Seems that Ethan didn’t hear the doctor correctly – this is what is happening:
The doctors say that the antibiotics are doing a great job of clearing the infection. Ethan thought he was being discharged today (he told me that) but the nurse said that he needs one more bag of antibiotics and maybe a day or two in the hospital being monitored.
God is in control!!

Yes – he’s really good about taking the Pradaxa every day for thinning his blood. I told him today how important it is to finish his bottle of antibiotics for the appendicitis-they sent him home with a whole bottle.
Will continue to pray that the antibiotics clear the infection and he is discharged very soon in Jesus name!
