed through abortion?)
I stand with Israel as a Christian (and grafted into the Jewish”tree”). I love the Israeli people and pray for them and for peace and compassion towards them. I also pray that the US and Europe and other nations will support Israel, that the UN (that evil entity) will stop condemning Israel for defending themselves against those that want to wipe Israel from the face of the earth.
Prophecy is being fulfilled; God will protect Israel from being exterminated – there will be war-but Jesus will not allow Israel to be destroyed, at just the right moment Jesus will return to Jerusalem to destroy Israel’s enemies and then He will reign from there forever.
True Christians love Israel. We are Israel’s friends. Let us pray for the citizens of Israel!
