THE GARDEN

From the very beginning, Satan has spoken his deceptive ‘whispers’ into the ears of God’s people. And he certainly does’t need new tricks because the old ones work just fine.

IN THE WILDERNESS FROM LUKE 4

The arrogant enemy of God and of our souls even tried his twisting of Scripture with our Lord Jesus who IS God in the flesh.  Jesus shut the evil one down with PURE Scripture.  You see, Satan takes a little bit of truth and then twists it for his own purposes:

After the Holy Spirit led Jesus out into the wilderness, the devil tempted our Lord with his own version of Scripture:

“And the devil said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, command this stone that it be made bread”  (Luke 4:3) KJV

SATAN’S OWN VERSION OF CHRISTIANITY

In these last days, the devil in his craftiness has created his own version of Christianity.

I can almost hear him:

” God is LOVE, so don’t believe those ‘pretend’ Christians who say that homosexuality is evil.  God WANTS the practicing homosexual to be part of His church! Just look at the Sermon on the Mount.  Doesn’t that convince you?  A loving God would NEVER reject the lifestyle of ANYONE!  Come as you are. Do not be ashamed of the life you are living. Jesus accepts you just as you are.

Do NOT believe the fake Christians who are no better than the Pharisees!”    <hissssssssssssss>

And many believe the devil – every word he speaks, they take as truth.

‘For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables” (2 Timothy 4:3-4)

Discerning Christians will understand what the evil one has done.   He has made a version of Christianity which is false.  Not only that, but he has the world believing that the Social Justice Gospel is the TRUE Word of God.  And the world is pointing their collective finger at US and here is what they are saying:

“The true Christians do not judge and they have compassion on the gay community.  The true Christians will have gay couples serve in their churches.  The true Christians are the hope of this world!”

“The “fake” Christians are HATERS!  They judge others’ lifestyles and never think for themselves.  They find verses in their “Bibles” with which they attempt to condemn the gay lifestyle.   They do NOT represent Jesus Christ!”

Brethren, can you see and understand what is happening here?  Satan’s fingerprints are all over this “Social Justice false gospel” and the world is thrilled with all of this.

Pete Buttigieg’s Very Public Faith Is Challenging Assumptions

His tone separates him from many evangelical leaders—but in one crucial way, he might be replicating a mistake of the religious right.

The mayor of a medium-size midwestern city, Rhodes Scholar, and war veteran who is liturgically conservative and cites Saint Augustine as one of his religious influences is running for president. He’s also a Democrat. He is criticizing the current president, a Republican, for his infidelity and lack of family values. And he’s gay.

Sometimes politics unfolds differently than you might expect.

What makes Pete Buttigieg an intriguing figure isn’t his political experience, which is minimal (he became mayor of South Bend, Indiana, in 2012, at age 29); or his political philosophy, with which I disagree. (He’s a progressive, while I’m a conservative who is a critic of Donald Trump and of progressivism.) It’s that Buttigieg speaks openly and easily about his Christian faith in a party that is becoming more and more secular and religiously unaffiliated, and he does so in a manner that stands in marked contrast with the evangelical leaders who support Donald Trump.

Buttigieg is challenging the assumptions of a lot of people.

Start with those in the Democratic Party. Buttigieg, an Episcopalian who studied under Sacvan Bercovitch, the renowned scholar of Puritan America, is willing to speak about God before nonreligious audiences in a way that is natural. I don’t sense that his faith is being used cynically or inauthentically; it preceded his career in politics.

“I think it’s unfortunate [the Democratic Party] has lost touch with a religious tradition that I think can help explain and relate our values,” Buttigieg told The Washington Post. “At least in my interpretation, it helps to root [in religion] a lot of what it is we do believe in, when it comes to protecting the sick and the stranger and the poor, as well as skepticism of the wealthy and the powerful and the established.”

To be sure, the reason Buttigieg is the hottest person in Democratic politics these days is because he’s viewed as reliably progressive. Most of the Democrats who are drawn to him are embracing him not because of his faith but because of his liberalism. They’re willing to indulge the former so long as it advances the latter. For many Democrats, faith is an instrumentality. Still, Buttigieg’s rise and reasonable tone should help make some members of the Democratic Party less hostile to Christianity, which as a Christian I take to be a good thing.

The challenge Buttigieg poses to many leaders of the Trump-supporting evangelical world isn’t simply in the realm of public policy; it is in his tone, his countenance, and the way he carries himself.

Buttigieg does not radiate pent-up grievances, cultural resentments, and bitterness. He’s a person of equanimity, a calming voice in a rancorous political culture. That doesn’t mean he’s right on the stands he’s taking, of course, and those things matter. (More about that later.) But I would say that the splenetic, fear-based approach of many evangelical leaders has created an opening for Buttigieg, who is their temperamental antithesis.

It is one thing for Trump’s Christian supporters to argue that his policy agenda made him preferable to Hillary Clinton. But it is an entirely different matter to never hold Trump accountable. None of Trump’s high-profile evangelical supporters speak out against his cruelty and dehumanizing style, his pathological lying and bullying manner, or his Nietzschean ethic—and in some instances they celebrate it.

Robert Jeffress, the pastor of an influential Southern Baptist mega-church in Dallas, proudly declared that he supports Trump because he wants “the meanest, toughest SOB I can find to protect this nation.” Jerry Falwell Jr., the president of one of the largest Christian universities in the world, defendsTrump on the grounds that he is “authentic, successful & down to earth.” According to Tony Perkins, the ardent Trump supporter who is president of the Family Research Council, evangelical Christians “were tired of being kicked around by Barack Obama and his leftists. And I think they are finally glad that there’s somebody on the playground that is willing to punch the bully.” (Perkins added that conservative Christians who are Trump supporters are willing to give the president a “mulligan” on his atrocious personal behavior because he’s on their side politically.)

The mayor of South Bend, on the other hand, speaks about the need for healing, about beckoning people and trying to understand the position of those with whom he disagrees. He acknowledges how disorienting the change in sexual ethics has been, particularly for the older generation, and he says he understands why people believe that the Christian faith leads them to oppose same-sex marriage, even as he hopes they encounter scripture interpreted a different way. (The best articulation of a traditional Christian view on homosexuality I am aware of is found in Richard Hays’s The Moral Vision of the New Testament. Christians who agree with Buttigieg on gay marriage need to wrestle in good faith with the case presented by Hays, just as those who disagree with Buttigieg on gay marriage need to wrestle in good faith with the case laid out by Matthew Vines in God and the Gay Christian.)

When asked by USA Today’s Kirsten Powers what advice he has for those struggling to be graceful toward those with whom we disagree, Buttigieg answered this way:

Well, I think it starts with a certain amount of humility and recognizing that how you voted doesn’t make you a good person or a bad person, and we shouldn’t think of ourselves as better human beings because of how we voted.

This is a welcome sentiment from a political leader when our politics is becoming more and more venomous, when people prefer to shout at each other rather than to reason together.

And yet, precisely on the question of religion as an instrumental good, there is real cause for concern about Mayor Pete. His insistence that “Christian faith is going to point you in a progressive direction” is a bright-red flag, and ought to worry Christians regardless of their politics.

To say that Christianity points you in a progressive direction is in effect to say that Christianity and progressivism are synonymous. They aren’t. Neither are Christianity and conservatism. Christianity stands apart from and in judgment of all political ideologies; it doesn’t lend itself to being put in neat and tidy political categories. That doesn’t mean that at any particular moment in time a Christian ethic won’t lead people of faith to more closely align with one political and philosophical movement over another. But the temptation, always, is to politicize faith in ways that ultimately are discrediting.

What Buttigieg would undoubtedly argue is that progressivism is the political ideology that does the most to care for the poor, the vulnerable, the dispossessed, and the weak. But that depends on the issue, doesn’t it?

I agree with him when it comes to not separating migrant children from their parents and welcoming refugee families from around the world. On the other hand, Buttigieg would allow for late-term abortions, which many (including myself) would argue pose a lethal threat to the weakest members of the human community  .source

Lady Gaga to Mike Pence: ‘You Are the Worst Representation of What It Means to Be a Christian’

Lady Gaga is not afraid to speak her mind when it comes to politics. The singer interrupted her ongoing Las Vegas residency set on Saturday to bash Vice President and his wife Karen.

“To Mike Pence, who thinks it’s acceptable that his wife works at a school that bans LGBTQ, you’re wrong. You say we should not discriminate against Christianity? You’re the worst representation of what it means to be a Christian,” Gaga, 32, told the crowd at MGM’s Park Theater.

Gaga made her comments in reference to reports that Karen is to resume teaching at a Christian school that openly discriminates against LGBTQ students.

Under a parent agreement posted on the school’s website, Immanuel can refuse admission to students who participate in, support or condone “sexual immorality, homosexual activity or bisexual activity.” The school also can refuse admission based on similar “activities of a parent or guardian” or “within a particular home.”

Pence backed his wife’s decision on the Catholic news network EWTN Thursday, saying it’s “deeply offensive to us” to “see major news organizations attacking Christian education.”

“Mrs. Pence has returned to the school where she previously taught for 12 years,” her spokeswoman, Kara Brooks said in a statement. “It’s absurd that her decision to teach art to children at a Christian school, and the school’s religious beliefs, are under attack.”

Lady Gaga identifies as a Christian, which may surprise some of her fans.

“I am a Christian woman, and what I do know about Christianity is that we bear no prejudice and everybody is welcome. So you can take all that disgrace, Mr. Pence, and can look yourself in the mirror and you’ll find it right there,” Gaga told the audience.

Gaga didn’t stop there. She also took on President Trump.

“If the (expletive) president of the United States could please put our government back,” Gaga stated. “There are people who live paycheck to paycheck and need their money.” source

In the midst of all of this insanity and evil, the only thing which keeps me sane is Jesus Christ and His Word:

We know that we are rapidly approaching the end.  We know that our Lord Jesus never leaves us nor forsakes us.

Drag Queen Story Hour: Perverted Story Tellers Turn Out To Be Known Child Sex Offenders

Sometimes I feel like I will wake up and find that this type of child abuse was just a nightmare.  Unfortunately, it’s very real and our anger at this cannot even come close to the anger of our Lord Jesus.

“And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.

” But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea” (Matthew 18:5-6) KJV

Brethren, can you imagine how our Lord feels when He sees the emotional and physical abuse of the little children; and he sees the parents of these children being complicit – all in the name of Political Correctness?

I weep for these children.  They are the innocent ones in this horrific Evil.  Instead of having parents who teach them about the Lord and His Word – they have parents who are “feeding them to the lions.”

Libraries Becoming Private Child Corruption Centers?

It’s bad enough that some libraries encourage little children to perch on the laps of transvestite males as they hear fables about well-adjusted homosexual families, in the so-called “Drag Queen Story Hours” featured in some communities.

And then those guys turn out to be convicted child molesters, as recently happened in Houston.

But other libraries have devised another method for mental molestation of youth. Middle and high-schoolers are invited to a private “safe space” session with a garishly -dressed she-male to explore what “drag” is all about. And adults are excluded—until the public hears and cries “foul.”

It’s happening in Delaware County, Ohio, an affluent suburb north of Columbus. And taxpayers are putting up quite a fuss. A June 5 session called “Drag 101” is advertised on the teen page of the Delaware County Library website, and here’s how the announcement reads:

“Drag 101—Teen Program. Curious about the art of drag and no idea where to start? Come learn the basics with former Miss Gay Ohio America, Selena T. West! All genders welcome; drag is for everyone! Teens only, please.”

What– no parents? And why not adults? One’s suspicions are heightened immediately over any program for a 13- year-old to be unsupervised in a private space with a man who likes to dress as a woman.

And in a taxpayer-funded library, no less.

It turns out it’s the half-a-brainchild of the children’s librarian, Becky Woodruff. And now we all feel a lot better. Following the public outcry, one adult will now be allowed to accompany each student, but no other adults will be permitted in the room with the 12 to 17-year- olds they have invited to attend. What are they hiding?

At least now the library is doing background checks on the presenters, the director recently revealed. And why weren’t they doing that before public objections?

The library director, George Needham, said this on social media: “…it’s very common in our regular teen programming to use the phrase, ‘Teens only, please.’ This is because, within teen development, it’s very important that they feel like they have ownership over a safe space.”

Who made him a psychologist and does anyone want that in a librarian? NO. And he’s wrong. Parental oversight, not privacy with disordered adults, is critical during childhood and adolescence to keep kids actually safe from major life-damaging episodes as well as to protect them from predators.

Do we have to worry about predators in the library? Seems that some healthy suspicion is in order. (#LibrariesToo )

Needham went on to explain that the “teens-only phrase” is “used to deter young children or tweens from attending programs intended for a teen audience.” Why is that important? Why can’t fifteen-year-old Josh attend with his nine-year old sister?

Unless there are sleazy elements you librarians think teens will keep from their parents but little kids are more likely to blab.

And Needham continued: “Typically, parents are also encouraged to give a teen program its own space and wait in a nearby area of the library.” Parents, go away.

But I say, taxpayers, rise up.

Indeed, these folks crave private sessions with adolescents and we’ve seen this before with sex educators and others pushing slimy agendas.

“Drag 101” is part of “summer reading.” And you thought libraries were safe spaces.

The library board’s meeting on May 21 heard from members of the public speaking both against as well as for this event. Their decision? They are not canceling.

But hold on. The situation gets even shadier when one finds out that the organizer, a man who calls himself “Selena T. West,”  has sexually suggestive images all over the Internet. Who is “Selena, “anyway?

If one of these teens arrives at the library, courtesy of your tax dollars, and likes the “drag” lessons, surely there will be follow-up contact, right? Are these unsupervised adults allowed to collect cell phone numbers from their private teen audience? And then what? “Come down and meet me at the pride parade!”

If a teen checks him out on the web, “Selena” sets an example that is questionable at best. Is this a public relations/publicity campaign taxpayers should be funding?

Until the recent uproar, this event had no parental notice or permission. Is the library willing to be held legally accountable for any complications as they bypass parents and endanger children? A “drag” interest and gender confusion could create serious emotional disturbances in some adolescent boys.

The outrageous promotion of depravity by this library doesn’t end with private corruption sessions. The teen page is dominated by pro-homosexual and pro-gender confusion propaganda, with an entire “LGBTQIA” section that links to many groups specializing in child endangerment: GLSEN, the Human Rights Campaign, the local “gay” youth center (open to children as young as 12 without parent knowledge), the Nationwide Children’s Hospital THRIVE program, which has only one answer to gender confusion in kids—start the dangerous drugs of “transition” ASAP; pro-homosexual legal groups like ACLU and Lambda Legal, and information trashing “conversion therapy.”

Are there no conservatives or people of faith in Delaware County? This page has not a single resource with an opposite ( aka, safe) viewpoint. They are uniformly urging minor children to go full steam ahead into the high-risk behaviors of homosexuality or gender “transition.”

When Adam comes home from Drag 101 eager to start wearing dresses and heels, where do his outraged parents go? If he implicates the library, are the country commissioners and library board willing to absorb the legal costs of a multi-million dollar lawsuit when Adam is permanently sterilized ( after he starts opposite sex hormones)?

Probably not. Maybe someone should advise the library staff and board: “Grow up, get responsible and get a real heart for children.”  source

Is the reader  shocked yet?  Are you angered?  I would definitely call what I am feeling Righteous Indignation!

This makes me want to go into our local library and find out if this is happening there.  If it is, I am so tempted to go into the library during one of these Satanic sessions and tell the children “Don’t listen to this!!  Jesus LOVES you and does NOT want you to learn such EVIL!!!

But I would probably be thrown into jail.  You see, Christians are the Evil ones now, and child molesters are “good.”

Last month we reported how Houston MassResistance activists exposed a Houston Public Library “Drag Queen” as a convicted child sex offender.Now, it turns out that a second Houston Public Library Drag Queenwas convicted of multiple sexual assaults against young children, according to records uncovered by Houston MassResistance activists. The man has also written a lurid article describing his work as a transgender prostitute. And he was photographed at a Drag Queen Story Hour (DQSH) event carrying a rubber chicken – a symbol used by homosexuals to indicate a sexual preference for young boys.This man is part of the local Drag Queen group brought in to do the Story Hour” events. We now know that local group is part of a bigoted national anti-Catholic Drag Queen organization.It’s becoming clear that the outrages we’re exposing are not an anomaly, but more likely the norm – not only in Houston but probably around the country.
THE SHOCKING DISCOVERY BY HOUSTON
The Houston man identified by MassResistance activists is William Travis Dees. He is a member of the “Space City Sisters” Drag Queen group. The Houston Public Library thought it appropriate to invite these unbalanced men to lead Drag Queen Story Hour readings to little children.As part of these DQSH events, Dees has served as a “greeter” for young children as they came into the library, among other roles.

According to criminal records uncovered by Houston MassResistance activists, Dees was convicted in 2004 of sex crimes against four young children (ages 4, 5, 6, and 8), was jailed, and is listed as a “high risk sex offender.” MassResistance activists have also identified numerous aliases which Dees uses for his various characters and personas.

Since Dees was 16 years old at the time of his conviction, his record is “sealed” and not posted on government sites. However, it is available from other sex-offender record sources.

Part of bigoted anti-Catholic group

The “Space City Sisters” have yet another odious distinction. Theirwebsite and social media reveal that the group is a local chapter of a national organization of cross-dressing homosexual men called the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. The men dress as garish and hideous parodies of Catholic nuns and mock Catholicism. They are a popular feature in gay pride parades and other LGBT events across the country. They now also do DQSH readings to small children.

A transgender prostitute doing BDSM

Dees appears to be a very troubled and dysfunctional man. Houston MassResistance activists were able to verify that under his alias of Elizabeth Davidson, Dees wrote a very graphic article on an LGBT website (which included a photo of himself) describing his experiences as a transgender prostitute (his term is “sex worker”) who engaged in BDSM (bondage, discipline, sado-masochism) with his clients.

Titled, “What I Learned as a Trans Dominatrix,” the article is very disturbing and also very sad. “I had tried for so many years to alleviate my depression and dysphoria through random sex, I had lost track of how many partners I’ve had,” he says. He also talks about his male clients who wanted to be tied up, beaten, have hot wax poured on them, etc.

Unfortunately, this sort of behavior and dysfunction is probably far more common among Drag Queens than their allies in libraries and government will ever admit. Yet they have no problem letting them work with young children.

“Chicken” symbolism. What more do we need to know?

As we’ve described in previous posts, the expression “chickens” in “gay” slang refers to under-age boys that older gay men find and seduce. In other words, pederasty. So, when these cross-dressing homosexual men casually wave around a rubber chicken at a children’s event, that seems to be a pretty clear message. Dees, who has been convicted of multiple sex offenses against young children, was photographed at a Drag Queen Story Hour event doing exactly that.

Local media decline to cover story; no reaction from politicians

When Houston MassResistance exposed the first DQSH sex offender on March 18, the story made a big splash in the local press and also in the national conservative press. Local politicians weighed in – or scrambled for cover. The public library officials were forced to issue a public apology, and eventually the entire event was shut down (at least temporarily).

But this time, things turned out differently. On April 3, Houston MassResistance called a press conference outside of the public library, just as they did the last time. Local media showed up, as before.

A reporter asks some questions. They certainly seemed interested — but then later nothing got reported!

But afterwards there was virtually no local coverage. And not a peep from any public officials. It was eerie. The following day, MassResistance activists were part of a local Fox 26 TV interview show about the news, but later that show was mysteriously removed from the TV station’s website.

If you go to the Houston Fox 26 TV website and search for the interview they did with Houston Massresistance about the Drag Queen sex offender, this is all you get!

Since the story wasn’t going “viral,” most of the national conservative media weren’t picking it up either. There were two exceptions. PJ Mediagot the press release and posted an article a few hours before the press conference. The other site was InfoWars.

One of the media’s excuses we heard was that they couldn’t verify Dees’s records directly from the state, since the records are “sealed.” But that doesn’t mean they don’t exist, or that it can’t be reported using other reputable sources. InfoWars was able to do that without any problem. To date, no one has disputed the facts that were presented.

 

The Houston Public Library is now talking about bringing back the Drag Queen Story Hour event this summer! So Houston MassResistance isn’t slowing down a bit. This is such a depraved situation, so there is surely much more to be exposed.

First of all, Tracy Shannon and the others have now amassed over 600 pages of very disturbing material about the DQSH, the officials behind it, laws and rules that were broken, and the lurid background of the Drag Queens themselves. (This is in addition to the 163-page report they presented to the City Council in March.) The new material will be released soon.
Second, Houston public officials have been illegally refusing to release key information about the Drag Queen event. Tracy and the others have been pressing them for months via FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) requests to find out the answers to many questions regarding this event.Dan Kleinman of SafeLibraries has been especially helpful in assisting MassResistance take this important FOIA dispute directly to the Texas Attorney General. It appears likely that the Texas AG will intervene.
And third, at the April 3 press conference, Tracy laid out some further demands:

MassResistance will demand an audit of the entire HPL [Houston Public Library] background checks vs volunteer applications to see how many have experienced an “oversight” and how many sex offenders have been allowed to participate in children’s programming at the libraries in Houston.  We will also be demanding a city ordinance that requires background checks for all city-sanctioned programs for children.

We are clearly winning, but the fight in Houston is far from over. A lot has been accomplished by these outstanding Houston MassResistance activists. None of this would have come to light without their incredible work. What they found should frighten and anger everyone as these ghastly events show up across the country. source

Brethren, this may not be getting the coverage that it should by the leftwing media, but we can certainly circulate this on social  media!   This MUST be stopped!
