ANGRY EUGENICISTS GATES and SOROS Sound off after SCOTUS Decision to Overturn Roe v Wade: Melinda French Gates said overturning Roe v. Wade was “America taking a big step backward.”

SCOTUS righted a wrong which has been Unconstitutional for over 50 years! They gave the decision back to the States where it has always belonged!

From ***My commentary Italicized

Bill Gates called it an “unacceptable setback” that puts women’s lives at risk. Melinda French Gates said it was “America taking a big step backward.” George Soros warned it “diminishes human rights, and greatly threatens reproductive care.”

***Abortion is NOT reproductive care nor is it healthcare!

Together, some of the world’s biggest individual supporters of abortion-rights causes used Twitter to speak out Friday after the US Supreme Court’s decision to overturn the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision, a historic ruling that eliminated the constitutional right to abortion.

****There is NOTHING in our Constitution that gives the right to murder unborn children!

Gates, 66, and French Gates, 57, have been significant supporters of family planning and contraceptives access globally through their charity, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, which has committed $280 million annually through 2030 to such causes. Since the Gateses’ divorce in August, French Gates has turned attention to her own philanthropic investment firm Pivotal Ventures, which was started in 2015 with a focus on implementing “innovative solutions to problems affecting US women and families.”

****Yes, and did you know that at one point, Bill Gates’ father was the head of Planned Parenthood?

Gates last month said he was “shocked” at the leaked draft opinion, which foreshadowed the reversal, and said such a move would set the US back 50 years. Microsoft Corp., the company he co-founded, said on May 9 that it would help cover the costs of employees having to travel to get abortions or gender-affirming care if it was not available nearby.

“One court decision was never going to be enough to protect women’s equality,” French Gates wrote in a Twitter post. “And it will not be enough to dismantle it either. Right now, there are people all over the US who are recommitting to the work ahead.”

***** Special place in HELL

She said that by having more women at the highest levels of business and politics, “that’s how we create a future where decisions are made by women, not for them.”

****Melinda Gates cannot get enough blood from innocent babies

****NO Melinda – this is America righting a terrible wrong and giving the decisions back to the States! This is a win for our Constitution. This is a huge step FORWARD!

French Gates and Mackenzie Scott, the billionaire philanthropist and ex-wife of Inc. founder Jeff Bezos, have poured money into causes supporting abortion rights and birth control access as the overturning of Roe grew more likely. Scott, whose massive, no-strings attached donations have upended the philanthropic world, gave a record $275 million to Planned Parenthood earlier this year.

Gates is the world’s fourth-richest person, with a personal fortune of $113.6 billion, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. Scott is 46th with $27.3 billion, while French Gates has a net worth of $10.3 billion.

Financier-turned-philanthropist George Soros, a major donor to the Democratic Party, also voiced dismay at the decision. He said in a tweet that his network of philanthropies, the Open Society Foundations, “have invested in reproductive rights organizations that are fighting back at this moment.” Soros, 91, has a personal net worth of $8.5 billion, while a vastly larger amount is held in his charitable endeavors, according to the Bloomberg wealth index.

****And of course, geopolitical bogeyman Soros had to chime in. The SCOTUS decision goes against DEPOPULATION which is of paramount importance to him.

I pray that more and more States will ban abortion and vote for LIFE!

How can I be saved?

Op-Ed: Goodbye to 50 Years of the Great American Deception: and a Video Most of us Should Remember

What a well-reasoned and long-awaited Supreme Court decision!

A great wrong has been righted.

Reason and the rule of law have triumphed over the fanatical pro-abortion ideology that refuses to recognize our children in the womb as human beings like ourselves.

Restoration of our duty to protect each new life

By overturning Roe, the court has opened the door for the states to restore the universal protection of two of the most basic constitutional rights — the right to life and the “no property in man” principle — found in the 14th and 13th Amendments, respectively.

Every human being, irrespective of age or size, has an equal and inalienable right to go on living. All human beings are to be treated as persons and never as property.

The Supreme Court has now overturned 50 years of the errant ideological theory that removed all protections from these newest and most vulnerable human beings.

What the court calls “Roe’s abuse of judicial authority” has been exposed: “Roe was remarkably loose in its treatment of the constitutional text. It held that the abortion right, which is not mentioned in the Constitution, is part of a right to privacy, which is also not mentioned.”

The court asserts, “Roe found that the Constitution implicitly conferred a right to obtain an abortion, but it failed to ground its decision in text, history, or precedent. It relied on an erroneous historical narrative. … We therefore hold that the Constitution does not confer a right to abortion.”

Truth conquers illusion.

As in the tale of the emperor’s new clothes, con-men and swindlers back in 1973 pretended to weave abortion “rights” into existence out of nothing — out of “penumbras.” Without solid legal evidence, they refashioned the killing of the unborn as “women’s rights.”

Remember how the emperor’s weavers claimed that their cloth had a wonderful way of becoming invisible to anyone who was unfit for his office or who was unusually stupid? The inventors of abortion rights used the same tactic.

If you didn’t agree with Roe’s faulty arguments, then the fault was in you personally. Anyone who did not go along with their invention was branded as unfit for office or stupid… or misogynist, patriarchal, sexist or racist.

The tactic worked. For too long, too many Americans lacked the courage to challenge error and speak truth to power by denouncing the officially accepted deception.

The weavers of abortion rights have forged a collective denial that any harm is done in choosing to abort these smallest and most vulnerable human beings in our power and under our care.

Two mistakes in Roe

Roe was wrong. The Constitution is not silent on our duties to our progeny. Our children are guaranteed the same blessings of liberty that we claim for ourselves. The blessings of liberty are promised by the Constitution to ourselves and our posterity — not exclusively to ourselves as women.

That natural entitlement bestowed by the Creator is affirmed as the very first right mentioned in the Constitution, together with the right to lifeand the pursuit of happiness. Once conceived, every human being is fully and seamlessly engaged in a benign, naturally ordered pursuit of happiness.

Nor is the Constitution silent on the injustice at the heart of every elective abortion — the toleration of maternal “ownership” and killing rights in regard to an innocent unborn child flourishing in her or his mother’s womb. Under the 13th Amendment, there can be no such ownership and killing rights over any human being — in utero or ex utero.

The Supreme Court warns that “liberty” is a capacious term.

There is no self-centered liberty in the Constitution. From the beginning of the republic, the Constitution set up equal entitlement across the generations, i.e., equal entitlement to the blessings of liberty for both mothers and their offspring.

Mothers can’t say to their children in the womb, “This is all about my enjoyment of the blessings of liberty, and to ensure my enjoyment, you must be denied the same blessings of liberty. You are not at liberty to go on flourishing as nature’s God intended you to do. You are not a unique and invaluable human being. You are my property. This is all about me. This is about my right to choose, my right to commission your killing.”

So wrong for so long…

Exposing delusion

Finally, wonderfully, the great day has come — Roe’s logical fallacy of treating children in their mothers’ wombs as their mothers’ disposable property has been exposed as make-believe. At last, Roe v. Wade has been formally invalidated, its faulty reasoning revealed.

Self-importance and self-deception shaped the emperor’s refusal to accept the truth about the weavers’ deception. His refusal to accept the truth once it had been revealed signified his detachment from reality.

Having been steeped so long in a fable of his own unchallenged power and authority, he refused to make a critical and objective examination of the facts that would have revealed the duplicity of the weavers’ spin job.

Once error is exposed, we can’t unknow the truth.

Once our eyes are opened, we can’t pretend that they are still closed to the truth. There’s no going back to naivety, to feigning ignorance of the terrible injustice unleashed in Roe.

We can’t recreate a suit of clothes from nothing — from what is not in the Constitution and was never in the Constitution.

One small voice — a common-sense voice, an unintimidated voice — has pierced the illusion.

Justice Samuel Alito has shattered the elaborate deception of Roe.

Common sense has prevailed.

Never again will large numbers of us be manipulated into accepting the illusion that it’s morally defensible for any mother to commission her unborn child to be deliberately killed by an abortionist.

Vale, Roe v. Wade. May your evil never be reinstated! Source

BREAKING: US Supreme Court OVERTURNS ROE V WADE in Historic Ruling

The long-awaited victory for the pro-life movement means that abortion will be effectively banned in more than 20 states immediately!

WASHINGTON, DC – JUNE 21: Anti-abortion activists protest outside of the U.S. Supreme Court Building on June 21, 2022 in Washington, DC.

WASHINGTON, DC – JUNE 21: Anti-abortion activists protest outside of the U.S. Supreme Court Building on June 21, 2022 in Washington, DC.

Justice Samuel Alito delivered the opinion of the Court, which was joined by Justices Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett. The ruling declares Roe “egregiously wrong from the start.”

“Its reasoning was exceptionally weak, and the decision has had damaging consequences,” Alito wrote. “The Constitution makes no reference to abortion, and no such right is implicitly protected by any constitutional provision.”

“It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people’s elected representatives,” Alito continued.

Chief Justice John Roberts wrote a concurring opinion stating that he would not have overturned Roe but would have left the Mississippi ban in place. The Court’s three Democratic appointees dissented.

The long-awaited ruling was teased in early May when Politico published a leaked draft of Alito’s opinion, which sent shockwaves across the political spectrum, with pro-lifers tentatively rejoicing, pro-abortion politicians and activists lashing out in anger, many speculating that the leak may have been intended to pressure judges to flip their votes (or to incite hatred and threats against them), and all parties wondering if it was the final decision or subject to change.

That the final decision to overturn Roe held firm despite months of left-wing pressure reflects a majority of the justices’ commitment to the principle articulated in May by conservative Justice Clarence Thomas, that “we can’t be an institution that can be bullied into giving you just the outcomes you want.”

The ruling holds massive ramifications, both immediate and long-term. More than twenty states currently have laws on the books that would effectively ban abortion within their borders upon Roe’s fall, from pre-Roe abortion bans that went unenforced to “trigger laws” designed not to take effect until a ruling like today’s. In those states, abortion is now illegal.

Another fifteen states plus the District of Columbia have laws on the books legally protecting abortion, three of which explicitly codify the practice as a “right.” For now, abortion will remain legal in those jurisdictions, as well as the remaining states that have not spelled out abortion’s status one way or another, but without Roe state residents now have the power to vote on the issue for themselves, or lobby their elected representatives to change the law in either direction. Pro-lifers in Congress can now pursue a nationwide abortion ban, as well.

Therein lies one of the decision’s biggest long-term ramifications: a newfound sense of urgency for pro-life efforts. Now that abortion policy can be directly decided through the elected branches of government, and politicians can no longer invoke the judiciary as an excuse for inaction, abortion-related legislative and lobbying efforts are certain to increase dramatically across the country, with the issue prioritized even higher by activists and voters alike.

Additionally, the pro-life victory is, for conservatives, the most welcome result yet from former President Donald Trump’s nominees to the Supreme Court, and is all-but guaranteed to become one of his supporters’ most potent talking points should he make another run for the White House in 2024.
