On Feb. 26, 2024, it was reported that an Arab peace activist (named Loay Alshareef) from Abu Dhabi spoke at a rally in London where he said:

• “When I see the flag of Israel, I don’t see a flag of a country that is 75 years young, 3,000 years old. I see a flag that has heritage for prophets and kings, that we as Muslims revere and honor. I see in this flag the battle between David and Goliath. I see in this flag when David proclaimed Jerusalem as the capital of the Jewish state of the kingdom of Israel at that time. I see the flag of Solomon when he was the king. I said see the flag of Ezra and Nehemiah returning to the land of Israel in 586 (My note: He may have meant 536) when the Babylonian exile took place. I see Yehuda Maccabi fighting against Antiochus Epiphanes, and I see Jews leaving the land of Israel at 70 [CE] and returning back in 1948. This is what I see in this flag.”

This is an amazing statement; I have great respect for this brave man, and it inspired me to tell you what I see when I look at the flag of Israel and the flag of Jerusalem (it will help you to look at a picture of the flags on the internet).

When I look at the flag of Israel, I see the first coming of Jesus.

• The two stripes remind Christians and Jews that Jesus was beaten when He came the first time, and by His stripes, we are healed (Isa. 53:5).
• The Star of David reminds Christians and Jews that Jesus came the first time as a descendant of King David (Matt. 1:1, 9:27, 12:23, 15:22, 20:30), and the Lord shall give unto him the throne of his father David (Luke 1:32).
• The star also reminds Christians and Jews that Jesus is called the Star out of Jacob (Num. 24:17), and He is called the bright and morning star (Rev. 22:16).
• Placing the star in the center of the flag reminds Christians and Jews that Jesus should be the center of our life.
• The four corners on the flag remind Christians and Jews that God would gather the Jews from the four corners of the earth before the Tribulation Period (Isa. 11:12; 66:7-11; Jer. 31:8).
• The white background on the flag reminds Christians that Jesus is holy and without sin. He knew no sin (II Cor. 5:21).
• The stripes and star are blue, the color of the sky. Blue reminds Christians and Jews that we must be born again from above, and we should keep our eyes on heaven (watch for His return) as we live for Jesus.

When I look at the flag of Jerusalem, I see the Second Coming of Jesus.

• The flag of Jerusalem is like the flag of Israel (stripes, four corners, blue with white background) except for what is in the center of the flag (a Lion in front of a brick wall, between two olive branches under some Hebrew letters).
• The Lion is the symbol of the Tribe of Judah, the tribe that was in charge of Jerusalem and the Temple in Old Testament times, and it reminds Christians and Jews that Jesus will come back as the Lion of the Tribe of Judah.
• The brick wall pictures a segment of the Wailing Wall that was part of the support structure for the Temple, and it reminds Christians and Jews that the Temple will be rebuilt before the Second Coming of Jesus.
• The Hebrew writing is the word “Jerusalem.”
• The olive branches are a symbol of peace. They remind Christians and Jews that Jesus is the Prince of Peace, to pray for the peace of Jerusalem, and that the world will not have peace until the Second Coming of Jesus (Isa. 9:6).

The above things are not a coincidence; they are reminders from God that can be found in Scripture.

The Messiah came the first time as a descendent of King David (flag of Israel), and He will come the second time as the Lion of the Tribe of Judah (flag of Jerusalem).

Here are recent events that may relate to Bible prophecy.

One, concerning the destruction of Damascus, Syria, in one night at the end of the age (Isa. 17): on Feb. 28, 2028, it was reported that Israel struck several sites in Syria, and there were:

• Significant explosions near Damascus.
• A significant explosion in Damascus.
• Two members of Hezbollah were killed and six injured.

Israel has been attacking sites near Damascus for years, but this report said there was a significant explosion IN Damascus.

Two, concerning wars and rumors of wars: on Feb. 29, 2024, All Israel News reported that Hamas military leader Yahye Sinwar appears to believe his troops can hold off Israel in Rafah long enough for civilian causalities to increase to the point that international pressure will force Israel to halt the war.

Have you got that? Sinwar’s plan appears to be to hide out and wait while Palestinian civilians (men, women, and children) are starving and dying because he believes the international community will eventually rescue him (and he will survive to keep stealing and killing).

(More: Protests against Hamas in Gaza are beginning to grow and become more vocal. Some Gazans are complaining that Hamas political leaders are living in luxury in foreign countries while residents of Gaza are starving and dying. They believe their situation would significantly improve if Hamas would release the hostages. Some are beginning to blame Sinwar for starting the war and causing their misery.)

(More: Israel thinks they have come close to capturing Sinwar several times; he knows it; he is running and constantly changing hiding places.)

Three, concerning Pres. Biden’s efforts to undermine Prime Min. Netanyahu and Israel’s war with Hamas: on Mar. 1, 2024, Marc Zell, Chairman of Republicans Overseas Israel, said,

• “Those of us who understand what’s going on with the Biden administration said very early on that Joe Biden and all of his strong support for Israel may have been his personal view. But the people that run Joe Biden, that is the Obama folks that run the White House and Obama himself in his basement near Washington or wherever he happens to be, have a different view about Israel. They were never friendly with Israel.”

Zell believes Israel needs to stay the course, not listen to the Obama folks who are running the White House, and do what is best for Israel.

(More: On Mar. 1, 2024, it was reported that nine Republican Senators sent Biden a letter urging him to stop putting sanctions on Jews for violence against Palestinians. They pointed out that he is giving money to the PA who is paying the salaries of Palestinians who kill Jews, and he hasn’t put sanctions on any of them.)

(More: On Mar. 2, 2024, it was reported that Benny Gantz (Politician, former Defense Min., member of Israel’s war cabinet) will soon travel to Washington to meet with Biden and others (and then go to London) without the approval of Prime Min. Netanyahu and contrary to Israeli regulations. Why? In my words, because Biden thinks Netanyahu’s government is too religious and too conservative, and it is not doing what Biden is telling it to do. Biden’s anti-Israel attitude is anti-Bible and anti-God. Based on Gen. 12:3, Biden may be putting the U.S., and/or himself, under a curse.)

(More: On Mar. 4, 2024, it was reported that Biden is trying to find someone to support the Two-State solution. It was also reported that Netanyahu ordered the Israeli ambassador to Washington to boycott the meetings.)

(More: On Mar. 4, 2024, Biden put sanctions on a small Israeli company that makes essential parts for Israel’s Iron Dome missile defense system. Iran-backed Muslims are firing rockets into Israel every day. The IDF needs the Iron Dome to help defend Israel. But Biden has chosen to sanction the company during a war.)

Four, concerning corruption and deceit in the Biden family, FBI, and media: on Feb. 28, 2024, during testimony before a Congressional committee, Hunter Biden admitted that his dad is the “big guy” mentioned in one of his e-mails, but he denied that his dad received any of the millions of dollars that he (Hunter) got from China.

It is clear that a lot of people owe Tony Bobulinski an apology.

For whatever it is worth, there is evidence that Hunter gave thousands of dollars to his dad, but he claims the money was repayment for a loan.

(More: On Mar. 1, 2024, it was reported that Pres. Biden’s brother, James, said he repaid a loan to Pres. Biden with a check for $40,000 with money he received from a company with ties to Communist China.)

Five, concerning lying, deceit, or dementia in the White House: on Feb. 28, 2024, Pres. Biden said, “Last year, the U.S. had one of the lowest rates of all violent crime in more than 50 years.”

Many sources say crime has increased, especially in Democrat-run cities, but there are fewer police (due to the defund the police movement), fewer arrests, fewer prosecutions, etc., so the numbers look good, but they are no longer reliable.

Six, concerning an anti-Israel attitude in the White House: the U.S. continues to criticize Israel for not doing enough to help hungry citizens in Gaza.

The population of Gaza is about 2.1 to 2.2 million people, so 3 meals a day would require more than 6.3 million meals per day (perhaps less because of babies).

On Mar. 2, 2024, the U.S. airlifted about 38,000 Meals Ready to Eat (MREs) into Gaza (no water, no medical supplies, etc., and Hamas probably got some of those).

About 2 million hungry people got nothing from the U.S., but the next day, on Mar. 3, 2024, Vice Pres. Harris called upon Israel to do more to help them.

(My opinion: It is right to sympathize with the hungry Palestinians, but world leaders and Arab nations have made this crisis worse by doing nothing about Hamas taking control of Gaza and then hindering Israel’s war effort.)

Seven, concerning famine and world government: on Mar. 1, 2024, it was reported that the World Economic Forum (WEF) is demanding that governments ban citizens from growing their own food in order to save the planet from global warming.

According to the WEF, home gardens produce more CO2 than traditional farming.

(More: On Mar. 4, 2024, it was reported that globalists are trying to replace the world’s existing food supply with food products that they control.)

(My opinion: Gaza is a picture of how the globalist population reduction and their desire to control people by controlling their food and healthcare will wind up.)

Eight, concerning an economic collapse in the U.S. (which would probably trigger a global economic collapse) and famine: last week, it was reported that America’s national debt is now $34.48 trillion and rising at the rate of $1 trillion every 3 months.

It was also reported that Food Stamp costs have gone up 31% in the last 3 years.

(My opinion: The number of hungry people in the U.S. is increasing.)

Nine, concerning an increase in the frequency and intensity of natural disasters at the end of the age: several days of unusually strong winds have spread wildfires in Texas; more than one million acres have been scorched (the most in Texas History); the loss of homes, buildings, vehicles, crops, livestock, wildlife, etc. is devastating; and in some cases, the fires are still spreading.

(More: As this was being written, on Mar. 1, 2024, forecasters were predicting 6 to 10 ft. of snow, 60 to 75 mph winds in the Sierra Nevada mountains this coming weekend, and heavy rain at lower elevations.).

(More: As of Mar. 2, 2024, several feet of snow, wind gusts of 190 mph, and a tornado have already pummeled California.)

Ten, concerning world government and a borderless world: Tennessee Gov. Lee asked for 100 Army National Guard soldiers to volunteer to go to the U.S.-Mexico border to help Texas defend it because our president isn’t doing it.

About 400 soldiers have signed up to go.

(More: On Mar. 5, 2024, the U.S. Center for Immigration Studies admitted that the Biden administration flew about 320,000 illegal immigrants from foreign airports to 43 different cities in the U.S. in 2023 to reduce the border crossing numbers. Some say this is an act of treason.)

Eleven, concerning Hamas starting the Oct. 7, 2023 war because Israel has acquired red heifers, one of which may be sacrificed to qualify priests to rebuild the Temple: on Mar. 5, 2024, Yitshak Mamo, a member of one of the groups that want to rebuild the Temple said:

• A ceremony to approve a red heifer for sacrifice could take place any day now.
• I understand why Hamas could be outraged, but I cannot understand why they have to slaughter and rape people to win their war.
• Terrorists have been attacking us before we ever dreamed of these cows.
• They don’t need them (the red heifers) as an excuse to kill.

(Reminder: Religious Jews have tried to sacrifice animals in the past, and the government stopped them. Whether or not the government will allow them to sacrifice a red heifer this year remains to be seen. It will happen when God is ready for it to happen, and it will be a big, big, big deal.)

Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2024 (Day 145): The ninetieth day of the resumed war.

• Hezbollah terrorist leader Ismail Haniyeh called for the Islamic Resistance (Hezbollah, Hamas, Houthis, Islamic Jihad, etc.) to step up attacks on Israel during the month of Ramadan, which begins on Mar. 10, 2024.
• Hamas called for Palestinians to march to the Al-Aqsa Mosque for the start of Ramadan.
• Israel’s Defense Min. said Iran, Hezbollah, and Hamas intend to turn the month of Ramadan into the second phase of October 7 and set fire to the area.

Thursday, Feb. 29, 2024 (Day 146): The ninety-first day of the resumed war.

• Israel said it has killed more than 13,000 Hamas terrorists since the war began.
• Dozens of Gazans were killed in a stampede for food when Israel sent more than 30 truckloads of food and supplies into Gaza.

Friday, Mar. 1, 2024 (Day 147): The ninety-second day of the resumed war.

• There are credible reports that Iranian and Hezbollah forces are on the ground and helping the Houthis in Yemen.
• Israel told Qatar and Egypt that it (Israel) will not attend any more meetings to discuss a hostage deal until Hamas provides a list of how many hostages are alive (It is known that some may have been murdered, some are sick, etc.).
• Hamas said 7 hostages were killed during an Israeli raid. They are now claiming that altogether Israel has killed 70 hostages.

Saturday, Mar. 2, 2024 (Day 148): The ninety-third day of the resumed war.

• An Israeli drone killed a senior Hezbollah commander and two others. It was later reported that Hassan Nasrallah’s grandson was one of the three Hezbollah terrorists.
• A ship that Houthi terrorists attacked about two weeks ago has finally sunk in the Red Sea.

Sunday, Mar. 3, 2024 (Day 149): The ninety-fourth day of the resumed war.

• A ceasefire deal is on the table, and officials are gathering in Egypt for negotiations. Hamas is demanding an end to the war, not a ceasefire. Both sides are demanding that the other get out of Gaza.
• Israel said it will not send a delegation to the ceasefire talks in Gaza because Hamas has not responded to its demand for the number of hostages that are alive and the number that are deceased, and Hamas has not said how many prisoners they expect Israel to release for each hostage Hamas releases.
• A Hamas delegation arrived in Egypt for ceasefire talks and said they will not release any information on the hostages without major concessions from Israel.
• Hamas said this will be the last chance to reach a ceasefire agreement before the Muslim holy month of Ramadan begins on Mar. 10, 2024, and if there is no agreement, there will be an escalation of attacks in the West Bank and Jerusalem.
• Fighting is raging in Gaza, and the U.S. is airdropping food there.
• Netanyahu said Palestinian statehood will not be shoved down our throats.

Monday, Mar. 4, 2024 (Day 150): The ninety-fifth day of the resumed war.

• The Houthis cut 4 more underwater communications cables in the Red Sea (there are 15 cables in the Red Sea, so roughly one-fourth of the communications are down).
• Yahya Sinwar is counting on Ramadan to unite the Muslims and trigger a holy war that will lead to the destruction of Israel.
• Israeli troops have surrounded a neighborhood in Khan Yunis, apprehended dozens of Hamas terrorists, and are planning to eradicate those who do not surrender.

Tuesday, Mar. 5, 2024 (Day 151): The ninety-sixth day of the resumed war.

• Hamas said they do not know whether specific hostages are dead or alive.
• The conflict between Israel and Hezbollah is intensifying (30 rockets fired into Israel today).
• Hezbollah, Hamas, and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) are calling for Ramadan to be a “month of terror” in Israel and Jerusalem in the Battle for al Aqsa.
• Biden warned that the situation will be very, very, dangerous without a ceasefire by Ramadan.

FYI: God does not send anyone to Hell (all of us are born with a sin nature and destined to go to Hell because we sin), but God has provided a way (Jesus) for everyone to go to Heaven (and He is the only way to get there; John 14:6).

Finally, are you Rapture Ready?

If you want to be rapture ready and go to heaven, you must be born again (John 3:3). God loves you, and if you have not done so, sincerely admit that you are a sinner; believe that Jesus is the virgin-born, sinless Son of God who died for the sins of the world, was buried, and raised from the dead; ask Him to forgive your sins, cleanse you, come into your heart and be your Saviour; then tell someone that you have done this.

The conflict between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon has been going on for years.

There has been tit for tat attacks on an almost daily basis since the Israel-Hamas war broke out on Oct. 7, 2024, and they show no signs of ending.

To the contrary, on Feb. 14, 2024, Hezbollah released an unusually vicious missile barrage against several targets in Israel that killed a female Israeli soldier and injured at least eight other people.

Israeli officials said they will hold the Lebanese government as well as Hezbollah accountable because the Lebanese government is doing nothing to stop Hezbollah from firing rockets and missiles into Israel from Lebanese territory.

Israel’s national security minister, Itamar Ben Gvir, said, “This isn’t just a dribble anymore, this is war. It is time to change the way we think.”

A member of Israel’s war cabinet, Benny Gantz, said,

• All of the Israeli citizens that have been evacuated from their homes in northern Israel can never return until Hezbollah is pushed north of the Litani River, and Hezbollah will never pull back willingly.
• The IDF will be going into southern Lebanon.
• It is just a matter of time.

Israel said it would respond forcefully, and they wasted no time in doing so.

Israeli fighter jets struck deep into Lebanese territory.

A Hezbollah commander, a deputy, a third terrorist, and ten civilians were killed.

A Hezbollah official quickly declared, “The enemy (Israel) will pay the price for these crimes.”

The U.S., UN, EU, Arab League, and others say they are trying to keep the war from spreading, but their efforts are not working.

When asked about the signs of His coming and the end of the age, one of the signs Jesus mentioned is wars and rumors of wars.

Every jot and tittle of God’s Word must be fulfilled, and it is just a matter of time.

Here are some signs that seem to indicate that the Rapture and Tribulation Period are drawing near.

One, concerning the Two-State Solution and a peace treaty in the Middle East: the U.S. and many Arab nations are feverously pushing the division of Israel and the creation of a Palestinian state as soon as the Israel-Hamas war is over.

They say this is necessary for the establishment of peace and security (peace and safety) in the Middle East.

In response to this, on Feb. 15, 2024, Israel’s Finance Min. said, “We will in no way agree to this plan, which says Palestinians deserve a prize for the terrible massacre they carried out against us: a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.”

It is also being reported that PA leaders do not want a Two-State Solution; they want a final solution (the destruction of Israel).

That is what the chant “From the river to the sea, Palestine must be free” is all about.

As of now, it looks like someone will have to produce a different plan, or an unacceptable peace treaty will have to be forced on both parties.

In either case, the fact that powerful people are calling for a peace treaty when the Israel-Hamas war is over sends a strong signal that it is just a matter of time until the Antichrist confirms a peace treaty with many and world leaders wrongly declare peace and safety on earth.

(More: A second article on the same day said, “The proposed plan includes steps that Israel has previously refused, including the evacuation of many West Bank settlements, a Palestinian capital in East Jerusalem and a combined security apparatus and government for the West Bank and Gaza.” The writer also said the plan will include a firm timeline for the creation of a Palestinian state.)

(More: A third article on the same day said many Israeli officials have expressed outrage at this dangerous plan.)

(More: Israel’s National Security Min. said, “1,400 murdered, and the world wants to give them a state. It won’t happen. The intention of the US, together with the Arab states, to establish a terror state alongside the State of Israel is delusional and part of the misguided conception that there is a partner for peace on the other side…. While we are in the government, no Palestinian state will be established.”

(My opinion: If the U.S. continues to push the division of Israel and a Palestinian capital in East Jerusalem, the U.S. will soon experience a response from God.)

Two, On Feb. 16, 2024, concerning persecution: according to the International Society for Civil Liberties and Rule of Law, more than 8,000 Christians were killed in Nigeria (a Muslim nation) in 2023.

(Question: Israel was recently tried in the International Court of Justice for genocide in its war with Hamas; can we expect Nigeria to be tried in the International Court of Justice for genocide? My answer: Probably not.)

Three, concerning the possible decline of America: on Feb. 15, 2024, it was reported that George Soros has bought 40% of the stock in the second largest radio broadcast company in America (220 radio stations), and some pundits are already concerned that he will use the stations to spread his anti-American beliefs and influence the next election.

Four, concerning the decline of America and the coming persecution of believers: highly respected Pastor Jack Hibbs of Calvary Chapel in Chino Hills was recently invited to deliver the invocation at an opening session of Congress.

A coalition of Democrats led by an atheist member of Congress, Jared Huffman, sent a letter to House Speaker Mike Johnson, expressing the rage of congressional members over Pastor Hibbs’ prayer.

Democrats complained that Hibbs is a “radical Christian Nationalist who helped fuel the January 6th insurrection and [he] has a long record of hateful vitriol toward non-Christians, immigrants, and members of the LGBTQ community.”

They said Hibbs offended them because he prayed about America’s “national sins.”

(My opinion: There is something rotten in Washington, DC when many of our representatives think being a faithful Christian is wrong, wanting America to remain as a sovereign nation is wrong, and when they are offended by a preacher praying about sin in America. These are things that everyone should be praying about.)

Five, concerning a departing from the faith and the decline of America: based on a recent study at Arizona Christian University:

• Author and Pastor David Fiorazo said, “A sobering conclusion to a brand-newstudy is that it appears America is on the precipice of Christian invisibility.”
• George Barna, Director of Research and co-founder of the Cultural Research Center at Arizona Christian University, said, “Children are following in the unfortunate spiritual footsteps of the generations that have preceded them, and this trajectory leads to the total abandonment of biblical Christianity in record numbers.

Six, on Feb. 20, 2024, former Pres. Trump posted a comment on Truth Social about the death of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny.

Trump said,

• “The sudden death of Alexei Navalny has made me more and more aware of what is happening in our Country. It is a slow, steady progression, with CROOKED, Radical Left Politicians, Prosecutors, and Judges leading us down a path to destruction. Open Borders, Rigged Elections, and Grossly Unfair Courtroom Decisions are DESTROYING AMERICA. WE ARE A NATION IN DECLINE, A FAILING NATION!”

(My opinion: The things Trump mentioned are part of a deliberate plan to weaken America and establish a New World Order, also called world government. The death of Alexei Navalny was bad, but I agree with what Tucker Carlson said at the recent World Government Summit in Dubai: Transhumanists who think they are God are very dangerous and will get a lot of people killed. The death of one Russian is negligible compared to the billions that will die under the New World Order.)

Seven, concerning Iran’s efforts to build nuclear weapons and the implication for the Battle of Gog and Magog: on Feb. 12, 2024, the former head of Iran’s Atomic Energy Agency said in a TV interview, “We possess all the nuclear science components and technology. We’ve crossed all the lines and overcome all obstacles. It’s like having all the parts to build a car: we have the chassis, the engine, the transmission, everything. Each component serves its purpose, and everything is in our hands.”

The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency said, “Please show me the proof.”

It looks like more war is coming (a nuclear confrontation with Israel) because world leaders are doing nothing to stop Iran.

(More: On Feb. 15, 2024, it was reported that “Tehran -Iran – reportedly test-fired advanced ballistic missiles this week as part of war drills to prepare the Islamic Republic for a strike on Israeli military sites.”)

Eight, concerning the Battle of Gog and Magog: on Feb. 18, 2024, Russian Pres. Putin said Turkey has emerged as Russia’s most reliable partner in the gas sector.

Russia, Turkey, and Iran will team up with others to attack Israel in the latter days and latter years (Ezek. 38-39).

These traditional enemies are settling their differences and becoming allies.

(More: On Feb. 17, 2024, it was reported that Russia has invited representatives of Hamas, Fatah, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, the Palestine Liberation Organization, and others to Moscow on Feb. 29, 2024, to discuss Russia’s growing criticism of Israel and its Western allies. Russia wants to exert more influence on the Middle East.)

Nine, concerning a borderless world and an increase in drug use at the end of the age: on Feb. 16, 2024, a routine traffic stop by the Texas Dept. of Public Safety discovered $1.2 million of cocaine in the vehicle.

(Note: A different stop in Dec. 2023 discovered $10 million in meth and cocaine. Biden’s open border is enriching the drug cartels and killing many U.S. citizens.)

Ten, concerning famine: on Feb. 17, 2024, it was reported that Biden’s Dept. of Agriculture allocated $130,000 to study the value of using crickets that have been fed municipal landfill waste as a source of protein for humans.

The agency believes raising livestock uses too much of the world’s resources, and it wants to know if feeding crickets waste from municipal landfills will lower the cost of cricket production that can be passed on to customers who need to save money by eating them (especially in poor countries).

Eleven, concerning deceit and an economic collapse: on Feb. 16, 2024, the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) said:

• America’s economy is on an unsustainable fiscal path.
• Accounting problems in several departments are unreliable, and the GAO was unable to properly evaluate the financial reliability of the federal government.

If I remember other reports correctly, they are not saying an economic collapse is imminent, but they are saying things must change, or America’s economy will collapse in a few years.

Below is my daily update on the Israel-Hamas war.

Thursday, Feb. 15, 2024 (Day 132): The seventy-seventh day of the resumed war.

• Israel said it captured dozens of suspected terrorists when it raided Nasser Hospital today.
• In a call to Netanyahu, Pres. Biden urged him to hold off on attacking Rafah.
• The Biden administration has grown increasingly frustrated in its attempts to reign in Israel’s war with Hamas.
• Egypt is building a 16-foot high wall on its border with Gaza to keep Palestinians at Rafah from fleeing from Gaza into Egypt when Israel starts attacking Hamas at Rafah.
• Israeli intelligence officials said Hamas will survive as a terrorist organization in Gaza despite Israel’s effort to destroy it.

Friday, Feb. 16, 2024 (Day 133): The seventy-eighth day of the resumed war.

• Benny Gantz, a member of Israel’s war cabinet, said, “There will not be a ceasefire of even one day until the hostages are returned…. Either the hostages will be returned, or we will extend the fighting to Rafah.”
• Two released hostages said they were held at the hospital in Khan Younis. Today, Israel killed several gunmen near the Khan Younis hospital. Israeli troops found weapons inside the hospital, and they arrested about 100 suspected terrorists at the hospital complex. According to Israel, the hospital complex had been turned into a military base.
• Israel publicized a video of a UNRWA employee helping a member of Hamas put the body of a hostage in an SUV. The bodies of two other murdered hostages can be seen on the ground near the vehicle.
• Biden wants to keep giving aid to the Palestinians, but he wants it to go through other agencies, not the UNRWA. Some members of Congress said there will be no more U.S. aid going through the UNRWA.
• Since the start of the war, there has been a 300% increase in Aliyah (Jews immigrating to Israel) applications from France, a 150% jump from Canada, a 100% rise from the United States, and a 40% increase from the United Kingdom.

Saturday, Feb. 17, 2024 (Day 134): The seventy-ninth day of the resumed war.

• The head of the UNRWA claimed that Israel is out to destroy the agency.
• Israel identified dozens more UNRWA workers that are members of Hamas or the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) terrorist groups.
• Israel now says more than 30 employees of the UNRWA participated in the Oct. 7, 2023 rapes, murders, beheadings, seizure of hostages, etc. (My opinion: Providing UN aid to the Palestinians shouldn’t include raping, murdering, beheading, and kidnapping Jews.)
• House Republicans have launched an investigation of Biden’s funding of the UNRWA.
• One of Turkish Pres. Erdogan’s chief advisors (a friend of Iran) openly called for the death of Jews.
• Netanyahu said Israel will lose the war if it does not destroy Hamas in Rafah.

Sunday, Feb. 18, 2024 (Day 135): The eightieth day of the resumed war.

• A vote in the Israeli government cabinet formalized Israel’s opposition to the so-called international community’s creation of a Palestinian state.
• Biden suggests that a revised Palestinian Authority could rule over a new Palestinian state, but Israel rejects that because the Palestinian Authority supports terrorist attacks on Israel.
• S. Sec. of State Blinken said virtually every Arab nation wants to normalize relations with Israel, but they require the creation of a Palestinian state. (My opinion: This movement to establish peace in the Middle East will ultimately lead to the covenant of death and the Tribulation Period.)
• When Israel raided the hospital in Khan Younis, they discovered dozens of pkgs of medicine with hostage names on them. These medicines were supposed to be delivered to the hostages in exchange for more medical supplies for the Palestinians, but it appears that the medicines were never delivered.
• Houthi terrorists in Yemen fired a missile that struck a cargo ship in the Red Sea, set it on fire, and forced the crew to abandon ship. Nearby ships helped put the fire out.
• Israel said Yahya Sinwar is in hiding and has lost control of his troops, and Hamas is looking for a replacement.

Monday, Feb. 19, 2024 (Day 136): The eighty-first day of the resumed war.

• Israel has released video from a captured security camera that shows Hamas terrorists moving a captured woman hostage and her two children.
• Israel said if the hostages are not released by the beginning of Ramadan (a Muslim holy month that begins on Mar. 10, 2024), Israel will attack Rafah.
• The cargo ship that was struck by a Houthi missile yesterday in the Red Sea is in danger of sinking.
• Several Arab countries privately say they want Israel to deal a blow to Iran by destroying Hamas in Gaza.
• Netanyahu said if there is a Two-State solution, Israel will maintain military control over Palestinian territory.

Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2024 (Day 137): The eighty-second day of the resumed war.

• It was reported that an anonymous Arab nation is saying that Hamas has admitted that its situation is grave, it is running out of ammunition, and its military structures are deteriorating.
• Israel’s ambassador told the UN Security Council, “In Gaza, Hamas is the UN, and the UN is Hamas!”

Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2024 (Day 138): The eighty-third day of the resumed war.

• The U.S. told the International Court of Justice that Israel should not be forced to withdraw from Palestinian territory without security guarantees.

FYI: God does not send anyone to Hell (all of us are born with a sin nature and destined to go to Hell because we sin), but God has provided a way (Jesus) for everyone to go to Heaven (and He is the only way to get there; John 14:6).

Finally, are you Rapture Ready?

If you want to be rapture ready and go to heaven, you must be born again (John 3:3). God loves you, and if you have not done so, sincerely admit that you are a sinner; believe that Jesus is the virgin-born, sinless Son of God who died for the sins of the world, was buried, and raised from the dead; ask Him to forgive your sins, cleanse you, come into your heart and be your Saviour; then tell someone that you have done this.

On Feb. 5, 2024, several members of Congress and political experts gathered on Capitol Hill for a press conference to discuss how the World Health Organization (WHO) Pandemic Treaty threatens America.

This is how an article by Louis Knuffke at LifeSiteNews.com reported it:

• “Members of the U.S. Congress warned Monday that the proposed World Health Organization Pandemic Treaty, which would cede significant power of governance over nations to self-appointed globalists in the case of a newly declared ‘health emergency,’ looms as the greatest threat to freedom, national sovereignty, and the sanctity of life that has ever been seen in human history.”

Knuffke reported that legal experts have called this a power grab by “a small committee of elite left-wing globalists appropriating to themselves control of all basic functions of a free society.”

Congressman Chris Smith (R-NJ) said the definition of a health crisis could include or potentially include the health of the planet, climate change, abortion on demand (including dismemberment, beheading, and starvation), and transgender surgeries regardless of a nation’s laws, and it is designed to silence dissent.

There is no question that America is facing one of the greatest threats it has ever faced, but there is a greater threat. That is what the Bible says God will do during the Tribulation Period when these self-appointed globalist elites are under a world government.

(Note: It troubles me that several members of Congress held a press conference on Capitol Hill to discuss a great threat to America; it will be voted on at the end of May, and I have seen very little about it in the media.)

Two, it is common knowledge that Pres. Trump is being prosecuted for allegedly mishandling government documents.

An investigation of Joe Biden for doing the same thing has just been completed, and a special council report was released on Feb. 8, 2024.

According to the report, there will be no charges against Pres. Biden because a jury would not likely convict him because of his age and lack of memory.

Some things the special council report says about an interview with Biden are:

• He could not remember when he was vice president.
• He could not remember when his term as vice president ended.
• He could not remember when his son Beau died.
• He has limited precision and recall.
• He would likely present himself to a jury as “a well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” and the jury would likely sympathize with him and rule that he did not willfully break the law.

According to a different article, the report said Biden “willfully retained his classified notebooks… stored them in his house, and he knew he was not allowed to do so.”

During the conference, he declared that he is “the most qualified person to be president of the United States.” But he got the president of Egypt and the president of Mexico mixed up, he got the border of Gaza mixed up with the border of Mexico, and he forgot the name of the church where his deceased son Beau got the rosary that Biden now wears daily.)

A reader sent me an e-mail that says, “In one week, Biden has:

1. Spoken to a dead French Prime Minister
2. Spoken to a dead German Chancellor
3. Been declared mentally unfit by a special prosecutor
4. He called President Sisi of Egypt the President of Mexico even last night.

The world is on fire, and this man has the nuclear codes.”

(My comment: The man who will be asked to surrender the sovereignty of the U.S. at the World Health Organization meeting in late May appears to be mentally ill. He needs our prayers. America needs our prayers.)

Three, concerning all the world turning against Israel at the end of the age: on Feb. 8, 2024, Pres. Biden released a memorandum that requires every nation that receives military aid from the U.S. to send proof to the U.S. State Dept. and Congress that they are following international humanitarian and human rights laws.

As of Feb. 8, 2024, nations that are currently involved in a conflict have 45 days to respond.

If they fail to satisfactorily respond, the transfer of defense articles and services will be paused until they do.

If credible violations of international humanitarian and human rights laws are found, defense articles or services could be suspended.

The Biden administration went out of its way to brief Israel on Biden’s memorandum.

Biden appears to be trying to threaten Israel (or should I say protect Hamas), but God is on Israel’s side, and no weapon formed against Israel will succeed.

Four, concerning corruption in the UN and a corrupt world government: on Feb. 11, 2024, Israel revealed that it has found:

• A major Hamas terror center in a large tunnel (almost 2,300 ft long) under the UNRWA main headquarters in Gaza.
• An electrified data center, rows of computer servers, and living quarters in the tunnel that received electricity from the UNRWA headquarters (the UNRWA was supplying the electricity for the Hamas data center, computer servers, and living quarters).

After finding this, Israel invaded the UNRWA headquarters and found:

• Weapons, ammunition, grenades, and explosives.
• Intelligence assets and documents.
• UNRWA officials that admitted that Hamas used offices at the UNRWA headquarters.

The UNRWA commissioner general is denying having any knowledge of a Hamas terror tunnel under his headquarters, but Israel has called upon him to resign.

According to one Israeli official, the UNRWA serves as one of the arms of Hamas’ civil government in Gaza.

Five, concerning an increase in the frequency and intensity of natural disasters at the end of the age: on Feb. 8, 2024, a tornado touched down in Wisconsin for the first time in recorded history in February.

Six, concerning the destruction of Damascus, Syria, in one night (Isa. 17): on Feb. 10, 2024, Israeli jets struck several sites on the outskirts of Damascus.

Syria’s Foreign Minister said:

• Syria is prepared to engage in conflict with Israel, emphasizing that the liberation of the occupied Golan Heights remains a top priority for Syria.
• We are ready for war against Israel, but we will decide when and how we will enter this war.

Israel has started moving troops from central Gaza to its border with Lebanon and Syria.

Some prophecy teachers have been expecting this war to break out for a long time and it has not happened, but we know it is coming, and the Syrian official said they are ready.

When it comes, Israel will use bigger bombs.

Seven, concerning an increase in wars and rumors of wars at the end of the age: on Feb. 13, 2024, it was reported that a British military think-tank called The International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) warned that the world is facing “what is likely to be a more dangerous decade.”

Several nations are building up their military forces, and some are likely to use them.

Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2024 (Day 124): The sixty-ninth day of the resumed war.

• An Israeli air strike on Syrian military sites and an airbase killed and injured several civilians.
• Netanyahu criticized Pres. Biden for putting sanctions on four Jewish citizens who have been accused of violence against Palestinians. Netanyahu added, “If they were using it equally, they would have imposed sanctions on Palestinians as well.”
• A poll found that the vast majority of Israelis do not want the war to end until Hamas is defeated.
• Israel told Egypt that Hamas is smuggling weapons and supplies through 12 tunnels between Egypt and Gaza, and Hamas cannot be destroyed without destroying those tunnels. Not destroying them will allow Hamas to lay low, rebuild, and take control of Gaza again. Israel does not want to damage its peace treaty with Egypt, but Israel believes the tunnels must be destroyed.

Thursday, Feb. 8, 2024 (Day 125): The seventieth day of the resumed war.

• Biden told a group of reporters at the White House that he thinks “the conduct of the response (Israel’s attack on Hamas) in the Gaza Strip has been over the top.”
• Netanyahu told U.S. Sec. of State Blinken that Israel will continue in its goal to eradicate Hamas. Netanyahu said, “There is no other solution besides complete victory.”
• Israel used a drone to target and kill a Hezbollah commander in Lebanon.
• Hezbollah responded to the death of its commander by firing 30 rockets into Israel from Lebanon that injured three Israeli soldiers.
• Israel offered to let Yahya Sinwar leave the Gaza Strip and go into exile in exchange for the release of all the hostages.
• Israel killed the commander of Hamas’ special police force in Rafah.

Friday, Feb. 9, 2024 (Day 126): The seventy-first day of the resumed war.

• Netanyahu said Israel will evacuate civilians and enter Rafah to eliminate the last remaining members of Hamas.
• An Israeli Knesset member canceled a scheduled meeting in Washington, DC, with UN Sec. Gen. Guterres over Guterres’ controversial anti-Israel statements.

Saturday, Feb. 10, 2024 (Day 127): The seventy-second day of the resumed war.

• There were Israeli airstrikes on three homes in Rafah.
• Israel believes Hamas has four battalions of troops in Rafah.
• Netanyahu said those who oppose IDF operations in Rafah want Israel to lose the war.
• Several nations, including the U.S., Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Egypt, have warned Israel that attacking Hamas in Rafah will lead to a disaster.
• Israel now has evidence that dozens of United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) employees were involved in the Oct. 7 Hamas-led attack on Israel (Murder, beheadings, rape, capture of hostages, etc.). Israel’s defense min. called the UNRWA “Hamas with a facelift.” He blamed nations for financing an agency that did these things. (Note: The UNRWA and its commissioner general have been nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize.)

Sunday, Feb. 11, 2024 (Day 128): The seventy-third day of the resumed war.

• It was reported that Egypt gave Hamas two weeks to make compromises with Israel, or Egypt will agree to let Israeli ground forces enter Rafah.
• Israel rescued two hostages that were being held in an apartment in Rafah.
• Biden advised Israel not to send troops into Rafah without a credible and executable plan to provide for the safety of citizens.
• Qatar funds an Arab media network called Al Jazeera, and Israel reported that a journalist in Al Jazeera is a Hamas commander (meaning Qatar may be involved in the Oct. 7, 2023 attack on Israel).
• Israel delivered supplies to a hospital in Khan Younis and found 20 Hamas terrorists hiding inside (they surrendered without firing a shot).

Monday, Feb. 12, 2024 (Day 129): The seventy-fourth day of the resumed war.

• King Abdullah II of Jordan will visit the White House today to lobby for a ceasefire in Gaza and discuss the Two-State Solution for peace in the Middle East.
• Biden said he is pushing for a six-week pause in the Israel-Hamas war as a stepping stone to a longer pause.
• Hamas is freaking out over Israel’s threat to enter Rafah, and Biden is becoming increasingly vocal over his desire for the war to end now.
• Biden warned Netanyahu not to send the Israeli military into Rafah.
• Hamas needs to control Rafah so it can control the international aid (and the Palestinian people) that is being trucked into Gaza from Egypt.
• The UN has 50 refugee camps outside Gaza in Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, and the West Bank that could take the Palestinians and protect them during the war, but those nations don’t want them, and the UN won’t move them. These nations, the UN, U.S., and EU keep demanding that Israel protect them.
• An official at UN Watch, a human rights organization in Switzerland, said, “Funding the UNWRA is like providing missiles to Hamas. It is fuel to keep the conflict going.”
• Israel said there will be no ceasefire that leaves Hamas in power or hostages in Gaza.
• Egypt said its peace treaty with Israel is not in jeopardy by Israel’s preparations to invade Rafah.
• Hamas claimed that eight hostages were seriously injured when Israel rescued two hostages in Rafah, and now they are saying two of the eight have died.

Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2024 (Day 130): The seventy-fifth day of the resumed war.

• South Africa asked the International Court of Justice to determine if Israel’s attack on Rafah (when they rescued two hostages on Feb. 11) violated the court’s order in the genocide case they heard last month.
• France sanctioned 28 Jewish settlers for violence in the West Bank. (Note: I wonder why they don’t sanction French citizens and Muslims for violence in France.)
• According to the first ceasefire agreement, Hamas agreed to deliver medicines to hostages in exchange for more aid for Palestinians, but the two recently released hostages said they did not receive any medications.
• Turkey’s Pres. Erdogan (an Ezek. 38-39 enemy) demanded that Israel halt its war with Hamas.
• The Sec. Gen. of the Arab League warned Israel that the seizure of any land in Gaza or the West Bank that the Palestinians want for a Palestinian state would mean a confrontation for the next thousand years. (Note: God made a covenant to give all of it to Israel, but the Palestinians and Arabs want all of it for themselves.)

Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2024 (Day 131): The seventy-sixth day of the resumed war.

• Hezbollah fired a flood of rockets and missiles from Lebanon into Israel that killed one person and injured eight.
• Israeli jets are retaliating.
• Turkey’s Pres. Erdogan visited Egypt to push for a ceasefire in the Israel-Hamas war.
• One hundred representatives of relatives of Israeli hostages, as well as former hostages, filed a war crime complaint against the Hamas terror group at the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague. They presented 1,000 pages of evidence and are demanding the arrest of Hamas’ leaders.
• Israel has offered to set up 15 camps with 25,000 tents in each camp that would be paid for by the U.S., Egypt, Jordan, and the UAE and give the Palestinians a place to go to while Israel attacks Hamas in Rafah.

Following the Creation, God revealed that He wanted people to be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the earth (Gen. 1:28). But everyone perished in the Great Flood except for 8 people (Noah, his wife, their 3 sons, and their sons’ wives).

People began to multiply again: Noah’s son Ham begat Cush; then Cush begat Nimrod (Gen.10). Nimrod is credited with building several cities in the Plain of Shinar, he rose to power over those cities, and he didn’t want the residents scattered over the earth. He wanted to abandon God’s instructions to fill the earth and establish a New World Order (an anti-God world government and world religion).

One city that Nimrod built was named Babel (a word that is also translated Babylon), and it is sometimes called “the city of Satan.” Nimrod started constructing a tower (called the Tower of Babel) so people could go to heaven their way, not God’s way (Gen. 11).

God is not fooled, He is in control, He confused their language so they could not understand each other, and they scattered over all the earth. This eventually led to the formation of sovereign nations with borders.

There was a second attempt to establish a New World Order in the days of King Nebuchadnezzar. It took 3 times (between about 606 and 586 B.C.), but Nebuchadnezzar eventually conquered Israel and Jerusalem. He captured many Jews, including Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, and he took them back to Babylon. Shortly after he captured them, Nebuchadnezzar had a dream that troubled him.

It was a Gentile timeline (Times of the Gentiles; a period when Jerusalem would be under the control of Gentile empires) from Babylon to the coming of a Rock that would fill the whole earth (the Second Coming and Millennial reign of Jesus).

The statue had a head of gold, chest and arms of silver, belly and thigh of brass, the upper legs were iron, the lower legs would break into pieces, they would reunite and be mixed with clay in the feet (Dan. 2).

Daniel interpreted the dream for him: Babylon would be replaced by a second kingdom (Medes and Persians), the second kingdom would be replaced by a third kingdom (Greece), the third kingdom would be replaced by a fourth kingdom (the Roman Empire), the fourth kingdom would break into pieces (nations; France, UK, Spain, etc.), the pieces would reunite at the end of the age and be joined by others (EU plus other nations), and a Rock would destroy them when history reaches the tip of the toes.

About 16-20 years passed, and Nebuchadnezzar never forgot his troubling dream. He didn’t want Babylon to be replaced by the second kingdom. He hoped Daniel’s interpretation was wrong and Babylon would last forever.

He decided to build a statue like the one in his dream, but it would be made of gold from the top of its head to the tip of its toes (no silver, brass, Iron, or clay). It would be a rejection of the idea that the kingdoms of silver, brass, Iron, and Iron plus clay would ever come into being. It would signify that Daniel’s God-given interpretation would not come to pass and it would promote a coming New World Order and a new world religion. Nebuchadnezzar scheduled a dedication ceremony, gathered leaders from all over his kingdom, and ordered them to bow down and worship his statue.

To make a long story short, Nebuchadnezzar’s New World Order failed, Babylon was conquered by the Medes and Persians, and Daniel’s interpretation of Nebuchadnezzar’s dream has been fulfilled exactly as prophesied up to this point.

According to the Bible, there will be a third New World Order, and among other things, it is called Mystery Babylon the Great, the Mother of Harlots and Abominations of the Earth (Rev. 17-18).

Good prophecy teachers disagree over whether the prophecy is literal (ancient Babylon will literally be rebuilt) or allegorical (Babylon is the USA, New York City, etc.), but they all agree that a Satanic New World Order is coming, and it will be destroyed by God (The Ten Kings will destroy the global religion, and Jesus will have the Antichrist and False Prophet cast into the Lake of Fire).

Those who promote the New World Order today are not great men. They are failures who desire to hide from the One who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb (Rev. 6:17).

Here are some articles that seem to indicate that the Tribulation Period is close.

One, concerning a departing from the faith at the end of the age: on Feb. 4, 2024, it was reported that 90 Catholic clergymen, scholars, and authors, have called upon all Catholic Cardinals and Bishops to oppose Pope Francis’ policy that allows priests to bless same-sex marriages.

The group also called upon these officials to “ask directly the pope to urgently withdraw this unfortunate document, which is in contradiction with both Scripture and the universal and uninterrupted Tradition of the Church.”

(My opinion: Mystery Babylon the Great, the Mother of Harlots and Abominations of the Earth will deliberately and knowingly contradict Scripture.)

(FYI: A pastor friend of mine is concerned about terrorists coming across America’s border with Mexico, but he believes God may be causing many Hispanics to come to the U.S. because God wants them to hear the gospel and be saved before it is too late. Two, concerning Elon Musk’s implantation of a Neuralink chip in a human brain: a reader sent me an article (no information on source) that said, “The promise of transhumanism is the exact same promise the serpent gave to Eve in the Garden: Godlike intelligence and eternal life. You can become a god and live forever.”

“And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die [eternal life]: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil” [Godlike intelligence] (Gen. 3:4-5).

Three, concerning wars and rumors of wars and the decline of America: on Jan. 27, 2024, Iran-backed militias launched a drone attack on a U.S. base in Jordan, killed 3 U.S. troops, and injured dozens more (shrapnel proves the drone was manufactured in Iran).

Pres. Biden said the U.S. will respond at a time and in the manner of our choosing.

Three days later, on Jan. 30, 2024, a drone attack in Jordan injured about 40 Arizona National Guard troops (some just cuts and bruises, others traumatic brain injuries, three transferred to a large hospital, one critical, 34 able to return to duty).

Two days later, on Feb. 1, 2024, U.S. Sec. of Defense Lloyd Austin said the U.S. is preparing to take significant action in response to the death of 3 U.S. troops that were killed in Jordan.

The next day, on Feb. 2, 2024, Iran-back militias vowed to keep striking U.S. troops in Iraq, and Pres. Biden and Defense Sec. Austin were still pondering what to do.

Following the arrival of the bodies of 3 deceased soldiers at Dover Air Force Base on Feb. 2. 2024, officials said the U.S. attacked more than 85 targets at 4 sites in Iraq and 3 sites in eastern Syria; none in Iran where the drone that killed the troops was made and some of the killers’ financing originated.

On Feb. 2, 2024, it was reported that the White House notified Iraq of the attacks and is fully aware that Iraq probably notified Iran, and most of the terrorists probably went into hiding before they happened. There are accusations that Biden waited 5 days before he attacked to give the terrorists plenty of time to prepare and leave.

On Feb. 3, 2024, Iran said most of the fighters and military personnel had left the targeted sights and there was not much damage, but they do not want to expand the war. Iraq reported 16 deaths including civilians and significant damage. Syria reported 23 deaths.

On Feb. 4, 2024, Iran said the attacks were a strategic mistake, and they would have no impact except other than increasing the tension and instability in the region.

On Feb. 4, 2024, Iranian-backed terrorists used a drone to attack a military base in Syria that houses U.S. troops. No U.S. troops were killed, but 6 Kurdish fighters who were U.S. allies were killed.

Four, concerning wars and rumors of wars: on Feb. 2, 2024, it was reported:

• That Hezbollah in Lebanon has launched more than 1,000 attacks on northern Israel since the Israel-Hamas war began on Oct. 7, 2024.
• 80,000 citizens in northern Israel have left their homes.
• At least 427 houses have been damaged.
• 80 houses have suffered a direct hit.

Many Israeli tanks, Jeeps, Humvees, and other military vehicles are now moving toward Israel’s border with Lebanon.

Five, concerning world government and a borderless world: on Feb. 1, 2024, Biden signed an executive order to impose financial and travel sanctions on 4 Jews living in the West Bank that have been accused of extremist violence against Palestinians, but to date, he has done nothing to Iran whose proxies have killed and injured U.S. troops in Jordan).

(My opinion: If Biden can sign an executive order to impose travel sanctions on Jews in the West Bank, he can sign an executive order to impose travel sanctions on illegal aliens and terrorists coming across America’s border with Mexico.)

Six, concerning the decline of America and two sets of laws in the U.S.: 155 Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives (75% of their members) voted against deporting illegal aliens that commit Social Security fraud and/or drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Seven, concerning deceit and a population reduction on earth: a recently released extensive peer-reviewed study of Pfizer’s and Moderna’s vaccines by independent qualified scientists found that for every 100,000 vaccinations, two lives were saved and 27 people died (for every life saved, about 14 people died).

Mat Staver, founder of Liberty Council said, “The FDA and the CDC are supposed to protect the people, but they have become the lapdog of the pharmaceutical industry. This must change.”

Eight, concerning the Temple Mount: archaeologists that have been sifting through dirt that was removed from the Temple Mount have found two small weights that precede the Muslim conquest of Jerusalem. One of the weights has a cross on the back and that is evidence of Christian activity on the Temple Mount before the Muslims arrived.

Ten, concerning miracles: on Feb. 4, 2024, it was reported that about 6 weeks ago, a battalion of Israeli troops was advancing in Gaza, sunset was approaching, and the soldier in the rear turned east toward Jerusalem to pray. When he turned to pray, he saw a Hamas terrorist with an RPG in his hands coming up out of a tunnel that the Israeli troops had missed. The Israeli soldier fired, then some of his comrades fired, and they dropped the Hamas terrorist before he could get off a shot.

The Israeli soldier’s obedience to God at prayer time probably saved many lives.

Eleven, concerning an increase in the frequency and intensity of natural disasters at the end of the age: 8 counties in southern California are under a state of emergency for heavy rain, hurricane-force wind gusts of 60-90 mph, flooding, downed trees, mudslides, and loss of electricity.

Twelve, concerning an increase in rain in Israel at the end of the age: Israel has had rain in the north and the south 14 days in a row for the first time in more than 30 years, and the rain is expected to keep coming. The water level in the Sea of Galilee is up more than 10 inches, and it expected to keep rising.

Thirteen, concerning an increase in the frequency and intensity of natural disasters at the end of the age: currently, hurricanes are rated from 1-5 (weakest to strongest). On Feb. 6, 2024, it was reported that scientists say hurricanes are growing more intense, and they need to add a Category 6 to the wind scale.

Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2024 (Day 117): The sixty-second day of the resumed war.

• Netanyahu said, “There is a lot of noise in the media about the efforts to get more hostages released, so I want to make it clear: We are working on another plan for the release of our hostages, but I stress: Not at any cost. I have red lines, among them: We will not end the war, we will not remove the IDF from the Strip, and we will not release thousands of terrorists.”
• Netanyahu called for an end to the UNRWA because “the UNRWA is totally infiltrated with Hamas.”

Thursday, Feb. 1, 2024 (Day 118): The sixty-third day of the resumed war.

• S. officials have confirmed that plans have been approved for a series of strikes over a number of days against targets — including Iranian personnel and facilities — inside Iraq and Syria.
• The head of the UNRWA said, “If the funding remains suspended, we will most likely be forced to shut down our operations by the end of February – not only in Gaza but also across the region.”
• Israel said Hamas has been routed out of its stronghold at Khan Younis.
• Israel believes Hamas is beginning to run low on ammunition and rockets.
• Israel is considering an attack on Hamas in Rafah, a city on Gaza’s border with Egypt. This could cause refugees and terrorists to flee into Egypt and break Israel’s peace treaty with Egypt.
• Iraq furiously condemned the U.S. attack on Iranian-backed forces in Iraq as a violation of its sovereignty. (FYI: Know that Egypt, Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon are mentioned in Psa. 83, and all are mentioned in this article.)
• The movement by Israeli citizens to block humanitarian aid into Gaza is growing because much of the aid winds up in the hands of Hamas who continues to hold hostages.

Friday, Feb. 2, 2024 (Day 119): The sixty-fourth day of the resumed war.

• An Israeli attack near Damascus killed 3 terrorists affiliated with Iran.
• According to the Wall Street Journal, the UNRWA had 30,000 employees in the West Bank, Syria, Jordan, and Gaza, and 10% (3,000 employees) are Hamas accomplices (Israel said 190 UNRWA staff members are hardened Hamas militants).
• Hamas said it will respond very soon to a proposal that includes extended pauses in the fighting in Gaza and phased exchanges of Hamas-held hostages for Palestinians imprisoned in Israel.
• Because of concern in Saudi Arabia about threats from Iran and the Saudis’ desire to get a defense agreement with the U.S., the Saudis have informed the U.S. they are willing to sign a normalization agreement with Israel when the Israel-Hamas war is over, and they will not require Israel to take concrete steps to create a Palestinian State (a non-binding political agreement will be enough). UPDATE: Within hours, Saudi Arabia’s foreign ministry clarified that this was not the case – that there must be two things: “an end to the conflict in Gaza; and a clear, credible, time-bound path to the establishment of a Palestinian state.”

Saturday, Feb. 3, 2024 (Day 120): The sixty-fifth day of the resumed war.

• Israel said it will attack terrorists in Rafah this weekend. UN and EU officials are panicking. Israel said they will try to work with Egypt and help the Palestinians escape to the north instead of south into Egypt.
• S. and UK jets attacked at least 30 Houthi targets in Yemen. Iran denounced the attacks, and the Houthis vowed a response.

Sunday, Feb. 4, 2024 (Day 121): The sixty-sixth day of the resumed war.

• Former Speaker of the Knesset in Israel, Benny Gantz, told Pres. Biden’s Special Envoy, Amos Hochstein, that “unless Lebanon and the international community acted to remove the threat within Lebanon, Israel would broaden its military activities in the north in order to do so.” Gantz warned that time for a diplomatic solution is running short.
• Hezbollah fired 34 rockets and 4 anti-tank missiles at Israeli targets.
• Israel captured the complex that Hamas used to train for the Oct. 7, 2023, attack on Israel.
• Israel expects to capture or kill the remaining troops in Khan Younis in the coming week.
• Based on captured intelligence documents, Israel seized the equivalent (in shekels, dollars, and Arab money) of 3 million shekels ($819,000) in cash from money changers that were funneling cash money to Hamas.

Monday, Feb. 5, 2024 (Day 122): The sixty-seventh day of the resumed war.

• Israel arrested several dozen suspected PA terrorists in Judea and Samaria.
• Netanyahu told a group of troops, “Our goal is total victory over Hamas. We will kill the Hamas leadership. Therefore, we must continue to act in all areas in the Gaza Strip. We must not end the war before then.”
• Israel’s Defense Min. reported that Israel has killed or injured more than half of the Hamas fighters (Israel has dismantled 18 out of 24 battalions). He said Yahya Sinwar is running and hiding to survive and is no longer able to communicate with or lead the Hamas fighters.
• Concerning Israel’s attack on Rafah and her peace treaty with Egypt: an Egyptian official said, “If even one Palestinian refugee crosses over (Israel’s border with Egypt at Rafah), the peace agreement will be nullified.” Note: Egypt is mentioned as an enemy of Israel in Psa. 83.)

Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2024 (Day 123): The sixty-eighth day of the resumed war.

• S. Sec. of State is touring the Middle East for a fifth time to push a ceasefire and prevent the total defeat of Hamas.
• Israel said it has found proof of a direct connection between Hamas and Iran in a tunnel that appears to be the headquarters of Yahya Sinwar in Khan Younis (records of millions of dollars that Iran sent to Hamas. (It makes me wonder if some of it went from the U.S. to Iran to Hamas.)
• In Khan Younis, Israeli troops are encountering armed Hamas terrorists dressed in civilian clothing.
• Hamas terrorists are stealing aid trucks and using them for military purposes.

FYI: God does not send anyone to Hell (all of us are born with a sin nature and destined to go to Hell because we sin), but God has provided a way (Jesus) for everyone to go to Heaven (and He is the only way to get there; John 14:6).

Finally, are you Rapture Ready?

If you want to be rapture ready and go to heaven, you must be born again (John 3:3). God loves you, and if you have not done so, sincerely admit that you are a sinner; believe that Jesus is the virgin-born, sinless Son of God who died for the sins of the world, was buried, and raised from the dead; ask Him to forgive your sins, cleanse you, come into your heart and be your Saviour; then tell someone that you have done this.
