The Medical Mafia – FDA, AMA And Big Pharma : “21st Century Cures Act” Is Their New Constitution

I remembered writing this article 3 years ago, and I felt that it was a good time to bring it out again.  The article speaks of “Fast tracking” medicines.”  The Covid-19 Vaccine should be ready in 12-18 months. You should know that almost all vaccines take between 5 and 15 years to develop.

Could this Gates vaccine be bringing help to humanity, or will it begin the “culling” of humanity?

Original article:

It’s all about the money.

Should that surprise us?

“For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows” (1 Timothy 6:10).

The Bible does not say that “money” is the root of all evil; it says that the root of all evil is the love of money.  Money, in and of itself, can be used for good and noble causes, but for many people, money has become their god.

Obama, Congress and FDA

While much of America was busy rejoicing over the election of Donald Trump, Congress quietly pushed through legislation which was great for Big Pharma, but for the unsuspecting America people – not so much.  This legislation, which was passed by both sides of the political isle, is called “21st Century Cures.” As usual, the bill has hundreds of pages. This is a tactic used by the left to push through legislation quickly. They know that no one is going to sit and read this drivel – easier to just pass it.

What you need to know about 21st Century Cures Act:

From naturalsociety.c0m   (Article written right before Act was approved in Dec 2016)

Congress Prepares To Vote On Bill That Would Speed Up Drug Approval

Sometimes rushing the process costs people their lives

Congress will vote today on a nearly 1,000-page bill that holds drastic changes for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). If the bill is approved, it would speed up the approval of new drugs and medical devices. The House has been heavily criticized for allegedly rushing piece of legislation through without sufficient scrutiny.

The legislation, dubbed the 21st Century Cures Act, sets aside $6.3 billion for biomedical research, opioid abuse prevention, and support for the FDA, which oversees the safety of drugs. Multiple provisions are contained in the bill that are designed to loosen the requirements for drugmakers seeking approval from the agency to market their products.

Lawmakers on both sides of the aisle largely support the bill, but consumer advocates say major trade-offs in the legislation could actually strip the FDA of some of its regulatory power. Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) and other lawmakers argue the bill contains giveaways for the pharmaceutical industry.

In a tweet dated November 28, Sen. Warren said:

“Congress has been working on medical innovation legislation for yrs. But in the final days of 2016, Big Pharma hijacked 21st Century Cures.”

Drug and medical device companies are thrilled with the legislation, which lobbyists have been working overtime to try and get passed. According to the Center for Responsive Politics, more than 1,400 lobbyists have pushed for the bill’s passage, including drug companies and universities, which would all benefit from an increase in biomedical research funding.

A version of the bill that passed easily in Congress ended up dying in the Senate. The updated version, unveiled by House and Senate leaders over Thanksgiving weekend, has been altered to speed its passage through both houses.

Are Drugs Being Approved Fast Enough Now?

Dr. Michael Carome, director of Public Citizen Health Research Group, is concerned that, under the bill, drugs would be approved by the FDA even faster than they are today. And make no mistake about it, the agency already rushes medications to the market.

Read: FDA: Drug Companies Faked Thousands of Drug Documents

There are 4 possible channels for the FDA to expedite approval for promising new drugs for the treatment of serious or life-threatening medical conditions. These programs were intended to be an exception to the rule; however, a 2015 study in the BMJ showed that the programs have become the rule themselves, with a statistically significant increase of 2.6% per year over the last 20 years in the number of drugs qualifying for the FDA’s expedited drug development and approval programs.

Read: 4 Crucial Ways the FDA has Failed us

The FDA can approve drugs based on the presumption that they work, but without proof of a long-term benefit. Researchers use a “surrogate endpoint,” such as a tumor’s response to a drug, even though that response might not translate into a longer or healthier life.

Most of these early approvals and developments rely on information gathered from early-stage trials that are generally small in size. The authors of the report wrote that “this trend is being driven by drugs that are not first in class and thus potentially less innovative.” In fact, according to Diana Zuckerman, head of the National Center for Health Research, 1 study revealed that 18 of the 36 the cancer drugs recently approved on the basis of surrogate endpoints failed to help people live longer. She says:

“What’s happening is we are flooding the market with medical products that don’t work very well, or we don’t know whether they work.”

Fast-Tracking Can Be A Problem

But fast-tracking drugs has cost people their lives in the past. The best example of this is Vioxx, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). During the review process for the pain reliever, an FDA medical officer looking at clinical trials noted a threefold increase in cardiovascular problems by people taking it, but could not definitively say Vioxx was the cause.

At the time, Celebrex, a similar drug, was already on the market. Yet, the FDA fast-tracked Vioxx with the goal of making a decision within 6 months.

Within 6 months, another Vioxx clinical trial showed that people taking the drug had double the number of heart attacks and strokes. Merck, the maker of Vioxx, took the medication off the market. A standard review of Vioxx – and the FDA’s insistence on better studies, earlier in the process – could have led the agency to restrict who used the drug or delay its arrival on the market. (emphasis added)

By the time Merck pulled Vioxx in 2004, more than 38,000 deaths related to its use had been reported, and as many as 25 million Americans had taken the drug. –source

21st Century Cures or Corruption?

Story at-a-glance

The only beneficiaries of the 21st Century Cures Act introduced in Congress last year are the drug, vaccine and medical device manufacturers, as this proposed legislation was designed to speed up experimental drug and vaccine approvals, cut corners on pre-licensure testing and narrow or eliminate informed consent protections in scientific research on humans.

The bill, which easily passed the House of Representatives last summer but got stalled in the Senate, earmarked more than $8 billion to NIH for new drug research while relaxing FDA safety oversight.

This year, Senators supporting passage of the Act cut it up into separate smaller bills to achieve their goal of fast tracking new products to market by avoiding drug, vaccine and medical device safety mechanisms.source

** Note:  This legislation was passed in Dec of 2016.

Brethren, if you watch any amount of TV each day, certainly you have been bombarded with commercials about pharmaceutical drugs for every illness known to man.  Have you listened as they reveal the possible side effects of these drugs? Have you noticed that the person who rattles off the possible side effects is hard to understand because of the speeding up of their voice?  That is no accident. By law, they must tell the public what possible side effects may be associated with the drug.

Here are some of the “oh, by the way” side effects:

Stroke

Heart attack

Cancers

Immune system shutdowns

Death    (DEATH???)

And now they want to SPEED UP the process of approval of these lethal drugs?

Do your own research.  If your doctor is pushing this medicine or that medicine on you – first of all, look the medicine up. Secondly, research a natural way to treat your condition.  There are some drugs which are absolutely critical for survival i.e. Insulin.

It’s up to you.

You can fully trust your doctor, or you can be your own advocate and research for yourself!

Does Pope Francis Wish To Be the Emperor of Rome?

There is absolutely nothing normal about the reign of Pope Francis.

He became pope after his predecessor, Pope Benedict, stepped down – being the first pope to do so in 400 years.  Pope Francis is a Jesuit. That has never happened in the Vatican;  and many Catholics were shocked.

Throughout history, the Jesuits have been the military arm of the Vatican. They “protected” the Pope. But for one of them to become pope is unprecedented.

Pope Francis and the U.N.

In September of 2015, the pope became a spokesperson for Climate Change at the U.N.  He referred to the earth as “Mother Earth” – clearly New Age terminology. Since then, Pope Francis has been outspoken on many subjects. He proclaimed that  “God is not afraid of new things” when questioned about homosexuality. He also said that even the atheist can go to heaven. He caused much upheaval in the Christian world when he said that the Cross of Jesus was a failure.

Pope Francis and Marxism

This pope speaks out continually about redistribution of wealth. I’ve seriously never seen a pope wearing so many hats!  I’m not sure if he took on these roles or if someone is assigning them to him.

Pope Francis says the EU ‘risks dying’

The pontiff called for greater European solidarity as an ‘antidote to modern forms of populism’

The European Union ‘risks dying’ without a new vision, Pope Francis has warned.

In an address to European leaders on Friday, the Pope said the EU faced a “vacuum of values” and was losing its “sense of direction”.

“When a body loses its sense of direction and is no longer able to look ahead, it experiences a regression and, in the long run, risks dying,” he said.

Prime ministers and presidents from 27 EU member states have descended on Italy to mark the 1957 founding Treaty of Rome, receiving a papal blessing on the eve of the anniversary.

Celebrations at the event have been muted by uneasiness in the Union due to prolonged economic crises, the unresolved migrant situation in many countries and Britain’s referendum vote to leave the bloc.

British Prime Minister Theresa May did not attend the meeting in the Vatican.

The Pope warned that the boom in anti-EU parties across Europe could herald a growing split between citizens and their representative institutions.

He also said greater international solidarity was the “most effective antidote to modern forms of populism”.

Mentioning the terror attack in London this week, Francis said leaders needed to work together to promote Europe’s “patrimony of ideals and spiritual values” with greater passion.

“For it is the best antidote against the vacuum of values of our time, which provides a fertile terrain for every form of extremism,” he said.

The pontiff also criticised leaders’ response to the refugee crisis.

He said: “It is not enough to handle the grave crisis of immigration of recent years as if it were a mere numerical or economic problem, or a question of security.”

He spoke of a worrying “lapse of memory” from Europeans, despite mass migrations in the 20th century’s world wars being an integral part of the formation of the Union.

Thousands of demonstrators are expected to take to the streets of Rome on Saturday in at least six different rallies called by numerous groups across the political spectrum to protest against various aspects of EU rule. – source

So, basically the pope is declaring that populism or patriotism causes “every form of extremism.”  REALLY?  Sounds like Pope Francis is on a steady diet of the Communist Manifesto. Is he confused or even crazy?

Maybe crazy like a fox.

I see this pope as a dangerous man. I have posed the question; could he be the False Prophet from Scripture?  It seems that this man has grandiose ideas about his role in society.  Pope/Ecologist/Politician/ and now possibly Ruler?  But certainly not a person who represents Christ on this earth. If he sees himself in that role – I’m sure it lies at the bottom of his priorities – he hardly mentions the name of Jesus.

So, I ask again…….Does Pope Francis wish to be Emperor of a revived Roman Empire?

At this point I do not put anything past this extremely dangerous man.

Is Neil Gorsuch A Secret Liberal? I Report – You Decide

Ever since I read about Donald Trump’s pick for the SCOTUS appointment, I have had a sense of foreboding about the man – Neil Gorsuch.  Gorsuch is being presented to us as another Antonin Scalia; a solid Constitutionalist Conservative.

I doubt that.

I am a solid Conservative woman.   I would not attend a church which accepted same sex marriage as “normal” and has performed same sex unions since the 1980’s and same sex marriages since the SCOTUS decision. I would also never attend a church which hates Israel (All Episcopal churches are united on this).  It would just not even cross my mind to enter such a place.

But Neil Gorsuch attends an ultra liberal church in Colorado, and his pastor is a woman.

From thehill.com

Is Gorsuch a secret liberal? Trump, GOP have reason to wonder.

Justice Harold Burton recalled from a 1957 meeting with President Eisenhower that the president said his two biggest mistakes were sitting on the Supreme Court: Justices Earl Warren and William Brennan. Both were Republicans.

Warren was the governor of California who participated in the detention of Japanese Americans during World War II. Brennan was appointed to New Jersey Supreme Court by Republican Governor Alfred Driscoll. Brennan was not a liberal on New Jersey’s highest court.

Justice David Souter, appointed by George H.W. Bush and Harry Blackmun appointed by President Nixon, turned out to be liberals. Byron White, appointed by John F. Kennedy, turned out to be much more conservative than expected.

The first point is that once on the Supreme Court, justices can go on their own path. The second point is that judges with slim records, like Judge Gorsuch, are not easy to predict.

Liberal Signs

Gorsuch lives in the ultra-liberal college town of Boulder, Colorado. He also teaches at the University of Colorado’s law school, also a progressive bastion, and is supported in his quest for the Supreme Court by most of the faculty and students there.

Gorsuch is also a member of the St. John’s Episcopal Church in Boulder. The Episcopal Church has embraced very liberal positions on a variety of issues, including performing same-sex commitment ceremonies since the 1980s and eventually same-sex marriages. At church, he often hears a very liberal point of view.

Mike Orr, a spokesman for the Episcopal Church in Colorado, described Gorsuch’s church, as a congregation that “does a lot of social justice and advocacy.” He said, “It’s a healthy and vibrant congregation. It’s very diverse in its congregants as well as its ministry.”

The first word that St. John’s uses to describe itself on its website and Facebook page is “inclusive,” and the church is led by a female rector. On its website, the church encourages members to write letters to Congress asking that they combat climate change.

Cases and Decisions

Judge Gorsuch sided with an Albuquerque middle schooler who was strip-searched by his school, dissenting while his colleagues ruled that the school, police officer and other employees were immune from lawsuits. Judge Gorsuch cited in a brief, colorful dissent, “Oliver Twist,” in which a judge admonishes Mr. Micawber that the law thinks a man should control his wife. In the novel, Micawber responds: “If the law thinks that, then the law is a ass, a idiot.”

Gorsuch concluded:

“Often enough the law can be ‘a ass — a idiot,’ Charles Dickens, Oliver Twist 520 (Dodd, Mead & Co. 1941) (1838) — and there is little we judges can do about it, for it is (or should be) emphatically our job to apply, not rewrite, the law enacted by the people’s representatives. Indeed, a judge who likes every result he reaches is very likely a bad judge, reaching for results he prefers rather than those the law compels.

“So it is I admire my colleagues today, for no doubt they reach a result they dislike but believe the law demands — and in that I see the best of our profession and much to admire. It’s only that, in this particular case, I don’t believe the law happens to be quite as much of a ass as they do. I respectfully dissent.”

Judge Gorsuch’s opinion in this case was published six months ago. He does not sound very conservative in this dissent.

Judge Gorsuch wrote an opinion upholding a Colorado clean energy program against a challenge alleging it would hurt coal producers from out of state. Colorado law requires electricity generators to ensure that 20 percent of the electricity they sell to Colorado consumers comes from renewable sources. Gorsuch upheld the liberal legislation of the Colorado legislature that was challenged by the Energy and Environment Legal Institute, a conservative, anti-environment organization.

Liberal or Libertarian?

Judge Gorsuch does not fit the mold of a rock-ribbed conservative. He is a smart, free-thinking, literary, independent who will be a good, and unpredictable justice. In some cases he will be liberal, some libertarian and in others conservative. But he is a fair man with a good sense of justice, just what we need on the Supreme Court.

Joel D. Joseph is the author of Black Mondays: Worst Decisions of the Supreme Court (4th Edition, 2014), with a foreword by Justice Thurgood Marshall, and Inequality in America: 10 Causes and 10 Cures (2016). He earned his JD from Georgetown University. – source

Let’s look a little closer at Neil Gorsuch’s church:

Here is the website in case you would like to look around yourself:

St. John’s Episcopal Church of Boulder, CO

I’m posting some things straight from the website for you to see:

“St. John’s is the downtown Episcopal Church in Boulder, Colorado. We are an inclusive, Christ-centered community reaching out to all who are seeking a deeper spirituality and relationship with God and one another.” (emphasis added)

In case you didn’t know, “inclusive” churches are gay affirming churches. That means that same sex couples and all gays or transgenders are welcomed into membership and considered completely normal. These churches teach that God does not despise homosexuality. Unfortunately, they are dead wrong.  The Word clearly articulates homosexuality as an abomination to God.

“Help Colorado Stay Gun Safe: Join our Rapid Response Network Gun violence

With a new State House of Representatives and a new State Senate preparing to convene for the 2017 session in early January, we are developing a list of parishioners who are interested in being part of our Congregation’s Rapid Response Network. This network would be activated as significant bills are introduced that relate to guns. Talking points will be provided and you will be asked to contact either your legislator or members of the committee hearing the bill by letter, phone, e-mail or in person. We will also use this mailing list to keep you informed of events and activities dealing with this issue that we think you will find of interest.”

Oh……so this church has special services about ridding our Constitution of the Second Amendment.   I’ve never been to a church which is involved in changing our Constitution.

“Solar Power for St. John’s

The solar project for St. John’s will now have its own section on the St. John’s web site at http://www.stjohnsboulder.org/solar . This page has been updated with extensive information on the solar project, including a very interesting time-lapsed video showing the construction project, as well as a link to a set of static images. Watch this space and visit the page often for project updates.”

I suppose they are just trying to do their part in the fight against Climate Change.  Another subject I have not seen covered in any churches.

“Contemplative Opportunities

Choral Compline: 2nd Sundays of the month, 9-9:35 pm, sanctuary.
Contemplative Evensong: Wed., 6-6:35 pm, chapel.
Centering prayer: Tues. 9-10:30 am, Wed. 6:45-8 pm, Thurs. 7-7:30 am”

So it seems that St. John’s Episcopal is also deeply into New Age practices. I think that if I would visit Boulder, I would definitely skip visiting this church on a Sunday.

Brethren, what do you think?  Would you ever attend a church such as this one? I doubt that any true Christian would ever want to have anything to do with such a church.

Also, do you believe that Neil Gorsuch is truly a Conservative?  I’ll leave that to your discernment, but as for me, I believe that we are being deceived in a big way by this man.  It won’t be the first time this has happened.

The devil is extremely busy these days.

Sex Trafficking Victims Being Chipped Like Dogs with RFID

It is stories like this one which make me want to pull away from writing. It is hard for me to comprehend this kind of evil. There are times when extreme sadness overwhelms me. I think to myself – that’s it – I’m never going to write about such horrific topics again.

But then I realize that this world needs to see the extent of the depravity of mankind. They need to understand why the Lord sent His own Son to earth as a man, to pay the sin debt of the whole world. Can you imagine the SIN of the WHOLE WORLD being laid upon our Savior Jesus Christ?

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God” (John 3:16-21). (emphasis added)

Some Christians think that certain sins are just too egregious to be covered by the Blood of Jesus Christ. I remember reading years ago that Son of Sam (David Berkowitz) had been saved while serving his sentence. He had murdered people sitting in their cars in NYC many years ago. Not only did I read that he was saved, but that prison authorities spoke of him as a “model inmate” and he holds Bible studies and has led many to Christ.

I posted that story on my Facebook page. I did not expect an outcry from Christians against this man. Some friends even blocked me. I had a dialogue with them before they blocked me, and I asked them what Saul of Tarsus was like before he was saved by our Lord. They answered that the story of Saul who became Paul was vastly different that the story of David Berkowitz. My question to them was “Did the Blood of Jesus really cover the sins of the whole world or not?” They had no answer for me and then they were gone.

THEY THOUGHT SHE WAS CRAZY: DOCTOR EXTRACTS RFID CHIP FROM SEX TRAFFICKING VICTIM

If someone walks into a hospital and claims that they’re being tracked, and that they need to have a tracking device removed, there’s a pretty good chance that they’re going to be sent to a mental institution instead. However, according to a doctor who wished to remain anonymous to protect his patient, that very situation occurred last October and it didn’t end how you might expect.

The patient in question was a 28-year-old woman who claimed that she had a GPS tracking device planted in her body. Normally a patient like that would be regarded as crazy, but this woman appeared totally sane, and she had an incision mark on her side. So the doctor decided to check her out anyway. The medical staff at the hospital were stunned when they finally gave her an x-ray.

“Embedded in the right side of her flank is a small metallic object only a little bit larger than a grain of rice. But it’s there. It’s unequivocally there. She has a tracker in her. And no one was speaking for like five seconds — and in a busy ER that’s saying something.”

It turns out that it wasn’t a GPS device, but an RFID chip. “It’s used to tag cats and dogs. And someone had tagged her like an animal, like she was somebody’s pet that they owned.”

In a way, that makes it even creepier than a GPS device. RFID chips have a very short range. To be useful for tracking someone’s position, they would have to be kept confined in an area where the right equipment is in place to send or receive signals from the chip. The doctor would later discover that this woman was a victim of sex trafficking.

Science fiction has been warning about the potential of tracking devices for years, but usually in reference to how the government might use this technology. It just goes to show that the way humans use technology in the real world is often stranger (and creepier) than fiction. – source

So brethren, I ask you this: Are the sex traffickers who finally come to repentance and are born again from above, somehow forgiven by the Lord; but David Berkowitz has been disqualified by God because of the horror of his crimes?

I imagine that is was horrifying for those who watched Saul overseeing the stoning of Stephen.

What do you think?
