In September I wrote an article on China’s high tech surveillance system to closely monitor all of their 1.3 billion citizens. Along with the most advanced facial recognition software on the planet, China has computers which use the data collected on each person to form algorithms for a grading system. They call this system “Personal Credit.”
They watch where people go – what they buy – who they befriend. They watch their finances to see if they are responsible with their spending. The government knows if the people are involved with churches. Basically, the Chinese government knows everything there is to know about every person.
Once the computers have the desired amount of data, and the algorithms reveal a “grade” for each person; those with higher grades remain safe – those with low grades are not able to make a move.
Beijing to Judge Every Resident Based on Behavior by End of 2020
China’s plan to judge each of its 1.3 billion people based on their social behavior is moving a step closer to reality, with Beijing set to adopt a lifelong points program by 2021 that assigns personalized ratings for each resident.
The capital city will pool data from several departments to reward and punish some 22 million citizens based on their actions and reputations by the end of 2020, according to a plan posted on the Beijing municipal government’s website on Monday. Those with better so-called social credit will get “green channel” benefits while those who violate laws will find life more difficult.
The Beijing project will improve blacklist systems so that those deemed untrustworthy will be “unable to move even a single step,” according to the government’s plan. Xinhua reported on the proposal Tuesday, while the report posted on the municipal government’s website is dated July 18.
China has long experimented with systems that grade its citizens, rewarding good behavior with streamlined services while punishing bad actions with restrictions and penalties. Critics say such moves are fraught with risks and could lead to systems that reduce humans to little more than a report card.
Ambitious Plan
Beijing’s efforts represent the most ambitious yet among more than a dozen cities that are moving ahead with similar programs.
Hangzhou rolled out its personal credit system earlier this year, rewarding “pro-social behaviors” such as volunteer work and blood donations while punishing those who violate traffic laws and charge under-the-table fees. By the end of May, people with bad credit in China have been blocked from booking more than 11 million flights and 4 million high-speed train trips, according to the National Development and Reform Commission.
According to the Beijing government’s plan, different agencies will link databases to get a more detailed picture of every resident’s interactions across a swathe of services. The proposal calls for agencies including tourism bodies, business regulators and transit authorities to work together.
The tracking of individual behavior in China has become easier as economic life moves online, with apps such as Tencent’s WeChat and Ant Financial’s Alipay a central node for making payments, getting loans and organizing transport. Accounts are generally linked to mobile phone numbers, which in turn require government IDs
The final version of China’s national social credit system remains uncertain. But as rules forcing social networks and internet providers to remove anonymity get increasingly enforced and facial recognition systems become more popular with policing bodies, authorities are likely to find everyone from internet dissenters to train-fare skippers easier to catch — and punish — than ever before. – source

George Soros Touts China as Leader of New World Order
Leftist billionaire George Soros continues to make headlines with his disturbing sentiments regarding a new world order. At the Canadian International Council on Monday evening, where he accepted his Globalist of the Year award, Soros not only defended the formulation of a new world order, but asserted that China should be one of the global leaders.
Soros maintains that China “has risen rapidly by looking out for its own interests.” (It seems worthwhile to point out that Soros’ praise of China for prioritizing its own needs is confusing, as he has criticized the United States and the capitalist economy for doing the same in the Story of Stuff video series.)
In his acceptance speech, he adds, “They have now got to accept responsibility for world order and the interests of other people as well.”
Soros’ sentiments are reminiscent of statements he made in 2009 to the Financial Times, declaring that China would supplant the United States as the leader of the new world order, and that America should simply accept it and not stand in the way of world progress. As a result, the American government, according to Soros, should not resist the decline of the dollar, nor the decrease in living standards and the introduction of global currency.
Most disturbingly, Soros indicated at the gala, “Today, China has not only a more vigorous economy, but actually a better functioning government than the United States.”
To clarify, the progressive Soros is claiming that the government of China — the same that suppresses dissension, forces abortions on its citizens, and tortures members of the Falun Gong faith — is a better functioning government than that of the United States.
Given that Soros hopes to play a role in the formulation of a new world order, has proven himself to play influential roles in the collapse of regimes, has targeted the United States as an “obstacle” in the way of a new world order, and now admittedly favors the government policies of China, shouldn’t Americans be concerned? – source

Brethren, when I read the sources I have used in this article – I must admit that the information about China and Soros declaring that China should lead the NWO took me by surprise.
Since Antichrist will come out of Europe, and with all the talk about the EU possibly forming their own army – my thoughts about the end times seem to stay in that part of the world.
But after reading about China and what they will have in place by 2020 to watch and grade their people, this does seem like the technology that Antichrist will use during the Tribulation.
And another thing I noticed is the mention of the years -“2020” for Social Credit to be fully functional in China; and “2030” is when the U.N. is projecting that the NWO will come to fruition. These dates are not far off.
These are plans made by men and women. We know that God is in control. But we also know that we are seeing the signs of the times.
And we know that we are in the End Times.
That should make us excited! This means that the Rapture may be close at hand. We long for His appearing!

From the time Trump visited that country and was wined, dined and dazzled by the Saudis, I have not changed what I know to be truth about the “Taqiyya” nation. They are masters of deception.
A recent statement regarding Saudi Arabia from President Trump:
The country of Iran, as an example, is responsible for a bloody proxy war against Saudi Arabia in Yemen, trying to destabilize Iraq’s fragile attempt at democracy, supporting the terror group Hezbollah in Lebanon, propping up dictator Bashar Assad in Syria (who has killed millions of his own citizens), and much more. Likewise, the Iranians have killed many Americans and other innocent people throughout the Middle East. Iran states openly, and with great force, “Death to America!” and “Death to Israel!” Iran is considered “the world’s leading sponsor of terror.”
President Trump, with all due respect, I think that you need to understand the difference between Iran and Saudi Arabia. While Iran is blatant about their hatred of Israel and America (Big Satan and the little Satan) Saudi Arabia keeps their cards close to the chest; giving billions of dollars to America, and telling the press that they want to help end Islamist terrorism. Mr. President, while they say words which the world likes to hear, they continue to fund terrorism all over this world. They are building mosques in Europe to accommodate the migrant Muslims; while also making sure that the mosques have radical imams in place.
On the other hand, Saudi Arabia would gladly withdraw from Yemen if the Iranians would agree to leave. They would immediately provide desperately needed humanitarian assistance. Additionally, Saudi Arabia has agreed to spend billions of dollars in leading the fight against Radical Islamic Terrorism.
Don’t listen to what they “say” – watch what they “do.”
After my heavily negotiated trip to Saudi Arabia last year, the Kingdom agreed to spend and invest $450 billion in the United States. This is a record amount of money. It will create hundreds of thousands of jobs, tremendous economic development, and much additional wealth for the United States. Of the $450 billion, $110 billion will be spent on the purchase of military equipment from Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon and many other great U.S. defense contractors. If we foolishly cancel these contracts, Russia and China would be the enormous beneficiaries – and very happy to acquire all of this newfound business. It would be a wonderful gift to them directly from the United States!
A Trojan horse if I’ve ever seen one!
The crime against Jamal Khashoggi was a terrible one, and one that our country does not condone. Indeed, we have taken strong action against those already known to have participated in the murder. After great independent research, we now know many details of this horrible crime. We have already sanctioned 17 Saudis known to have been involved in the murder of Mr. Khashoggi, and the disposal of his body.
Oh, but now it has come out that the Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman was the Saudi who called for this brutal murder and dismemberment of Khashoggi. Is this not alarming to us? It should be. But money talks, does it not?
Representatives of Saudi Arabia say that Jamal Khashoggi was an “enemy of the state” and a member of the Muslim Brotherhood, but my decision is in no way based on that – this is an unacceptable and horrible crime. King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman vigorously deny any knowledge of the planning or execution of the murder of Mr. Khashoggi. Our intelligence agencies continue to assess all information, but it could very well be that the Crown Prince had knowledge of this tragic event – maybe he did and maybe he didn’t!
“Maybe he did – maybe he didn’t?” That seems like a way to sweep this brutal crime under the carpet. I fear, President Trump, that you will one day see that the Saudi government is EVIL, and I hope that you will understand this truth before these people bring harm to America.
That being said, we may never know all of the facts surrounding the murder of Mr. Jamal Khashoggi. In any case, our relationship is with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They have been a great ally in our very important fight against Iran. The United States intends to remain a steadfast partner of Saudi Arabia to ensure the interests of our country, Israel and all other partners in the region. It is our paramount goal to fully eliminate the threat of terrorism throughout the world!
Again, to miss the true intent and the funding of terrorism worldwide by Saudi Arabia is a huge mistake.
I understand there are members of Congress who, for political or other reasons, would like to go in a different direction – and they are free to do so. I will consider whatever ideas are presented to me, but only if they are consistent with the absolute security and safety of America. After the United States, Saudi Arabia is the largest oil producing nation in the world. They have worked closely with us and have been very responsive to my requests to keeping oil prices at reasonable levels – so important for the world. As President of the United States I intend to ensure that, in a very dangerous world, America is pursuing its national interests and vigorously contesting countries that wish to do us harm. Very simply it is called America First!
Again, it all comes down to money and oil.
Brethren, I am not disparaging our president. I simply believe that he does not recognize nor understand the deception and “Taqiyya” (permissible lying to further the cause of Islam) of the Saudi Arabian government.
No doubt, many readers will send this Scripture to me:
“Sheba, and Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish, with all the young lions thereof, shall say unto thee, Art thou come to take a spoil? hast thou gathered thy company to take a prey? to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to take a great spoil?” (Ezediel 38:13).
This Scripture is typical of the Saudis. They conceal themselves from the “action” while funding this same action against Israel without being detected.
Again, I am not speaking against our president. I am simply saying that President Trump is lookin square into the eyes of a viper snake when he deals with the Saudis.
I pray for Trump and his advisors, that they will be shown by the Lord that they are treading on very dangerous turf.
