Barack Obama Began to Speak and This Awful Reality Dawned on Him
Barack Obama is out on the campaign trail for Joe Biden.
But something strange happened at the first event.
And Barack Obama began to speak and this awful reality dawned on him.
The Joe Biden campaign dispatched former President Obama to Philadelphia to rally a sparse crowd of supporters.
An unhinged and angry Barack Obama ranted and raved about Donald Trump while routinely lying about his time in office.
Democrats know they can’t win an issue or policy-based election so the left – aided by four years of fake news media smear campaigns – wants to make the election a referendum on Donald Trump’s conduct as President.
Obama amplified the lie that President Trump courts the support of white nationalists and domestic terrorists and that he encourages their behavior.
“There are consequences to these actions. They embolden other people to be cruel and divisive and racist,” Obama falsely claimed.
Obama then claimed America was only a good a decent place when it elected Democrats as President.
“America is a good and decent place, but we’ve just seen so much noise and nonsense that sometimes it’s hard for us to remember,” Obama fumed.
Obama then moved on to the coronavirus where he falsely claimed the Trump administration did not manage the pandemic well.
“This idea that somehow this White House has done anything but completely screw this up is just not true,” Obama lied.
That is just not true.
The administration negotiated trillions of dollars in economic relief that led to unemployment never reaching the 20 percent that many economists feared and brought the unemployment rate under eight percent faster than anticipated.
Operation Warp Speed saw the administration develop vaccines and therapeutics at a record pace with a vaccine expected by the end of 2020.
Finally, the administration created a testing system from scratch and ramped up production of personal protective equipment in the biggest industrial mobilization since World War 2.
By contrast, the Obama administration saw 61 million Americans contract the Swine Flu and top Biden aide Ron Klain said they did everything wrong and only luck prevented a mass casualty event.
Obama even attacked Donald Trump for testing positive for coronavirus as a failure of the administration.
But Kamala Harris recently canceled a campaign swing after multiple staffers contracted the coronavirus.
“Donald Trump isn’t suddenly going to protect all of us. He can’t even take the basic steps to protect himself,” Obama ranted.
As Obama spoke, a reality dawned on Americans watching.
Barack Obama’s legacy as a two-term President is the fact that Americans judged his administration as so incompetent and out of touch with the concerns of real Americans that the public elected Donald Trump. source
