Any attempt to frame the fight in the Land of Israel as a land dispute is way off the mark. It never has been, nor will it ever be mainly about “who’s land is it?” The mindset that sees battles in the Middle East as largely being land disputes is based on a Western notion that places a high priority on a minset that is more based on a financial and land-based way of thinking. In that mindset, compromise tends to solve many issues, at least partially.
But in the Middle East, among the majority of the Arab population, the main aspect driving most of the tension between Arabs and other Arabs and between Arabs and Jews is religious. The fervor is one that cannot be worked out via compromise at a board table in a pastoral location. It probably does not have any solution outside of one side accepting defeat to another. Religious fervor works very differently than “this is my land, not yours” fervor.
Of course, once a family lives in an area for a couple of generations, they build up a bond to the area and claim an affinity to justify their cause. But that does not mean that that affinity is the fuel that drives them.
In Israel, the bond to the Land of Israel is actually a religious bond, so one cannot truly separate the religious and the material. Perhaps that is why Israelis persist so much on battling and succeeding in holding on to the Land no matter what the cost.

The thing is that their ideology will not accept any part of the world not being islam. They will always fight, passively and aggressively. Even if they ruled the world they would fight against their own factions. It is a false system opposed to the One True God.
Jesus will put the final stop to this. Everyone will know He is Lord of Lords and King of Kings. Everyone will bow to Him. He will judge and remove those who rejected Him. Then there is peace. Everlasting peace.
God’s people continue to forget this passage of Scripture-
I am using the New Living Translation for the sake of clarity:
“This son of yours will be a wild man, as untamed as a wild donkey! He will raise his fist against everyone, and everyone will be against him. Yes, he will live in open hostility against all his relatives.”
And of course this speaks of Ishmael!
It sure does. Ishmael is the patriarch islamic arabs draw their lineage from. Genesis 16:11,12. Esau, Jacobs twin brother intermarried into Ishmaels line Genesis 28:8.9
Amen, sis!
And of course the whole world will sit up and take notice, as it is actually a Palestinian saying this…. I can only imagine that the majority of people will pay about as much attention to this man as they seem to have done to Mosab, who has been speaking out in this manner for a long time now, and to very little effect as far as making the world see and talk sense goes.
It is good to have heard this man saying this, whether anyone will listen to him or not 🙂
Yes, it is good that this man is telling the truth, and I agree that most of the world will not listen to him nor believe him. All three of my children are left wing libs. They listen exclusively to CNN and it makes me SICK. Sorry, but sometimes I need to let this out. It becomes too heavy to carry.
