Governor Kim Reynolds is under pressure to remove the display, placed there by the Satanic Temple, with Iowa State Representative Brad Sherman leading the charge, labelling it ‘evil’ and ‘disgusting’.

“I am calling for our governor to have this blasphemous display removed immediately based on the grounds that it is unconstitutional and offends God upon whom the State of Iowa depends for blessings,” Sherman wrote in a statement, adding “I am calling for clarifying legislation to be adopted in accordance with our State Constitution that prohibits Satanic displays in our Capitol building and on all state owned property.”
“If we want the blessings of God upon our state, we must demonstrate by our laws and actions that we are indeed depending upon Him and that we are opposed to Satan,” Sherman added.

    They may smile now but will be weeping and gnashing of teeth for all eternity. Now that’s nothing to laugh about. Just look at their actions and one can see the works of Satan.     1. Amen, Mark. I do think there are more and more people whom God has given over to their reprobate mind. I still pray for people like these because God can do anything He wants to do!

    1. Yes it is. Satan is disgusting. He continues to fill the ranks of his army. Perhaps he believes that he has a chance of winning this spiritual war? He has read the Bible and knows that it clearly states that Almighty God WINS. Maybe Satan is content in bringing as many people to hell with him as he can?

    I come from a military family, & I notice that a lot of scripture references military type organization in heaven, also among the fallen angels, now demons. There is rank and file, Captains, Commanders of heaven’s hosts, drawn swords. The witness of the military officer who recognized the great authority of Jesus was commended by Him. Satan’s great sin was rank insubordination of a created being towards his Creator. He has been “ court martialed”and sentenced already. He is raging 😡 against the inevitable, I think.
    May I ask a question about an older post? You had a Renaissance art picture of a horned Satan whispering into the ear of a pope. I love Renaissance art, & was wondering what or where that came from. Powerful image!

    I followed the Whispering Demon picture to an article about the End of Western Civilization & the Illuminati. Wowie… A lot about demonic involvement with various historical figures. No mention of Christianity. It was thought provoking, to say the least. I’d love to hear what you think.

    The article was The Illuminati Conspiracy Blog, about demonic activity at high levels. When I was going down the rabbit trails,in pursuit of the art depicting the whispering demon, this came up.
