The PC crowd loves to label anyone who dares to speak out against Islamic Terrorism as an Islamophobe. These same people are themselves “Veritaphobes.”

Definition of Veritaphobic from Urban Dictionary:

“Fear of Truth”

1. Displaying hesitation or refusal to admit or recognize that something is true, or to accept the concept of truth itself. Usually born out of fear of offending someone or being held accountable to something constant.

2. Dismissal of the existance of absolutes.

3. Degradation of people who profess something as true or untrue.

4. Being willfully in denial. Gives rise to constant skepticism and doubt of everything. [1] – source

Veritaphobia is the fear of truth. Have you noticed that if you dare attempt a discussion with these people, their tactic is to attack your character and demonize you?  This is satanic and the only way these people know how to debate a subject. They leave the topic and turn on the messenger – attacking their credibility and character.

As believers in Jesus and His Word, we know that there is absolute truth. Unbelievers and liberals declare that everything is relative; that there are no absolutes.

Abortion

Let’s take abortion as a topic. It is obvious to everyone by this time, that a baby with a beating heart, no matter how tiny, is a person. That is an absolute truth. The pro-death camp will argue that this child is not a child at all – that it is a mass of cells which could become a human being; but they will fight to the end that the mother has the right to murder this child.

In the 10 Commandments it says “Thou Shalt Not Kill.”  In the Greek and Hebrew, the word “Kill” means murder. It does not mean killing someone in a war or in self defense.  Those of us who are Pro Life are demonized by the Pro Abortion crowd; they call us fanatics and say that we are trying to take away the rights of women. In actuality, we fighting for the rights of babies to live!

Islamic Terrorism

After each terrorist attack by Jihadists, we point to the Qur’an as the culprit of this monstrous ideology of slaughtering so-called infidels. Those who commit these acts of terror are fundamentalist Muslims, who follow the Qur’an to the letter.

Our president and other liberals immediately defend the Muslim community, and attempt to show that these acts of terror have nothing to do with the religion of Islam. This behavior is classic “Veritaphobic.”

Unfortunately, trying to dialogue with a person who is of liberal mentality can be futile. Ask the Lord when it is time to wipe the dust off and move on.

We must stand up for Truth. As children of God, we have the Holy Spirit within us. He is Truth and He will impart Truth to us. Whether our words are received or not, we must speak them!
