Most of my readers know that I was banned from Facebook about a week ago. They made it clear that this wasn’t for a few days or even a month. It was FOREVER. I had so many good friends on FB – sisters in Christ whom I prayed with on the phone and looked forward to seeing them online each day.
I had many prayer warrior friends as well. Many days I would post the latest prayer request, usually sent to me in emails from my readers.
Facebook bids me to come back
So, yesterday I got a message from them asking if I would send them a picture of me, preferably on my driver’s license. When I saw that, I thought about all of my friends whom I missed terribly.
I talked it over with my husband. He finally said that I should at least try. He knew I was hurting so badly. So I sent FB a picture of the front of my driver’s license. It has my address on it.
Then, not 10 minutes later, I receive this:
“We have already reviewed this decision and it can’t be reversed” they said.
Now they have my driver’s license and my home address. This was intentional and no one can convince me otherwise.
They tricked me. I feel like a jerk.
In the midst of fuming over this, I realized that Jesus would have me pray for these people. That was not easy until I pondered the many sins that Jesus forgave me for when He hung on that Cross. Those thoughts put everything into perspective. So I prayed.
I’m still on Twitter and I share “How Can I Be Saved?” nearly every day. It’s re-tweeted and I pray that some soul who is seeking truth will stumble upon it and be saved. But since the FB ordeal, I expect to be de-platformed on Twitter as well.
This is not our home, brethren. It’s more clear every day, isn’t it?
I walk around feeling like I am on the verge of tears. I’m sure that I’m not alone.

I hope you’re “locked and loaded.” Liberals are not to be trusted in any way, shape, or form. I’m sorry you got tricked but thank you for sharing so the rest of us can be made aware and what to watch out for.
So sorry they tricked you. I’m so very glad you keep sharing. You inspire a lot of people. I’ve been getting more and more bold myself on sharing God’s Truth and I have always been more inspired after I read your messages.

I just followed you on Twitter, but I don’t use Twitter much. I am on MeWe which I find better than Facebook. Gab also looks better but it needs to improve its performance.

I’m not sure that my email is safe. I’m on Gmail, which you know is Google. I am not receiving many emails and other times the email comes 4-5 days after they were written. One sister thought I was ignoring her and now has cast me off as a friend. I need to get a new email and send a broad message to my friends – I’ve used the gmail account for over 10 years.

I have G Mail for my junk E Mail. Protonmail is safe. I just wanted to say that I am sharing your article with my friends and family. I quit Twitter and reduced Facebook and YouTube. I am on Bitchute Brighteon gab usa life minds rumble as well as my Protonmail. I am also on MeWe.
After eleven years on fb and many beloved friends (saved and unsaved) there, I deleted my FB and IG on Dec 19. (And WhatsApp last week, after learning FB owns it and will be gleaning my info from it after saying they’d never do such a thing). The Lord just kept bugging me that I was not to ‘strike hands’ with an evil person/entity … that continuing to agree to their terms of use signified solidarity with them, and they are violently against everything precious that I stand for. So I deleted. It was painful, and I still have ‘withdrawal symptoms’. I miss my people and wonder how they’re doing, and pray for them. But I feel FREE to no longer be associated with such evil. May the Lord bless you as you find new alternatives. MeWe is what I’m on…still learning.

It saddens my heart to hear what you are going through with the various social media platforms. Satan seems to be using Big Tech to silence Christians. But we recognize as you stated “this world is not our home”. Indeed, we are called to pray for even those who spitefully use us. Keep up the good work you are doing. Hi Geri! I found you from your article on Skousen’s book “The Naked Communist” which you wrote during the Obama era (As needful today as it was then). There will come a time soon when many who follow Yeshua will realize it is time to leave Facebook, Twitter, etc. for other platforms simply for safety sake. I voluntarily deleted my account back in September so I could ensure all it’s content was removed. As a writer, content creator, etc. this was not an easy decision as I viewed Facebook, Youtube, etc. as a road to a larger audience for the Lord. I still miss my friends and audience but know spiritually it was the right decision for this season in America. You might want to check out MeWe as a Facebook alternative, as well as DingDash (created by underground missionaries – Back To Jerusalem project / Asia Harvest), Gab, Brighteon.social, and of course Parler if it gets back online. Telegram and Signal are excellent and encrypted alternatives to Facebook’s “Messenger”. Like other’s have mentioned, I would also look at moving away from GMail, ProtonMail is the safest.

Hi Geri, Last week, as far as we can tell, all New Zealand Conservative accounts were suspended on Twitter. No warnings. No reasons. We have regrouped on Gab, and some are investigating how this came to be. Investigations lead to the office of our Marxist Prime Minister. She is the UN Poster Girl and only sycophants are permitted to speak, apparently.
