Marxist/Socialist Pope Francis: A Look At His Bizarre Years in the Vatican

Brethren, I believe that it is time for the remnant of born again, blood washed believers in Jesus Christ to focus on the ONLY things which are important. And that would be praying, studying the Word of God, encouraging and fellowshipping with other believers, and sharing the Gospel with the lost; to help them to discern the ‘doctrines of devils’ from the Holy Word of God.

I’m sorry if any of my readers feel that the title of this article is too harsh. But as I have been saying in many of my recent articles, I believe that demon possession is at an alarming high in these last days. And it is SO evident when we watch the Left in action, as it is evident when we watch Pope Francis – the words he says and his actions.

I have written in the past five years about the United Nations, and how many of its members worship Lucifer. They call him Lucifer, but those of us who read the Word know that he is Satan.

Lucifer sounds less evil to the lost.

Why don’t we just call him what he is – the DEVIL?

If you missed the United Nations articles,  I will post two of them here:

Covenant Interfaith Reports

Pope Francis’s openness to other faiths is part of a trend at the Vatican

A post today on the Wild Hunt noted that on a recent trip to Brazil, Pope Francis met with representatives of Candomblé  The post asked:

If the Pope embraces reconciliation with Candomblé, with real, human, interface between leaders, why shouldn’t Catholics also embrace practitioners of Vodou? Or indigenous African religions? Or modern Paganism, for that matter? Indeed, the Pope’s new attitude is needed more now than ever before. We live in a world where human beings, fueled by religious beliefs, are persecuting and killing one another in increasingly disturbing incidents. What better time for a Pope to emphatically embrace an interfaith mission? A mission that had been blunted during the Papacy of Benedict, but now, hopefully, will bear new fruit. – See more at: http://wildhunt.org/#sthash.QePEpg39.dpuf

The current Pope has a history of being friendly to interfaith work.  When he was Cardinal Bergoglio, he was a supporter of the United Religions Initiative in his diocese.

Maria Crespo, an Argentine Catholic and Global Support Coordinator for the URI said in an article last March that she had worked directly with Bergoglio on interfaith efforts.  He hosted a meeting of Crespo’s URI Cooperation Circle, which fosters interfaith cooperation, at the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Cathedral. “He is so open and welcoming and humble at the same time,” she said.  (Laird Harrison, “Bay Area Catholics May Find the New Pope a Mixed Bag,” KQED News Fix, March 13, 2013, http://blogs.kqed.org/newsfix/2013/03/13/new-pope-chosen/)

The URI has posted: “In 2007, URI – represented by Bishop Swing, Maria Eugenia Crespo and CC [Cooperation Circle] members – celebrated the 10th anniversary of our first meeting in the beautiful Metropolitan Cathedral in Buenos Aires, Argentina.  Little did we know one of our esteemed participant and friend, Jorge Mario Bergoglio, would be named Pope just five years later!  Felicitaciones, Papa Francis!”  (http://www.facebook.com/unitedreligionsinitiative)

This is part of a noticeable warming of the Vatican towards the URI.

Under Pope John Paul II, the URI was primarily attractive to Catholic dissenters, but the then-Archbishop of San Francisco, William Levada, allowed his diocesan staff and newspaper to promote it without hindrance.  At one point, Archbishop Levada told Father Gerry O’Rourke that when O’Rourke was doing interfaith work with the URI he should tell folks that he was doing this on his [the Archbishiop’s] behalf.

Under Pope Benedict XVI, William Levada was swiftly brought to Rome and raised to be the head of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (once known as the Holy Office of the Inquisition).  One of the last things Levada did before leaving San Francisco was to invite me to represent the Wiccan community at a service at the cathedral for John Paul II.  When Levada was raised to be Cardinal, he invited some URI leaders to join in the festivities in Rome.

The URI continued to spread, and attracted donations from Catholic leaders from 2004 onward.  Donors acknowledged by the URI included the Archdiocese of Baltimore (2005), the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (2004), Cardinal Theodore McCarrick, the retired Archbishop of Washington DC (2005), and Archbishop George Niederauer, of the Archdiocese of San Francisco (2008).  Fr. James Channan, who served on the URI Global Council from 2002 to 2008, received an award from the Vatican in December 2005 as a “Pioneer of Christian Muslim Dialogue in Pakistan,” indicating Rome’s approval of his interfaith work.  This award was granted during the reign of Pope Benedict XVI.

Now, the current Pope sponsored and participated in URI activities before coming to Rome.

Pope Francis also has supporters at the Council for a Parliament of the World Religions (CPWR).  There are two articles of interest on their website:

While there is no question that Pope Francis is an ardent and devout Christian and a defender of the faith, throughout his career he has been a friend to interfaith work.  Let’s hope that this trend continues, both for him and for the Vatican.  Communication is always better than violence; and it is always better to be building relationships than fences.”   source

Brethren, please go back and read the first sentence in the last paragraph of the article.   I will write it again:

“While there is no question that Pope Francis is an ardent and devout Christian and a defender of the faith, throughout his career he has been a friend to interfaith work.”

That is the oxymoron of oxymorons!   A devout Christian and defender of the faith AND a friend to interfaith work?   A person can be one, but not both of these things.  They thoroughly contradict one another.

Francis is a Marxist and no More a Christian Than was Barack Obama

Let’s take a look at the beliefs of Francis:

These quotes from the pontiff were taken from an article I wrote in 2018 :

The Sayings of Pope Francis Compared to the Word of God

You can really get to know Francis by reading his quotes:

Underneath each of his quotes, I indented the TRUTH from God’s Word:

Francis:   “Each of us has a vision of good and of evil. We have to encourage people to move towards what they think is good… Everyone has his own idea of good and evil and must choose to follow the good and fight evil as he conceives them. That would be enough to make the world a better place.”

Isaiah 5:20 – “Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!”

Francis:   “Since many of you do not belong to the Catholic Church and others are non-believers, from the bottom of my heart I give this silent blessing to each and every one of you, respecting the conscience of each one of you but knowing that each one of you is a child of God.”

John 1:12 – “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, [even] to them that believe on his name:”

Francis:    “From my point of view, God is the light that illuminates the darkness, even if it does not dissolve it, and a spark of divine light is within each of us.”

This is NOT what the Bible says. To say that there is a spark of divine light within each of us SMACKS of New Age teaching!

Francis:  “A person once asked me, in a provocative manner, if I approved of homosexuality. I replied with another question: ‘Tell me: when God looks at a gay person, does he endorse the existence of this person with love, or reject and condemn this person?’ We must always consider the person.”

Romans 1:24-27 – “Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.”

Francis:   “I am always wary of decisions made hastily. I am always wary of the first decision, that is, the first thing that comes to my mind if I have to make a decision. This is usually the wrong thing. I have to wait and assess, looking deep into myself, taking the necessary time.”

Proverbs 3:5-6 —“Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”

Francis:  “If someone is gay and he searches for the Lord and has good will, who am I to judge? We shouldn’t marginalize people for this. They must be integrated into society.”

Proverbs 14:6 — “There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.”

Francis:   “There is a need for financial reform along ethical lines that would produce in its turn an economic reform to benefit everyone. This would nevertheless require a courageous change of attitude on the part of political leaders.”

Giving advice to political leaders and to the leaders of the financial market — this is for the Pope to do? I thought that bringing people to a saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ is what the church should be about. But Catholicism is clearly not part of the body of Christ. I know that there are people who attend a Catholic church and are saved. But most of these people come out from that false church.

Francis:   “The Jesuits have a vow to obey the pope, but if the pope is a Jesuit, maybe he should have a vow to obey the superior general… I feel like I’m still a Jesuit in terms of my spirituality, what I have in my heart.”

1 Corinthians 11:1 — “Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.”

Francis:   “Proselytism is solemn nonsense; it makes no sense. We need to get to know each other, listen to each other and improve our knowledge of the world around us.”

Matthew 28:19-20 — “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”

Francis:   “A church without women would be like the apostolic college without Mary. The Madonna is more important than the apostles, and the church herself is feminine, the spouse of Christ and a mother.”

WHERE in the Bible does it say that the mother of Jesus is more important than the Apostles??

Francis:   “The Lord has redeemed all of us, all of us, with the blood of Christ: all of us, not just Catholics. Everyone! ‘Father, the atheists?’ Even the atheists. Everyone!”

Romans 10:9 — That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Francis:  “Right now, we don’t have a very good relation with creation.”

Can you say ‘WICCA’?

Francis:  “My authoritarian and quick manner of making decisions led me to have serious problems and to be accused of being ultraconservative. I have never been a right-winger. It was my authoritarian way of making decisions that created problems.”

Oh, Pope Francis — we would NEVER call you a right-winger!

Francis:   “God is not afraid of new things. That is why he is continuously surprising us, opening our hearts and guiding us in unexpected ways,”

This came from the Pope’s mouth, when asked about homosexuality. GOD is not afraid of new things?? He is Creator of the Universe and of each one of us!!! Guiding us in unexpected ways?? HIS WORD NEVER CHANGES!!

Francis:  “Safeguard Creation,” he said. “Because if we destroy Creation, Creation will destroy us! Never forget this!”

New Age, New Age, New Age……

Francis:   “But when we exploit Creation we destroy the sign of God’s love for us, in destroying Creation we are saying to God: ‘I don’t like it! This is not good!’ ‘So what do you like?’ ‘I like myself!’ – Here, this is sin! Do you see?”

No, Pope Francis – I do NOT see.

Francis:  “Climate change, the loss of biodiversity and deforestation are already showing their devastating effects in the great cataclysms we witness.”

Now he is a scientist?

Francis:   “Beauty of nature and the grandeur of the cosmos” is a Christian value, noting that failure to care for the planet risks apocalyptic consequences.”

Psalm 19:1 “The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.”

Spokesperson for Climate Change at Meeting of U.N.

In 2015, Pope Francis was asked to be a spokesperson for “Climate Change” at the Sustainable Development Goals meeting of the U.N.  He was given a script by the Globalists and gladly spoke of the need for climate change regulations and also the need for wealth distribution (Socialism).

He spoke passionately at what evil men and women have been doing to planet earth – he referred to our planet as “Mother Earth.”

Is this something that one would expect from a pope?   Rhetorical…….

In recent years, Pope Francis has invited Muslim imams into the Vatican to join him in prayer. To call this bizarre is a gross understatement.

It seems that this pope is heading for a new religion – Chrislam.  He has had Rick Warren come to the Vatican to discuss Chrislam.

But I’ll take Chrislam a step further.  I believe that Pope Francis desires a ONE WORLD RELIGION.   What shall we make of that, brethren?  Could he truly be the False Prophet?

It is something to think about.  Perhaps he is a foreshadowing of that evil one.

Or perhaps he IS that evil one.

How Can I Be Saved?

  1. Thank you, thank you Sis. Geri for blowing the trumpet of awareness. You’re right about what we need to do. Time for *WALKING* from the talking. Love you in the Lord sister. Peace!

    ~ Sincerely,

    Bro. Jed

    1. Yes, we are dealing with apostate wolves but the reason I focus in on the pope is that many people are deceived into thinking that the pope is the head of the church! The head of the church is Jesus Christ and Him along. Catholicism is not even a part of Christianity. They are a works-based Cult.

  2. One of your quotes from pope Francis caught my attention because many people who say they are Christians believe something very similar.
He said “From my point of view, God is the light that illuminates the darkness, even if it does not dissolve it, and a spark of divine light is within each of us.”

And so many also believe that God has placed an innate knowing of right and wrong in all men. That He wrote His laws on our hearts. But, the Bible plainly shows us that all men are born without any knowledge of good and evil. Deut.1:39. Even though this is where many who call themselves Christians get the notion of an “age of accountability”. So that because children are not born with the knowledge of good and evil they go to heaven if they die before reaching this age.

Paul taught that we are natural not spiritual when we are born just as Adam was when he was made. 1Cor.15:40-50. We have no spark of the divine or an innate ability to know right from wrong when we are born. Any more than Adam did before he ate the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil. These things are learned, not inherited.
    Blessings:-}
