A suspect assaulted a 63-year-old man in New York’s Central Park earlier this week in what appeared to be an antisemitic attack, police said.

A man in his mid-40s allegedly attacked the victim from behind as he was walking through the park on Wednesday. The victim fell, chipping his tooth and breaking his hand.

The suspect allegedly yelled antisemitic comments at the victim and said “Kanye 2024.” The suspect, who remains at large, fled the scene on a bicycle with an attached trailer with a sign that said “Hungry Disabled.”

In recent months, West has gone on a series of antisemitic rants on social media and during an appearance on Fox News. West later appeared on Infowars where he praised Adolf Hitler and the Nazis. He was then suspended from Twitter after posting a picture of a swastika.

“When public figures with huge platforms fan the flames of antisemitism, people will copy it and begin to think it’s normal,” Scott Richman, the regional director of the Anti-Defamation League of New York/New Jersey, told CNN.

Antisemitic attacks in the U.S. reached a record high last year, rising 34 percent from the year prior, per the ADL. SOURCE

‘Den of perverts!’ Parent confronts library board over porn: ‘This little town is full of innocence and you’re ruining it with your smut”

From wnd.com

It may not be the appropriate approach in every instance, but in one case, in Idaho, a mother in the community confronted a library board with, “You people are a den of perverts!”

The issue is a common one these days: library content for children that features “repugnant” sex.

And the report comes from MassResistance, a pro-family organization that advocates for clean material in libraries, both public and school.

“It’s amazing what outrage and pressure – and telling the truth – can accomplish, even with hostile leftist public officials. In Kootenai County, Idaho, the Community Library Network has revised its library policy. It will now exclude any obscene books for children and teenagers, and remove the ones currently on the shelves. Such a move was unimagined until now,” the organization reported.

Local MassResistance members had been raising their concerns to the library board for a year, citing the “explicit and obscene sexual, homosexual, and transgender books” the library had for children and teens.

“But the library director and three of the five board members either ignored them or were outwardly hostile and intimidating (even to the other two board members who wanted to discuss it). The majority made it clear that they supported the books and considered the critics to be bigots,” the organization reported.

Then something triggered one concerned mother. While another citizen was reading out loud from a particularly repugnant kids’ sex book, she stood up and walked over to the board.

“Yes, this is pornography,” she, well, shouted. “Will you just get over yourselves and get rid of these books? You people are disgusting! Disgusting! How dare you have books like that in the library! You need to quit. Because you people are a den of perverts!

“You’re so ‘civilized’ that you allow things like this for 12-year-olds to read! You are really beyond belief. If we didn’t have that special clause in the law, you would all be going to jail for providing this stuff to children.

“I’m sick of you. This is disgusting. This little town is full of innocence and you’re ruining it with your smut. You’re just disgusting.”

MassResistance explained the special legal protection in the state is that schools and libraries are exempted from a ban on providing obscene materials to minors.

Less than two months later, library officials proposed a new policy intended to address the “issue of obscene materials for children, stipulate who bears responsibility for what books are selected, outline how books are selected, and determine how citizens can challenge books.”

In due course and after deliberation, the policy was adopted.

Now it says the “library will no longer hide behind the state’s exemption for libraries regarding obscene materials for minors. Thus, books and other materials for minors that violate Idaho Codes 18-1513, 18-1514, and 18-1515 will be excluded from the juvenile and young adult sections of the library. “

It also gives the library director responsibility for such offenses.

MassResistance explained the new policy still has problems, but the steps taken represent a significant advance.

“Overall, this is definitely a big victory. A group of determined local MassResistance pro-family citizens were able to get an entrenched left-wing library board and library director to back down and do the right thing – and also cause the library director to resign! It shows what principled activism can accomplish,” the report said. SOURCE

As perverted and sickening as this is, should it really shock or surprise us? Drag queens are prancing around our libraries – public and school!

I know that some of my readers do not care for me writing that there is a special place in hell for certain people BUT…….

There IS a special place in hell for people who intentionally corrupt young innocent minds!!

Biden Gives Nigeria a Pass on Religious Rights Violations Even Though it is One of the Most Dangerous Places in the World to be Christian

This should NOT come as a surprise to any of us. I believe that this story is a foreshadowing of what is to come upon the remnant church in the U.S. Under the Biden Regime

Fulani herdsman attack Christians in Nigeria (Facebook)

Last week, the U.S. Department of State released its annual list of the worst countries in the world for religious freedom. But missing for the second year in a row? Nigeria.

Nigeria is one of the most dangerous places in the world to be a Christian, particularly in the Muslim-majority northern states. From January 2021-March 2022, more than 6,000 Christians were murdered for their faith, more than those in all other countries combined. Attacks from terrorist groups like Boko Haram and the Islamic State-West Africa Province, as well as other armed militants, disproportionately target Christians, although they also kill Muslims who refuse to bow to terror.

Every year, the State Department releases a list of the worst violators of religious freedom worldwide, called the Country of Particular Concern (CPC) list. Countries like China, Iran, and Pakistan are regularly called out for their egregious actions towards religious minorities. The CPC list is the most powerful tool the U.S. government has to influence the religious freedom situation in other countries.

Leaving off Nigeria for two years in a row despite the increases in violence in the country and the laws that harm Christians and religious minorities is deeply irresponsible. In 2020, then-Secretary of State Mike Pompeo added Nigeria to the CPC list for the first time after sustained advocacy made it impossible to ignore how Nigeria had failed to protect Christians being slaughtered in the country. But when Secretary Antony Blinken removed Nigeria from the watchlist in 2021 without any explanation, the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) called the decision “appalling,” while advocates described it as a “baffling error.”

After the State Department’s failure again on Friday to designate Nigeria, the USCIRF said it was “outraged” and “tremendously disappointed” by the decision.

The facts in Nigeria speak for themselves. In addition to the thousands of Christians being killed for their faith, one estimate shows at least 3,800 Christians were abducted in Nigeria in 2021 alone.

Earlier this year, the world watched in horror as images spread throughout international media of an attack against St. Francis Xavier Church in Owo, Ondo State, Nigeria, during a Pentecost Sunday service. Dozens were killed during the “Pentecost Massacre” in one of the most high-profile single attacks targeting Christians in the country’s history. The Catholic Bishop of the church, Jude Arogundade, called the attack “an act of genocide.”

But the violence and the lack of any effective government response are not the only religious freedom problems in Nigeria. Nigeria is one of only 7 countries in the world to allow for the death penalty for allegations of “blasphemy” against Islam. One young man, Yahaya Sharif-Aminu, a Sufi musician, was sentenced to death by hanging for posting song lyrics peacefully expressing his religious beliefs on social media, which others took as insulting to the Prophet Mohammed. He is currently challenging the death penalty blasphemy laws at the Nigerian Supreme Court.

In May of this year, a Christian student, Deborah Yakubu, was viciously beaten and stoned to death, and her body burnt, after she was accused of blasphemy by her classmates when she thanked Jesus for helping her to pass her exams on a social media thread. The security forces did little to stop the mob that killed her. Only two of her attackers have been arrested and neither of them were charged with murder, but instead charged only with disturbing the peace. Mobs in Sokoto even rioted when her attackers were arrested, demanding the police release them.

Another Christian woman, Rhoda Jatau, is currently facing trial for blasphemy because she reposted a video on social media condemning the attack on Yakubu. Christian converts are regularly accused of apostasy from Islam and related offenses in the country’s sharia courts.

With all these atrocities occurring in Nigeria, the failure of the Biden Administration to simply follow the facts makes no sense. A letter signed by dozens of religious freedom organizations and experts last year said, “[f]or years, the Nigerian government has done virtually nothing to stop this violence,” and that the removal of CPC status sent “the wrong message to governments around the world who engage in or tolerate egregious violations of religious freedom.”

Secretary Blinken’s continued denial of Nigeria as an egregious violator of religious freedom in the world also ignores the pleas of many senators. Senators have repeatedly written to Blinken calling for Nigeria to “immediately” be placed back on the CPC list. Additionally, there is a petition signed by more than 40,000 individuals calling on the Biden Administration to cease “turning a blind eye” to what is going on in Nigeria.

It is clear that Nigeria should be considered one of the worst places for religious freedom in the world. The U.S. is supposed to be a beacon to the world when it comes to protecting our fundamental freedoms. It is a dereliction of duty that Secretary Blinken continues to look the other way at what is happening to Christians and others in Nigeria. Source
