NOW I have found exactly what is going on and it is HUGE.
I will start by telling the reader that just a couple of years ago, Bill Gates partnered with Harvard scientists to work on a project to “Dim the Sun.” For whatever reasons, this project was scrapped.

Brethren, I went to “makesunsets.com” a couple of days ago to look around. There is a link to a page where one can ask questions. I did ask a question and that was:
“Are you the company responsible for blanketing my state (MD) and neighboring states with a foul-smelling white ash substance?
They had two days to answer but all I got was :::::crickets:::::
PLEASE understand that this chemical is dangerous. If you see this happening outside, DO NOT go out to touch the substance. Authorities are telling people to stay inside and call 911.
