My Former Pastor Is Booed During Opening Prayer At Town Hall Meeting

Saul Alinsky would be proud that his tactics from “Rules for Radicals” are being employed all around our country by paid protestors.  Did you know that Mr. Alinsky dedicated his book to the rebel of all rebels – Lucifer?  It’s true:

Liberal Protestors Lose It When Town Hall Chaplain Prays in Jesus’ Name

Liberal protestors jeered and mocked a Louisiana state chaplain when he opened a town hall meeting with prayer last week.

Republican Sen. Bill Cassidy scheduled the town hall meeting in Metairie, Louisiana to discuss issues like immigration, healthcare, and the economy, The Washington Free Beacon reported.

However, when Dr. Michael Sprague announced that he would open with a prayer, protesters from a local anti-Trump group called Indivisible, erupted in anger.

Some shouted “Pray on your own time!” while others yelled “Separation of church and state!”

Video of the event records one woman shouting the name “Lucifer” when the chaplain said God’s name.

The yelling did quiet down as the prayer continued, but when Sprague said “We pray in Jesus’ name,” protestors shouted again for the separation of church and state.

They didn’t stop there.

As a local veteran took the microphone to say the Pledge of Allegiance, the disruptive group booed him also.

Not only did they refuse to stand for the pledge, they yelled “Do your job” and “Get on with it.”

One man shouted “Your words run hollow. Your words run hollow.”

Brethren, I have never witnessed such blatant satanic activity as there is today. This is another sign that we are truly in the end of the end of days.

Just as Pastor Sprague said – Jesus would still say to these people screaming at the mention of His name –

“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls” (Matthew 11:28-29).

I could just hear the people from long ago yelling “Crucify Him……Crucify Him!”

Jesus is not coming back as the Lamb of God next time.

He is coming as King of Kings and Lord of Lords, and every knee shall bow!

  1. We must press into our Lord Jesus – the Word of God – with everything we have, for time is VERY short! There are many foolish virgins in the church we must wake up (see Rev. 3:1-6, noting the implied fate of those who do not do so), and many unregenerate souls bought and paid for by Christ’s blood to whom we must BE living epistles.

“Truly, truly, anyone who has faith in Me will do what I have been doing…” (John 14:12); that included casting out all demons He encountered, healing every sick person brought to Him, raising the dead, walking on water, and miraculously feeding the multitudes…

So, brethren, we must truly KNOW our astounding identity in Christ and get going (see Mark 16:15-18)! Praise God, He lives within us to accomplish His will so long as we step out (act) IN FAITH!

    1. Your words confirmed to me that our job in the midst of all of the craziness, is to remember who we are in Christ! The most important thing to Jesus is to save the lost. He wants none to perish. Tonight I was researching Organizing for Action and other groups which Obama has spear headed. I began to think to myself – WAIT! Our weapons are not carnal – this war is not against flesh and blood. We are fighting a spiritual battle. We serve the King of the Universe! Satan looses – in case you haven’t read the end of the Bible! But again, the souls of those who have been deluded by the enemy – these are precious to our Lord. So, what is our strategy? PRAYER PRAYER AND MORE PRAYER!

“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ” (2 Corinthians 10:3-5).

      Thank you, Deanna!!

      1. Amen are battle is not against flesh and blood God loves Muslims atheists Mormons and others but God is a God of justice holiness mercy grace and judgment am I right?

  2. Satan knows his time is getting short The King is coming back very soon!! Marantha! To to shouted at for saying the name of Jesus correct me if I’m wrong but weren’t the apostles told not tot say the name of Jesus in Acts.

  3. All glory to our soon coming Mashiach, Yehashua Ben Hashem. My heart long even burns for His coming in a time where I feel so out of place. Watch Brethren, keep watch!! Shalom Maranatha!!

  4. Imagine the havoc these people would engage in if the restraining spirit is removed–welcome to the tribulation period. We are getting a glimpse of things to come in short order–it’s good we are staying the course and spreading the word. While I eagerly anticipate the coming of Jesus, it gives me a profound sadness for those who are left behind.

  5. “For the Son of Man’s coming will be just as it was in the days of Noach.” – Matthew 24:37. One of the hallmarks of the days of Noah was this – “Adonai saw that the people on earth were very wicked, that all the imaginings of their hearts were always of evil only.” – Genesis 6:5. We are seeing an explosion of unfettered evil. The more I see how people are now openly and unabashedly behaving in truly evil ways, the more I’m convinced that Trump’s presidency is our last opportunity to reach as many as possible for the Lord. I’ve studied eschatology for thirty years and have never, ever seen circumstances such as we are seeing today. Over 1500 pedophiles have been arrested since Trump took office. Human trafficking and sex slave rings are being broken up like never before, here in the US and globally. The evil is being exposed. I feel that we must make the most of this opportunity, as the Lord leads. Time is very, very short.

  6. Psalm 2:1-12 (NASB)
1 Why are the nations in an uproar And the peoples devising a vain thing?
2 The kings of the earth take their stand And the rulers take counsel together Against the LORD and against His Anointed, saying,
3 “Let us tear their fetters apart And cast away their cords from us!”
4 He who sits in the heavens laughs, The Lord scoffs at them.
5 Then He will speak to them in His anger And terrify them in His fury, saying,
6 “But as for Me, I have installed My King Upon Zion, My holy mountain.”
7 “I will surely tell of the decree of the LORD: He said to Me, ‘You are My Son, Today I have begotten You.
8 ‘Ask of Me, and I will surely give the nations as Your inheritance, And the very ends of the earth as Your possession.
9 ‘You shall break them with a rod of iron, You shall shatter them like earthenware.'”
10 Now therefore, O kings, show discernment; Take warning, O judges of the earth.
11 Worship the LORD with reverence And rejoice with trembling.
12 Do homage to the Son, that He not become angry, and you perish in the way, For His wrath may soon be kindled. How blessed are all who take refuge in Him!
