Seems that Ethan didn’t hear the doctor correctly – this is what is happening:

The doctors say that the antibiotics are doing a great job of clearing the infection. Ethan thought he was being discharged today (he told me that) but the nurse said that he needs one more bag of antibiotics and maybe a day or two in the hospital being monitored.

God is in control!!

Since last night Ethan’s pain went away and the doctors saw great improvement in his condition. I spoke to him this morning and he said that the antibiotics cleared the infection and they are in the process of discharging him!
