The first of their nationwide drills comes as Vladimir Putin’s propagandists warn of nuclear war between the West and Russia.
Russia is set to hold nationwide nuclear drills today (October 3) in preparation for “the danger of armed conflicts involving nuclear powers”.
This is the first time nationwide drills have been held, though there have been similar, smaller drills in specific regions. The exercise will enact martial law under the narrative of up to 70 percent of housing in the country being destroyed.
It will also imagine there is possible widespread radioactive contaminationafter a general mobilization ended. Leaders across Russia, including “from civil defence leaders to heads of state corporations”, will take part in the drill. The occupied Ukrainian regions of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson will be exempt.
The news comes as one of Russia’s top TV hosts and key Kremlin ally warnedthat Russia using nuclear weapons is increasingly likely.

Margarita Simonyan, editor-in-chief of Russia Today, also claimed on Sunday that a Ukrainian drone fell near her childhood home.
Posting to Telegram, she said: “Tonight, an attack drone fell right in front of our family home in Adler, where I and my mother grew up, and where my relatives and their small children still live.
“The goals are ever further away, the stakes are ever higher, the nuclear ultimatum becomes increasingly uncontested.”
Her comment comes amid a torrent of sabre-rattling by Russian pundits and politicians who have raised the spectre of nuclear war over and over since Putin launched his February 2022 invasion of Ukraine.

The comments come as ex-Russian President Dmitry Medvedev warned the West of a “third world war” while earlier this month another propagandist appeared to suggest Russia could not win the war without nuclear weapons.
Vladimir Solovyov’s comments were prompted by the biggest drone attack against Russia since the war began. Ukraine now strikes targets inside Russiaon a regular basis.
Physicist Mikhail Kovalchuk – said to be close to Putin – suggested Russia test one of its nukes to scare the West.
The most recent nuclear threat came amid drone strikes over the weekend including one which reportedly damaged a Russian cruise missile factory in Smolensk.
Only a fool will keep poking a bear and expect nothing bad to happen. This goes for all of NATO, the US especially. Imagine if China invades Taiwan simultaneously as Russia goes nuclear. The US couldn’t handle two fronts with the depleted military (troops and weapons). Regardless, the globalists get their population reduced. Perhaps the plan all along.
